This was a very nice hotel...clean and comfortable.Well furnished.I will definitely use Quality Inn again.Also people at the front desk were awesome!

Although this hotel is older and the furnishings are a little dated, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The service was excellent. This hotel is centrally located in Gatlinburg and walking distance to everything. The continental breakfast was comparable to other hotels I have stayed at in this price range. The location of the hotel was great! Everything was clean and well maintained. The only faults I have are the water pressure in the shower and the beds are extremely hard. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely be back.

IT WAS A CLEAN HOTEL, EASY CHECK-IN AND OUT. THE DAY WE CHECKED OUT THERE WERE NO CARTS AVAILABLE FOR LUGGAGE, ETC.

polite, caring staff. Incredible accomodations; in the heart of Gatlinburg. An awesome pool. We can't say enough good things about the staff and accomodations. We will be back.

We alwasys tay at this hotel when travelling to Gatlinburg. It is close to everything.The kids love the indoor/outdoor pool and the thrill of swimming under the "wall" and being outside. The hot tubs were perfect after all the walking around all day. The convenience of ordering pizza from sonstairs was awesome and the cost was reasonable! The rooms […] were clean and the shower was hot and powerful. Would like the stairs to be more readlly avail for guest use. Parking in the lot should be better enforced as there were several cars in the "vans" lot and with the parking garage being small as it is, cars should def only park on the second floor and leave the bottom to the bigger vans, trucks and suv's. this was an older hotel. Our room had an old heating unit that we had to turn off once the room got warm so we would not sweat. The continental breakfast was very limited. I was not impressed there. Great Hotel very nice. The beds in the room are very very comfortable and cozy.....the room was very large, warm and cozy. We were at the end of the hotel with a mountain view which was not a great view but I did not go to the mountains to sit in my room and look at the mountains anyway. We had everything we needed and wanted. The negative about the […] hotel was that the garbage pick up woke us up around 4 in the morning and was outside for around 30 minutes or so very LOUD. The elevators are slow, but they have stairs if you don't want to wait. They even had a guard on site which made us feel safe. The main street in Gatlinburg was a very short walk with food and shops very close. The Edgewwater Hotel in Gatlinburge. The Hotel was in walking distance to everything I enjoyed. Since we get to the hotel the people that work there was very polite and nice, the rooms are very clean and nice, the beds, super confortables, the breakfast was good, the location the best, everything was a great experience, will be back soon for shure ;)

I wanted a hotel in Gatlinburg that was off the main strip but still in walking distance to everything. Check in was smooth and desk staff courteous. Lobby is very quaint with a fireplace. Room (2Q room with small balcony) was adequate size and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy and sheets smelled freshly laundered. Small refrigerator and microwave […] were in room. Bathroom was clean. Towels could be bigger and softer, but they were your standard hotel towels and were plenty for 4 of us. Check out was a breeze and took less than a minute. Decent breakfast provided even though we ate somewhere else we checked it out first. We wanted to eat at a favorite restaurant before returning home, or we would have eaten the hotel breakfast. The hotel is very good! close to business center, just at side of the river, the internet access is convenient, free breakfast.

Our hotel was in a great location and was very nice and also very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we would reccomend this hotel to everyone who wants a nice place to in a great location with access to the gatlinburg strip.

Check in was easy, room was ok not as nice as advertised. After unloading our things we went to the pool area. Half of the arcade games are off or out of order, one of the whirlpools jets are not working properly and the other was way to hot. We stayed here for one night and let's just say thank god we weren't in town for longer. The room was advertised as "mountain view" and that was a little misleading on hotel.com's part because it backs up to a mountain, and yeah if you look out your window you can see the trees and brush. Also, we reserved a room with a fireplace and did not get that. […] The actual pretty mountain view was on the other side though. Our room was right above the pool which was very very loud - lot of screaming kids playing well into the night. I think my biggest complaint of all was the floor was disgusting dirty - we kept our socks on which were black after walking around in our room which was very unnerving. The Heat/Air unit was cheap - either stayed on full blast or not at all. Overall, Very very very dated hotel that has made a few upgrades such as furniture that was the only thing that made it somewhat cozy. THE EDGEWATER WAS VERY CLEAN THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD ABOUT OUR STAY WAS CLEANING THE HOT TUB WITH STRONG CHEMICALS WHILE WE WERE AT THE POOL MADE GRANDAUGHTER SICK.

