Bed wasn't the most confortable.

My two friends and I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kansas City, KS. We were concerned initially that it would be too far from the venue that we were there to see in KC, MO. The hotel was very nice and clean as well as the room. We did not use very many of the amenities due to the event that we were there for... but thought the hotel in general was very nice. This hotel's staff is what saved this experience. The wi-fi is spotty. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. The location is good for the price, but more research should be done before committing. The staff though are phenomenal. The service they provided me and my wife is enough to make me overlook the "accommodations". This hotel was close to downtown KC, MO, but not walking distance. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast, although not included in room price was good. We did not spend a lot of time in the room or at the hotel. But the time spent was comfortable enough for a short visit. The room was very small. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome! We had adjoining rooms with our kids and both were very clean and comfortable. You will have a short drive to restaurants, but very doable.

Likely the cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in (seriously). It has easy access to the interstate to get across the highway to KC, MO and free parking. We used the hotel as a place to sleep, so I can't comment on the food, pool, exercise room, etc. My only real complaint would be that the heating/AC unit was noisy but still far better […] than a herd of teenagers or young children running up and down the hallway. 더 보기

people were very friendly and helped us find Jax Stax restaurant up the road. worked fine.

The staff was most helpful and very nice. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. The location is not the best as there is nothing within walking distance. The food there was very good but there was a very limited choice. The bar was the same, good but very limited choices. Very friendly front desk staff

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would have liked if its location was better.

The hotel property is completely fine. It's comfortable, clean, and easy to get on-and-off the freeway. But your in KCK and the neighborhood for blocks on end is depressed and worn out. Depending on your travel plans, but hotel could either be convenient for you or irritating if everything you want is in KCMO.

They say they have Wifi but we didn't get it in our room, and we call assistance we didn't get it.

All of the Staff members were very frendly and helpful. The Hotel is a little older so there was some wear and tear but it was very clean. Didn't care much for the location. It was only 10-15 min away from KS Speedway but seemed to be in the "middle of no where". I would recommend this hotel especially for business trips.

The service of the Hotel was great but the whole time I was there I was either killing spiders or running from rats. I have small bites all over my body. I think owner would be very embarrassed to know some one was not running their Hotel to the best of their abilities. I would not recommend this location to any one.

We mostly needed the room to get dressed after setting up for our son's outdoor wedding nearby. It was a wonderful, restful and recharging time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. So glad we got the room!!

Great hotel for the money

Great hotel with easy location to many attractions. Less than a 10 minutes drive to Plaza, Sprint Center, Crown Center, and Power and Light District. Very helpful front desk and very clean. Great parking!!

I thought this was a great overnight hotel for my family and I. I wasn't paying close enough attention and didn't realize it was in Kansas instead of Missouri, but it ended up not being any kind of problem for our one night stay, and it was right across the border. Hotel was 3 blocks from the Catholic Church and 10 minutes away from a deloightful casino. Staff made you fell lilke they were glad you came to their property. Location was in a nice area.

Lovely. An Oasis of comfort in the City. The staff was extremely accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was ideal for the event we were attending. Had a wonderful stay. Taxi service could have been more prompt.

My stay at the Hilton was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The restaurant was excellent!! I would stay here again.

Used this hotel as a one-stop on route cross country. Easy access off the highway, unfortunately, not a ton restaurantes in the vicinity; however, room service was available and quite good! would recommend this hotel if location is not a great concern.

don't go walking in the neighborhood. The hotel is located in a bad part of the city known for high criminal activity. Do not drive around in the area after dark.

Locaation was great, just off of I-70 Easy access to Freeway and about 3 minutes from downtown KC. The A/C was a little bit loud in my room but it was about 100 degrees that day.

At check-in, two sets of room keys didn't work. After our third trip back down to the front desk, we were told we had to wait for maintenance to fix the door, and I had to insist on a different room. Then, the AC unit in the room we got was so loud, it woke us every time it came on. Unfortunately, the temp that day was over 100, and AC wasn't optional. […] The service in the restaurant was the worst and most rude I've ever had, from the minute we were greeted by the hostess to the time we left. We were never offered menus, one person was brought a dessert they never ordered, and another had an unfinished drink snatched from their place when the waitress decided we were done. Complaints to the front desk manager were not followed up on. I will NEVER go back there, and will probably avoid other Hilton Garden Inns in the future. 더 보기

Hotel was great!!! Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Very quiet, never heard any people talking in other rooms. Pool was nice, fitness center was a little small. It was easy to find, right off of I-70. Driving up the road a little ways had a few scary looking places but otherwise it was a great place to stay!

Hotel well maintained & clean but very average. Average decor and furnishings. Average food and service in the restaurant/bar. Very loud heater in the room. Somewhat pricey for what you are buying.

Hotel was very well kept. Staff were very helpful. The only complaint was the noisy heating and cooling unit.

I really appreciated that the hotel restaurant was still open for business even after my 8:30 PM arrival time. Service was great, food was good and prices were reasonable.

Very clean hotel...great service...not the best neighborhood. About a 7 minute drive to the plaza....7-8 minutes to power and light...and about 20 minutes to oak park mall.

I am a frequent guest at the Hilton Garden Inns but I was very disappointed in this property. Extremely difficult to find (roads nearby are not marked well at all) and not in a particularly good neighboorhood. Box springs on one of the beds was broken and beds were very uncomfortable. Several days they either didn't leave enough towels and one day […] didn't leave any. We got in late and had to go to the front desk for towels and they gave us wet towels. Hot tub by the pool was broken. Again, overall very disappointed and I would not recommending staying at this property. 더 보기

me and my wife needed a hotel because we were on our honeymoon. when we started searching for hotels online we kept getting cheap bad ones but then we came across the hilton inn garden. It was so welcoming and clean. the bed was so comfortable! we had a great time and we had no complaints about the hotel.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable once you were inside, but the location of it was terribly hard to find. We even called the hotel for directions at one point and the directions they gave us were wrong! The surrounding neighborhood was also very sketchy! One more than one occassion, locals would ask us where we were staying and when we would […] tell them, they would tell us not to walk around outside the hotel because of the neighborhood!! The final kicker...the fire alarm went early in the morning and it ended up being a false alarm!!! I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. 더 보기

The front desk girl when we got there was VERY nice. She was very helpful as well. The night time lady was not very nice when we had to move rooms because it was hot in our room cause the air wasn't working. Other then that...great place to stay!!
