I would recommend this hotel to others during any season other than summer. The service was great, the room was okay, the beds were SUPER comfy, but the individual AC systems were not the best, and the tv service was interrupted intermittently throughout our viewing. The service from all staff was outstanding however.

Not of the level expected of a Best Western but I supose you can't ask for much better in Alamogordo, NM.

The hotel was great! Problem was with the reservation made by hotels.com!! Had requested a pet room and first floor. That information was not relayed in the reservation. Will be sure to schedule directly with the hotel chain next time. Thanks to the fine young man at the check-in, they were ale to accommodate us.

Room was fine! Breakfast was not at all! Not enough seating and very little to offer.

Friendly staff. Great location in Alamogordo near several good restraunts. Bed was a little stiff but Im use to memory foam mattresses. I would recommend this hotel.

Average across the board. Decent room, decent rate.

Old soft beds, but everything else was ok. Outdoor entrances.

Just took my grandson and daughter to Alamogordo to explore White Sands and surrounding area. Stay at hotel was wonderful. Really great staff and accomodations. We will go back!

The afternoon personnel was very nice and polite. However, the internet didn't work properly until the morning I was leaving. So, all work I performed for a 6:30AM meeting had to be performed at 4AM. I missed the free breakfast, I missed a good night sleep, and I missed talking to someone in charge before I checked out--instead getting a patronizing […] remark from the morning personnel. Staff was very friendly, yet professional.

First of all I should stay, the staff, all staff is very very nice. But look what they have to work with : This hotel is so old and in bad condition it;s hard to even put into words. The smell of smoke and other cleaning products in the rooms is overwhelming. I say rooms because they offered us 3 different rooms. Each one worse smelling then the one […] before. We travelled with a small baby and none of us got any sleep. It was disgusting. The hotel does not deserve the Best Western name, there is nothing Best about it (and the free wifi only worked in the lobby, but any excuse to get me out of he room was welcome) 더 보기

Our trip home was made comfortable. We enjoyed the room and especially the pool! Our room was quiet, very clean and had everything we needed. We only found two things to be a bit strange was that a switch right by the door operated fridge, tv, etc. So we kept turning everything on and off. The other was the door opened and bumped into the bed.

The hotel was nice as was the staff. I was disappointed that the hotel permitted the parking of a commercial box truck across 4 parking slots right next to the hotel sidewalk. Since the hotel had outdoor corridors, when we looked out our window all you could see was the truck. It also kept 4 patrons from parking close to the building.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The pool is outdoors and clean. The lobby area was very comfortable and the free breakfast area was clean and well stocked! Great place to stay and near White Sands and Space Museum.

hard, hard bed!!!!!!

Hotel is old, inside and outside. Bed was old and creaked, front door would not lock correctly, carpet was yucky, shower was almost falling apart, and the noise from the upstairs room was so loud it felt like the people were on top of you. Even at the low price, the expereince was awful and we would not stay there again and would discourage it.

Enjoyed the room, although the bathroom and shower were pretty dated. At the far end of town, which isn't a big deal, but close to a LOT of traffic going in and out. Very pretty hotel on the outside. Clearly proud of what they do. Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting, but sufficient. I'd stay there again.

Beds were uncomfortable, coffee maker didn't work. The door lock was tempermental. The door leaked in lots of cold air. The blankets barely covered the both of us. The toilet would get stuck and run constantly. The water temperature in the showered would surge between scalding and freezing. Room service didn't make it around until late afternoon. The outward appearance of the hotel was a bit run-down, but the room was clean and looked like it had been recently updated.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking in and checking out. Breakfast was good and quick since we needed to leave early. Loved our stay.

There were two things we did not like about our room. 1- The AC is to the back of the room, which made the temperature of the room disproportioned. Second, the carpets needed to be cleaned.

Hôtel en rénovation. Pas d'ascenseur pour l'étage. Si on est en pleine forme et sans grosses valises..pas de problème ! Petit déjeuner basique. Piscine sympa, mais profonde (attention aux enfants)

Das Hotel an sich könnte stellenweise ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten vertragen. Das fällt aber gar nicht auf weil wir die meiste Zeit in einen beheizten Outdoor-Pool verbrachten, der die Bezeichnung "beheizt" auch verdient. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