Edgewater, though getting older, is well maintained and clean. I recently spent 3 nights there and was satisfied. The breakfast opens up a little late for me but was adequate and good. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

This hotel was great. It was within walking distance of everything. Overall it was very comfortable and very quiet. The elevators were very slow so we usually took the stairs. Parking was tight but because everything was so close once we parked our car we just left it. We will definitely be back!

The hotel staff was okay, nothing special. we were disappointed in what they considered a free breakfast. Also, the parking situation was horrible. i am surprised that less experienced drivers would be able to park due to the closeness of the spaces and the height of the ceiling. The Edgewater Hotel has the nicest employees I have ever seen. They made feel like I was visiting a friend. The hotel could stand a good sweep down to get rid of some of the spider webs. tne parking spaces could be larger . they are very crowded .

Great location and the pool and hot tubs were awesome! Friendly staff. Only complaint was they need cleaner towels. Ours had a few long hairs woven in them and had a few stains. Found a couple of hairs in the bath tub. We will definitely stay here again though, the problems were not enough to make us not want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater in Gatlinburg. The only negative we had was the free breakfast. Not good at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant.

THE BREAKFAST SITUATION NEEDS TO BE UPDATED AND MUCH NEEDED VARIETY. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST CAN NOT BE CALLED CONTINENTAL. IT WAS TERRIBLE.

The hotel is convieniently located in Gatlingburg so as not to have to move your car and pay the high cost of parking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Edgewater was decent. I didn't specify the view so I understood I would take what I got and it was a view of the back parking lot. There were two disappointments from my stay. The first were the elevators. There are 2 and they are extremely slow. Second was the restaurant located inside the hotel. The quality of the food was very poor. […] I would consider staying at the Edgewater again with a view of the river. I was disappointed since I stayed at the Edgewater in Seattle and absolutely loved my stay there. Oh well. 더 보기

Great deal by Hotels.com, nice breakfast bar, close to attractions/walking distance, neat clean rooms, loved the balconies and free parking.

Room was reasonably nice and clean. For some reason had to ac at 67 for comfort. But only real issue for the money was the bathroom fan was not working and the screen on hair dryer face was missing exposing the coils. Except for that a pretty nice stay and value.

the hotel itself was fine--the rooms need more electrical outlets and less cords two many items plugged in and some not available -no where to plug in lamps and coffee pot the breakfast menu was limited-need more fresh fruit and danish and real orange juice hot tub in need of repair dinner at the hotel was wonderful -great waiter( he was very good […] and funny ) the chef did a great job !! will return to edgewater on my next visit to gatlinburg 더 보기

Great location

Hotel was in a great location. The free "bountiful" breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast consisted of toast, waffle, very watered down orange flavored drink and very weak coffee. The syrup was like liquid sugar, not maple syrup. Most of the games in the game room were broken and the pool was very small. The pictures make it seem pretty big but […] it is not. I was a little disappointed overall, but the convenience of being so close to the main street without being directly on it was worth it. Room was clean and there were no problems. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Walked to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nothing overly fancy. Not enough outlets available in the room. This place is great. Amazing location, only a block away from downtown Gatlinburg. Great rates and everything is awesome. The only real drawback is the normal wait for the elevators, takes longer than expected.

Me, my daugther, and boyfriend stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The only downsides are 1. elevators are slow, 2. not enough chairs at pool, but not a lot of people at the pool, 3.
