The hotel and staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and accomadating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The Internet worked flawlessly. There was some noise from I-75, but it could be easily drowned out by the A/C fan.

My family stayed here while visiting family in the West Chester area. It was a great value, an amazing breakfast, and a very clean hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We'll definately be back!

Everything about the hotel was great. We had a room with two queen size beds and found the room to be very large, Enough for me, my wife and daughter and all of their stuff. The bed was a little firm for me but my wife loved it and wants one of the down comforters like the one on our bed. The bathroom was huge with plenty of countere space for the girls […] to lay out all of thier things. If your staying on the north side of Cinncinati you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner and more comfortable room the the one we had at the Wingate. 더 보기

This was the second time I've stayed with them, the hotel is very clean and neat, with all the amenities I want. Service has always been very good. I'll be back as it is convenient for visiting family and friends.

This was a great business hotel. Checked in fast. Right up to my room. It was very clean. Comfortable. No frills but just comfortable. Great free breakfast for the next morning before heading out. Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Nice large rooms and very nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Close to attractions.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, nice hot tub, only complaint we stayed a Thursday and Friday Night the Friday night rooms above us were very loud very late into the night.

Our room had a musty smell...the ac was dripping which wet the carpets

We arrived late and had a problem; the man working at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. We had a wonderful stay because he was so accommodating. I would recommend The Wingate by Wyndham to all our friends and family.

To reserve a room at the hotel. Appearently the people working at this hotel were never taught that when they were hired. My famiy and I went to Kings Island for the day and wouldn't be going to the hotel until later when the park closed so I called when we got to Kings Island at about 2 in the afternoon and the girl that answerwed the phone told me […] that I didn't have a room- I asked if they did not get my reservation and they said they did but that they "gave the room away". They said they would get us another hotel in the area and pay for it. I said no since I didn't want to spend the afternoon researching hotels in the area again since I was supposed to be having fun with my family at an amusment park and I already had a reservation at their hotel. After repeatedly putting me onhold for a total of 30 mins. the manager was finally put on and where I explained that I was not happy (using different words) an that I want a room at that hotel. Suddenly they had a room for us but she said it was only a double w/ a roll away bed which was fine since there was 3 of us. The manager said "let's just forget this ever happened and I'll take care of you when you get here". When we arrived they had a room for us and they gave us a card w/ a free night stay at that hotel w/in the year which was nice but basically worthless since I don't want to go there again and won't be vacationing in the area any time soon. The hotel was nice enough and the buffet was okay but the whole intial experience of us possibly having to sleep in the car for the night or drive around an unknown area in the middle of the night looking for another hotel to sleep in if I didn't call early on left me annoyed and unhappy w/ the hotel no matter what. 더 보기

We came for the tennis tournament and were very surprised at the comfort and ameneties. We booked the hotel last minute and were not sure what we were going to get. The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The bar and restuarant we outstanding as well.

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Planning on staying at the Wingate every time I'm in the West Chester/Cincinnati area.

Very Nice hotel, front desk was very friendly, would stay again, only problem was the housekeeping never came to the room till check out time. Overall very Satisfied with the hotel.

We went to Kings Island for 2 days and stayed here for one night. Very convenient. Room clean, beds very comfortable. Staff friendly. I am very picky, so I would stay here again. Thumbs up.

We love this hotel. Everything was just perfect from the room to the service to the wonderful breakfast. The bed was so comfortable and everyone so nice. We will stay here everytime we come to the area.

Went to visit family in Cincinati & Dayton and this hotel was half way in between both areas and perfect. Staff was friendly, our king size bed was heavenly and breakfast was great. There was also Happy Hour and a restaurant that opens at 6 pm so leaving the hotel after a long day was optional. Highly recommend staying here!

Good hotel in terms of amenities, service from staff and so forth. However, our room was infested with bed bugs. My colleague woke up with over 50 bites on his body. The hotel was good about it and changed rooms, dry cleaned our clothes, gave us change/detergent for other laundry, and reimbursed us for a days worth of clothes and luggage. The hotel was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, great neighborhood, great breakfast, pool & spa perfect and the staff was so friendly. Will definitely stay there again, and have already recommended it the hotel to other.

Room and property were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. We were there over the weekend and I have found sometimes these types of properties (which typically cater to the weekday business traveler) can become somewhat "cheap" on the breakfast offerings over the weekend; Not the case with the WinGate! Staff were professional, but, relaxed and not uptight. Breakfast was good, from oatmeal to biscuits and gravy. Rooms were nice for the price.

We liked the location and amenities. For the money, it is an exceptional value. Right off the Highway, close to Shopping, downtown, and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We travel to the area often, and would recommend the hotel. Not exactly the Four Seasons, but the modern decor is a very nice touch without being overdone.

our stay was very comfortable here. nice big flatscreen tv, and a good hot breakfast. the room was furnished well and great beds with nice linens. well worth the money.

Clean, friendly, price was right. Great breakfast a bonus. Clos to shopping, parks, and casinos. Will definately look for Wingate Motels in the future.

Everything was great! Good service, very clean room and bathroom. The only complaint we would have is that the toilet seemed to not flush so great ... took two flushes any time you used it. But overall a great hotel in a convenient location.

Does not get much better than this. If you are a business traveler there is not much to complain out this hotel. Other than not being HD TV's everything else is very very nice for the rate. It is newly remodeled, great restaurant and bar with a more than adequate breakfast.

I spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - very close to shopping and restaurants.

Second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and have flatscreen TVs. The restaurant is convenient and good if you don't want to go out and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Rates were good for the area.

I had to leave after 2-1/2 hours because of the other room. When I stopped by the desk, I left my keys and went home which was another 2 hours away. It was miserable. The hotel gave me a complete refund and apologized for the other room. I cannot blame the hotel for the other customers but we discussed how this could be handled in the future. Very clean. Great, quiet location away from busy streets. Staff was very friendly. Hotel restaurant for dinner was great with very friendly waiter. Hot breakfast also a plus.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly during our three night stay. If we had any issues with our room, they were quickly resolved the same day. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was close to all of Cincinnati attractions, but in an area that made a person feel safe. The area was an area that I would consider a family friendly neighborhood.
