Everything was fine, but one night the workers (they were renovating the 2nd floor) worked late (11:00 pm) right under our room. There was a lot of noise and the workers were smoking, which was drifting into our room.

Best feature: an honest 2 bedroom suite. No need to skulk around the room while our son was sleeping. All in all, a comfortable place, nice size pool - long enough for casual lap swimming. Furniture and carpeting showed a bit of wear and tear, but the facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant & helpful. I imagine we will stay there again […] next time in Columbus. My wife and I had stayed at the Staybridge last year and had a nice 1 bedroom suite, but we needed a bigger room this time. We were taking our 2 boys(ages 12 and 17) to the hockey game, and need a 2 bedroom suite. THE ROOM WAS HUGE. A queen size bed in 1 room and 2 doubles in the other, plus a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We own a timeshare condo, […] and this was just as nice as some of the condos we have used. The only negative was a new front desk person that didn't know that you can not purchase a pay movie in your room (even though the hotel info on this website said that it was avail.) We own 3 businesses also and I always appreciate when someone is honest with how they feel about our businesses.Was disappointed that the rooms did not have free internet. Thought the front desk needed more help. Was disappointed for the price we paid. We have stayed at other hotels for less money which offered free breakfast and internet service. This was a GREAT suite for a family of four. How great is two bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by the living room and kitchen? It's like being at home on the road. We were only spending the night, but I would have loved to stay longer. Very much worth the price...Breakfast included was wonderful also....lots of choices..very filling!

With a family of 5, it is hard to find a good, inexpensive hotel that has room for all of our growing family. This hotel was GREAT to stay in...giving my kids and my husband (and me) space for each of us. I would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed twice in this hotel and loved it both times. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others. The only complaint we have is the pool was too hot and too much chemicals. All in all this place is the best!

Found the accomodations very nice. Clean and comfortable, would stay there again when in the area.

Great people working the front desk. Rooms were nice. Didn't like the cleaning lady beating on my door at 8:00 in the morning. Woke my kids up!!!! Pool was nice and they have a nice breakfast. Nice ladies working that too...

We came down from Michigan for a 1-night stay to go to the Columbus Zoo. The hotel is convieniently located to the freeway and was fairly easy to find. We had a 2-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. It was very clean, had very cold A/C and perfectly met our needs. The sundowner free beer/wine and snacks were a welcome treat and the breakfast buffet […] was more than adequate. Coffee was hot, even in the late afternoon and we had the pool all to ourselves. Every employee we saw was courteous and helpful. My only complaint would be that some of the doorstops seemed to not have done their jobs and minor wall patches are needed behind a few of the doorknobs. As a family of six with a few small children, we often find it difficult to find a good hotel to stay at. This place was perfect for our family. The indoor pool was a great distraction for the kids and the two-bed/two-bath suite was the best for our multiple young bladders and noisy sleepers. Very nice stay!! nice environment clean well equipped nice location!

Stayed at this hotel with my sister and her family of 5. The room was the perfect size and accommodated all of us with 3 beds plus the rollout. We had a cookout in the courtyard and spent hours swimming in the pool. The hotel was the perfect spot for us to spend some quality time together. It was great having the 2 bathrooms also!

My family had a great stay at Staybridge, my kids love the pool, the breakfast was excellent especially the waffle maker....

The added bonus of the Irish festival transport made a our stay even better than expected. The suite was clean and the room was very nicely decorated. Our requests for extra towels and blankets were quickly delivered. The staff were quite entertaining! The breakfast buffet was great. We loved being able to make our own waffles. The coffee was wonderful. […] We loved having the Steak & Shake and Bob Evan's next door. Oh, we also loved the orange water in the lobby!!! The fresh flowers in the lobby were gorgeous! We were very pleased with everything. There is not one thing we were missing. We will stay here again.

The management staff was unfriendly and unreasonable. The rooms were small, not kept up well and were not cleaned during our stay, they do not have housekeeping on weekends unless requested, which we were not informed of upon arrival. They had a nice courtyard which our group used the first night, until we were told it was closed. However, not even […] the garbage was emptied over the weekend out in the courtyard. Would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to stay again, there are plenty of other nice hotels in the area at comparable prices and more ammenties. 더 보기

This, being my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites, was definitely a good first. The hotel was very clean, and appeared newly built (perhaps in the past few years - I did not ask though). My experience started out that I booked the wrong month. The hotel was quick to change my reservation to the date needed. When I arrived I did not realize they charged $75.00 a night extra for pets. I must have looked shocked, however the front desk clerk waived the charge for me as we were only staying one night and had just picked up or new puppy. […] Thank goodness for that. The breakfast looked good and had a nice variety of hot/cold foods. We did not eat though. Overall I thought the room was dated but it was clean. It was a good experience. 더 보기

This hotel was beautiful. Suites were big, clean and comfy. Property was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice as well.

So comfortable during stay.

My daughter and I used this hotel to meet in the middle of where we live. The hotel accomodated us like no other. The rooms were comfortable, the continental breakfast was very good with a large selection and the staff was very friendly. We were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated as guests, too. Where else can you find that?

We had 8 adults that stayed in Staybridge and it was perfect. We were not crowded and loved that there were two bathrooms making it possible to get up and ready without a long wait to use the bathroom. The courtyard was beautiful and the people that worked there were very nice. We will be back!

My wife and 5 year old daughter accompanied me to this hotel and I am very satisfied with the results. The room was extremely clean and in fantastic shape. The pool was average sized with a maximum 5 foot depth and was clean overall. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a variety of different foods including an assortment of ethnic foods. If I had […] to complain about anything, it would be two-fold: 1. The beds were great, but more on the soft side than firm. We all slept fine but I could see how this would be a problem if one required a firm bed. 2. The pool water was clean, but the pool itself felt like it had not been vacuumed in years. I could feel pebbles around the edges of the pool floor as I walked around the pool. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. If you enjoy a soft bed and could care less if the pool needs a vacuuming, there really was nothing I could recommend for improvements to this place and you should love it! 더 보기

I have stayed at several hotels in the area and this was definitely the best. Our 2 room suite was priced reasonably and we all slept comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and welcoming. There is also a sports bar, Mobile on the run store and a Steak and Shake very close (walking distance) to the hotel. […] You won't be disappointed if you stay here! 더 보기

We stay the whole family at the suites. The bathroom were so clean. The room was so clean. The breakfast was great, and the people so nice. I'll recomend this hotel and we'll stay again.

We were so pleasantly surprised! It was nicer than Embassy Suites, but way more affordable. Clean, remodeled, good breakfast choices, beautiful grounds. We highly recommend Staybridge and would definitely use them again.

This hotel was fantastic! There were 7 of us, so we booked a two bedroom suite. It was roomy with 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and a nice kitchenette. The grounds were well taken care of and the indoor pool/sauna were great. Breakfast was really good, plenty of hot/cold options and they constantly kept it stocked so it was never out of anything.
