My stay was okay but the woman in-charge of the front desk could do with a little bit more training.

The hotel is older but nice. It does need some updating. But staff are excellent and the location is directly need to a very fine mall. The mall food court is fabulous. The pool water is cool but clean and pretty women bless the place. Will visit again.

Very nice hotel. My only irk was that bathroom smelled like cigarettes. We asked for non-smoking. Other than that, service great, clean room, comfortable beds. Would recommend to friends.

Check in was efficient and front desk personnel friendly. Room was clean and spacious with good comfort facilities and a nice view. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Did not appreciate being placed on the smoking floor although the smell was not overpowering. Staff forgot to arrange shuttle service to airport even though […] it was booked the night before. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn before and will stay again. It has everything you could ask for. And the staff is great.

Overall a very nice hotel. Connected to the mall, very nice pool area. Only issue was that I booked a non-smoking room and they only had a smoking room. For a non-smoker this was a BIG deal for me. One other note...breakfast was not included through hotels.com and they charged almost twenty USD for breakfast which was just so so.

They gave me a corner room which has a good view and quite big. Nice stay - highly recommended vis-a-vis the price of just half of the top hotel in the area.

Great location, Best Bed I have found in a hotel in a long time. Very Pleasing.

if you want a good hotel near the mall, this is a good one. its a bit away from the airport and other attractions, but the mall is next door. Internet in the rooms is so expensive, 200 peso per hour but you can walk next door to the Mall for it.

The room is very spacious and with a good view. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous. The food in the breakfast restaurant was excellent. The elevators were fast most of the times. Had to pay for the internet connection and sometimes with bad signal. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and kind of old and stained. The bathroom spoiled the cleanliness […] of the whole room. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant especially Mr. Yape who made all the effort to make my room clean and neat. No formal lobby and the surroundings are so crowded but next to a mall. Our stay at Holiday Galleria couldn't have been much better. We had a very good room cleaned regularly. The housekeeping staff were very willing to help, finding us a cot for our infant very promptly, and always making us feel comfortable. The hotel drivers were also very good and full of information for the best and safest places to visit with an […] infant. We only tried the breakfast once, and it too was well done! The reception staff were able to organise things for us promptly too, and were very friendly and accomodating of our needs. Being new to Manila, the location was excellent for us, being right above a well appointed shopping centre which was helpful when we needed things for our baby. This is my 3rd stay at the Holiday Inn Galleria. It never changes....good value for the money. The accommodations to me are 5 star. From the front desk, to the breakfast buffet... Everything is superior.

I would say this is by far the best of Holiday Inns I've stayed. Please keep up the good work!

Great place to stay, shopping malls are nearby , we were extremely pleased with the entire hotel staff. they are very polite, friendly and helpful . Room is clean, good housekeeping. we would defintely go back again.

This won't be a long review because I have nothing to complain about! The hotel is beautiful with dark wood paneling on all the walls, the room was very large having an ante-room with a sofa in front of the sleeping area, great view, very clean, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Plus there's a very clean and large shopping mall attached […] to the hotel with a large market and many shops and restaurants. We came to the Hotel 29.07.10 and staid there only for one night to 30.07.10. But the service we experienced was very good. We felt that every thing we asked about was answered corectly and polite. Overall lighting is too dim. Access to the mall is good but the mall is so so. The pool is below par. Traffic is pretty bad.

I booked this room for my aunt and uncle who enjoyed their stay there. They very much liked the room and were very impressed with the staff. Staff very friendly! One glitch, however, the "pull-up" tab for the shower would not stay up; but they kept forgetting to mention to housekeeping, so it wasn't fixed. The hotel is connected to a very large shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and polite. It's about a 30 min drive from the airport. Traffic jams near by in evenings. I would stay there again.

Very pleased with everything about the hotel except for a dearth of available/convenient electrical outlets for recharging cell phone, camera, iron, etc. in the room. フロントマンは私が日本人と分かるとカタコトの日本語を交えて挨拶してくれ好感が持てました。２３階の角部屋に滞在、２面が大きなガラス張りで景観は最高でした。部屋の造りは古いけど清潔に保たれ、バスローブが一人分しかなく追加を頼むと５分掛からず届けてくれサービスも不満なし。また、隣のショッピングセンター（ロビンソン）とは４階の通路で連結されており、食事・買い物にも便利です。ただ、マニラ中心街から離れているのでナイトライフ等を楽しみたい方には不向きかも知れませんが、近隣に用事のある方には、お勧めのホテルです。

マニラの定宿にしている、日本人の宿泊客は少ない。 空港から昼間は、一時間半ほどかかり、その点不便、宿泊客の国籍は、ビジネス街も近いためか非常に雑多、レストランの朝食はマニラの標準、朝食以外は４Ｆから直結のモールですますのが、種類、価格でベター。部屋は古いが清潔で広い。両替もモールの１Fにありレートも良いし安全便利。　マニラ経験者向きホテルとおもわれるが、初めての人には、モールやロビンソンの探索、マニラの空気に触れる旅宿としては、いいホテルかもしれない。

goed ontbijt was met 2 maanden geleden 500 pesos duurder geworden ligging is goed om te shoppen en niet zo ver van luchthaven goede controle dicht bij metro en restaurants .

Das Hotel grenzt an eine Gallery, sodaß der Zugriff auf alle Versorgungsleistungen optimal ist. Es ist wie eine Insel in einer unwirtlichen Stadtwüste.Personal extrem serviceorientiert.
