Hotel was going through restoration. the bed wasn''t very comfortable.

The wall paper was a ilittle loud but overall a great time. Jacuzzi & double shower were great. We did not use any of the other facilities at the Inn but did have a good time Could have used an elevator, Just had knee surgery a few weeks before so the stairs were a little rough to navigate.

This hotel was just middle of the road. Neither great nor bad. Decor in rooms need updating therefore you do not quite get a "clean" feel, but an "old" feel. The employees we encountered were all polite and helpful, though we were not aware that breakfast was included with our room as we were not informed as others were. Again it was middle of the road, as "hot" items were not hot, but there was enough there to chose from and just fine if we had chosen other "cold" items for breakfast. had to be moved three times within the hotel because of noise and smoke detector constantly squeaking then other rooms being loud and voisterous. TV did not work in one room. Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i did like that they had a bar and jazz in room and everything was in walking distence but when i saw small ants all over my hotel room and on my foot and call the front desk they did nothing about the problem!! like it happens all the time. so had to get all my things and leave a soon as possiable. not need to take ants home with me. i dont know if […] i would ever go back due to the ant problem 더 보기

A disappointing experience. Noisy neighbors, malfunctioning entrance door side door. Non functioning hairdryer. Shabby overall.

great location and excellent service

I have been here before with my husband. Its a great place to snuggle away. This time I went by myself to run the marathon. They were awesome! They let me check out when I was all set. Rented the jacuzzi sweet and the hot water didn't work in the room. Needless to say i didn't have a great time, the room wasn't too gross. They said they were going to send me a coupon for a free stay but never did.

Its simply the best hotel in Cape...plus the Jacuzzi in each room makes a AAAA+++...great customer service..people are promptly and nice..spend my valentine day there..I got the Ambassador suite..Awesome..

The location of the hotel was in a nice area, close to alot of nice places. The hotel could be cleaned a little better than it was. The pictures online make the hotel look wonderful and like you are getting a beautiful room but when you get there and your mouth drops because it seems the pictures you looked at online must have been a totally different […] hotel once you get there than the one you are staying at. The pictures look like they were taken when they first opened the hotel. The hotel could use a lot of upgrades...The best part of the weekend trips was the jacuzzi but then again, the knob for the drain came off and the jacuzzi faucet was dripping. We found a ant in the Bed on the first night and thougtitmay had been dragged in on our things, but later we found the bathroom to be infested with ants on the floor and jaccuzzi. This totally left us no choice but to leave.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in Feb. We called first to find out the price of a room and they informed us that all they had available was a Regal Suite for $$$$. The hotel is in bad condition and the rooms are not clean.

The hotel stay was decent enough--clean and spacious room, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. My only complaint was that I booked a stay in the Regal Room because both hotels.com and the hotel website explicitly stated that the breakfast buffet was included in the price. My FIANCE' AND I WERE IN A ROOM THAT HAD NO HOT WATER. IN THE PRIOR VISIT, THE INTERNET WAS COMPLETELY DOWN THE ENTIRE VISIT. I EXTENDED THE STAY AND I ARRIVED BACK FROM WORK AT 12:30 A.M. (RETAIL JOB) TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN, FOR THE KEYS WOULD NOT WORK. THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME, BUT LIKE THE THIRD TIME THAT IT WAS NEW STAY, FULLY PAID WITH NEW […] KEYS, AND NONE OF THEM WORK! THEY WORK UPON ENTRY, BUT NOT LATER WHEN I ARRIVED BACK. MY FIANCE' COULD NOT GET IN DUE TO THE KEYS. THE NIGHT STAFF LIED TO THE OTHERS AND CLAIMED, "THE MALE IN THE ROOM WAS FOUND OUTSIDE PASSED OUT." HE COULD NOT GET IN THE BUILDING AND THEN HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE KEY NOT WORKING TO GET IN. I WAS TO EXTEND THE STAY ONCE AGAIN- TO HEAR THEY WERE NOT TO RENT TO US. I REMINDED THEM THAT I AM TO BE MARRIED AND CHRISTMAS EVE AND THAT I HAD PLANNED TO RENT THERE ( ONE OF THEIR BEST ROOMS TOO). Our room was delightful; clean and spacious. The only negative was the restaurant. They should be closed for dining this time of year. My husband and I had perhaps one of the most unsatisfactory dinners in recent memory. We should have picked up on an obvious clue; we were the only persons in the dining room. The hotel was very clean and check-in was extremely easy and efficient. Our suite was in the back, on the second floor - no elevators. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub for 2 was also comfortable, but LOUD! The min-fridge did not work, which was not a problem for us, and one of the lampshades was falling apart, […] but we slept well, and had a nice (free!) breakfast buffet - lots of hot options as well as endless coffee! Jacuzzi Tub/shower combo was very difficult to get in and out of.. with Black Mold all over the drop ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Room was very old fashion.. some disrepair. room was large and quiet at least. tv wifi and in room safe a plus. Room service was friendly and prompt.. but food was not good.

overall the hotel is fine...needs some upgrading, paint,and wood restoration enhancement ....wifi connection was a problem....management very friendly and helpful...would go back again

Room was clean and everything worked. Paint and wallpaper were ok but dated. Sofa in living room not comfortable. We did not have to walk far for great food. Will visit again

MAde my reservation through hotels.com..everyting went just as i saw on the website...people at the hotel are very kind, hotel is hyper clean and the jacuzzi simply the best...

Location was everything. Didn't need to drive anywhere. Room and service were both excellent.

The International Inn in Hyannis offered a very good price for us when we were looking for a Columbus Day weekend on the Cape. It is right downtown, so no good views, hallways and decor are past their prime, but room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice size tv, couch and desk, plenty of closet space, bathroom was roomy and featured a large jacuzzi […] and breakfast buffet including hot and cold options was included. Nice room. Good amenties. Didn't eat at the Inn so no feedback there. Clean....we'd stay again.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location. You can easily walk to the restaurants and shops in the area. Now for the not so good things: the toilet paper holder was ready to fall off of the wall at any minute, the toilet kept running after flushing, there was some sand on not only the floor but also on the bed and in the sheets, […] and we had to go to the office to get someone to bring us clean towels since the office didn't answer their phone and the housekeeper didn't replace them. Everything is run down, old and needs to be replaced-falling down wallpaper,saggy mattresses,cracked bathroom tiles, etc.However, the bathroom did seem fairly clean, and there was plenty of hot water.. 더 보기

The room was nice about 30 years ago. Opening up the door we were swamped with a moldy, musty odor. The floor had a film on it that showed footprints. Our frig didn't work and the TV was hooked up with a VCR...Hello!!! We went there to fool around and have fun..we did that so it served its purpose. Good place. Convenient to town center. Only issue is, it needs a face lift. It is clean but a little run down. I'll go back again. Still a good deal.

Our one night stay there was acceptable, at best. Our room was very dated, and dark. The carpet is filthy and the whole room needs to be remodeled.
