It was a very good hotel

Over all good stay but was disappointed for no complimentary breakfast.

The only issue was that the reception was most of the time on the phone and the attention was diverted from the main customers. It took 15 mins. to exchange words there.

We stayed two nights. Very convenient location, 10 Minutes walk from haram shatter. Friendly and cooperative staff,spacious rooms Neatly cleaned. Good standard hotel . I strongly recommend this hotel in Medinah For stay.

If you are willing to spend more time at Masjid-e-Nabvi, then it is not a good choice and there is no shopping area around the Hotel.

The service is great. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would like to book the same hotel again when visit the city again.

The management was very professional and helpful. The front desk staff needs to be trained that just because the first person in line does not speak Arabic, that person can be ignored when an Arabic speaking person comes up to the desk. We in the United States believe that the first one in line is the first one served.

Clean,Comfort and best shuttle service. Value for money.

Great service all around. Had a dedicated shuttle service available 24/7. The shuttle drops you off at baabussalaam road(south-west side of masjid-nabawi) hence a bit of walk for ladies if they want to ro ziyarah (Baabusman at the north-east side of masjid-nabawi)

Not recommended when you accold age accompany old age people because it is far from haram so you must take the shuttle bus every time & many other hotels are so close to haram

I visited Medina Munawara several times and stayed at different hotels. This was the best stay for the money I paid. It was peak Haj time. The hotel is very clean. Staff very courteous. About 10 minutes walk from Haram. There is 24 hr shuttle service if you cannot walk. Overall I gave 5 star rating.

I was not happy in my stay at this hotel,I have arrived at 15:00 hrs and checked in my room after one and half hour,the transportation to the Haram was very bad,the buses were not air conditioned and not regular.front desk were not helpful all times. I stayed in many Mariot hotels this one is the worst,I will not recommend this hotel.

Really good hotel location 10 min walk to the Prophet's Mosque excellent shuttle service always available which was good considering we was there during Ramadhan hotel very clean had good food for Suhoor and the staff were really polite and helpful all round really happy we chose this hotel excellent value for money and service.

The hotel itself was in a great location right outside the Haram. The shops and food places at the ground level were convenient. The Junior suite was very spacious with plenty of room for four people and 2 bathrooms and kitchenette. The breakfast buffet included with the room had a lot of variety and the food was good quality. The limo service to the […] airport is conveniently located in the hotel basement. However, beware the Saudi drivers! They are known to be rude, drive very dangerously and barely follow any road rules. They will also try to get money out of you even though you have already paid for the taxi at the hotel. Our driver was falling asleep at the wheel! Try to request a driver of another nationality and agree on the cost of the taxi with the bellman ahead of time as the Limo service will try to overcharge you on the spot. Another cheaper option is to get a taxi from the street and have it pick you up at the reception. 더 보기
