Will not go back to this hotel again. Not a very baby friendly environment.

This was the worst motel we have stayed in in many a year. We would definitely NOT recommend it!

The personel are as friendly as a rattlesnake-the grounds outside of the rooms are filthy-the rooms have no. ammenities like kleenex coffee shampoo usable towells etc.

This is an older motel but was very clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and courteous.

Es wäre besser gewesen, im Zelt zu übernachten, denn der Betreiber scheint sich mit den Motten zu duzen. Worst Motel we have ever been. dirty, sticky, smelly,..

You get what you pay for....well not really. There was no place to park our boat and truck, we are at Lake Powell for gosh sakes and they have no accomidations for boat parking!! The wifi and air con didn't work and we found some bed bugs in the bed during the night !!! But it was close to Lake Powell and Anthelope canyon. And walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, but we were sick after eat in this restaurant...

Don't expect too much from this Motel. The first room I was assigned didn't have the full amenities promised (they must have been nabbed by a previous occupant). The FO was luke warm upon arrival. I'll plan early next time and more than likely will avoid this place

Budget doesn't mean poor or filthy. The room seemed unclean, there was mold in bathroom and a 2 inch hole in the wall. The faucet and shower would work only in either very cold or very hot option. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel.com reserved a connecting room but when we arrived there were none, my family was separated. For a budget this hotel was o.k., one of those that you don't walk barefoot in. We just needed a place to crash and shower before getting on the lake.

On the first night of our stay, a large group of young people checked in after midnight, and were yelling and very noisy in the parking lot and rooms. The hotel made no effort to control them, and we got no sleep that night. The second night was better. The rooms were tiny but clean. Good price. The Roadway down the street is a bit better price.

Horrible hotel. Dirty, afraid to walk on carpet with bare feet. Only stayed here because nothing else was available.

The parking lot is small and a bit confussing. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The room had appliances that were falling apart. The bathroom did not look like it was cleaned fully. The staff wasn't very friendly. Wi-Fi-Internet wasn't available, you could only use one PC in the office. The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom was ok. The size of the room was good.

This is not a clean hotel. The bathroom was ok, but the room smelled a littlebit weird, the sheets from one of the two beds were not clean and there were all kind of unidentified spots on the walls and ceiling.

The Budget Inn is an older motel and could use some updating and maintenance. For a quick stop on a trip, it serves its purpose. There was broken tile in the shower and the floors could have been cleaner, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Dirty, dirty, dirty...more dirty. The worst motel I have stayed in. Frightening bathroom, sheet were not changed (long black hair on the pillow), sticky and stained carper. Horrible smell of air freshener to cover stink of not cleaned room. Ice machine without the ice. Very noisy at night, STAY AWAY PLEASE!

the Clarks are very nice. the fridge in the room was a little stink but it was because the plug was out for a while I think. good for the environment, and it was a positive thing for me. room is spacy. there are the rooms with two bed with a bathroom between, so if you are making a trip with opposit sex who are totally just a friend, you can book this […] room so both of you can have a little privacy. 더 보기

This hotel has very bad air condition system. It makes people in the room can not sleep over night - too much noise made by the machine.

Price was reasonable, guess I shouldn't complain however rooms were not what I expected. we had to upgrade on one room because it smelled musty and moldy among other things. the whole hotel needs to upgrade. and I mean NEVER. Never seen such a TV and telephone (ok, in museum or in old films) but I must say, i don´t watch TV while travelling. Back to hotel: My wife told me: don´t touch anything, let your socks and underwear on, not going barefoot anywhere.

Had to stay as all other hotels in Page had been booked out. For the price paid, the rooms were not worth it. - Bathroom needed maintenance - door lock did not work, small and bad mirror. Main desk folks were helpful.

We stayed at the Budget Host Inn on a recent trip to Lake Powell. The place is a dump. Staff couldn't care less about the conditions. Entire property is in disrepair. Soap was used. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the office was closed...I try to call them, to knock at the door and the bell but nobody showed up. I didn't not what to do, so I went in another hotel in the neighborhood and there I found a guy that told me "Budget Inn? Oh you have to go to the hotel XYZK in order to check in your hotel at night, cause the […] owner is the same and they used to do that, so probably they are still doing that..." Unbelievable, nobody told me that and, I was so lucky to found this very kind guy from another hotel that explained me how to do. It was my first and last time in that Hotel! 더 보기

The room we were in was at the back across a small road that felt like an alley. The curtains didn't fit the window right. They were too far from the window and anyone walking by would be able to see into the side of the room. The other bedroom had no door and the chest of drawers were broken. Stay away from this hotel no matter how cheap you pay. I booked 2 rooms for one night stay. The rooms were so dirty and smelly. The lights in one of the rooms didn't even work. I asked the front-desk lady to either have somebody fix them or to give us other room. Her answer was there was no one there to fix the lights and no more rooms available.
