Not clean and staff unfriendly

o.k.-with one big exception!!! wi-fi not working-called front desk 3 different times with no resolution!!!!

Overall it was nice. They just need to dust better.

Good location out of the way from downtown, a lot less traffic. Rooms are outdated and smoking rooms were not so clean. Musky smell

Service was good. Room handsome issues, holes in bathroom ceiling, water stains in ceiling in living area.

The bed was broken down on one side, and the linens smelled horrible. I will not stay there again.

The pictures are deceiving. It isn't at all what it actually looks like. It was so dirty that we didn't want to change when we got into bed and slept in our clothes. I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The bathroom was so bad that I didn't even shower.

This is an inexpensive motel, but our room was clean and tidy. The staff was cordial. The breakfast served was tasty and assorted. It runs like a decent hotel, not a motel. However, breakfast should be extended at least 30 min. And the chlorine in the pool was strong enough that I could smell it in the hallway and the room.

I think this place got a bum wrap in the earlier reviews. I won't sugar coat this, it's right next to the freeway(noise) and the beds were old, the sheets were worn and the pillows were thin. This is a discount hotel, you get what you pay for! And for the price, even though it was worn everything was clean. The doors at this hotel have to be pulled shut in order to lock, and there were many open rooms as I walked down the hall because people obviously didn't realize this. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were wonderful. For a one night stay, for the price, it was a decent place as long as you know to keep your door pulled shut. Came for Gen-Con. It's 10 minutes to the ICC, and 1/2 to 1/3rd the cost of staying close. real simple navigation. Lots of places to eat within a mile, Bob Evans within a block. Obviously it's not a 4star hotel- but since all I did was sleep there- it was fine. One problem with towels that weren't quite as clean as they should be was rectified immediately. […] Also the towels are kinda small- bring your own if you want to se the pool. Or Wal-Mart is 3 miles due South. Pillows could be better- then again - there's Wal-Mart. It was clean- I slept well- not a lot of noise, or loud guests. we rent 5 rooms for our racing team it is a normal rooms.

this place was so bad! talk abt off the beatin path ! the road to this place was so dark and narrow had i not gone during the day i wouldnt have made it there. the tub was dirty, the tp had been rolled off then re-rolled back on! the floor had spots of something i could only guess was urine and i wont even tell you about the Tang they served at breakfast. best […] thing abt it was it was close to where i wanted to be 더 보기

I arrived on Thursday for a big nerd gathering, to say the least, and when we arrived, there were no more non-smoking rooms. It didn't bother me too much other than the scent of smoke lingering in the room, which gave me and my friends a headache. Luckily for us, there was a CVS Pharmacy two blocks down the street. The room itself was decent, but unfortunately […] had only one set of outlets that was decently accessible because the others were obstructed by either the bed or the TV, which was annoying. The hotel itself was only about a ten to fifteen minute drive from downtown Indianapolis and the Indiana Convention Center on Capitol Avenue. Which was nice, the breakfast in the morning was also delicious for biscuits and sausage gravy. It's pretty much everything I expected. The pool was disappointing, mainly because it is an outdoor pool that doesn't seem to be checked on very often. I guess it is lower on this Super 8's set of priorities. Overall, I give the room a four, but perhaps it would be a five if we had gotten a better room that was nonsmoking. I'd come back here the next time I came to Indianapolis. 더 보기

pretty nice if you are looking for a clean and comfortable hotel. Has a pool that most of the time its free.

This hotel was fine--nothing special, and I've certainly stayed in worse. Room was clean, with large TV, fridge, microwave. Hotel hallways smelled like chlorine (odd, since no indoor pool)--very basic, probably wouldn't recommend for more than a night or 2. Towels were tiny (and I'm a small person!), sheets not very soft--little things that aren't a […] huge deal, but nevertheless irksome... I'm not going to be overly mean about this, but I would skip this hotel. The front desk clerk was very nice and the place didn't necessarily look dirty, but it is very basic, nearly vacant, old and run down. We reserved the room for an out-of-town guest, as I thought it was at a different location. My fault, of course, but I was pretty embarrassed […] when we were checking him in. The view from the room was so funny (an overpass, some weeds and a broken up parking lot), that he took a picture of the view for posterity. At least we have another funny story now. Bottom line? If you're actually planning a trip or accomodations for a guest, as opposed to just driving through and needing a room for the night, keep looking. 더 보기

This Super 8 is not a luxury place, although we have been staying here two times. This hotel is an easy place to sleep, no luxury but a very reasonable price. It is easy to find and the drive to down town is "straight ahed", no turns or changings of roads or directions. If I get back to Indy I would more than likely stay herre.

I can't give this hotel high ratings because it fits every cliche about crap motels. The neighborhood was kind of crappy because it is literally on the exit of a freeway but it was quiet! The towels felt like sand paper, and so did the toilet paper. The bed was actually quite comfortable for being harder than my normal comfort level. The hotel had cable […] and a nice big tv to watch it on, that was quite pleasant. All in all it was a pretty ok, and it was extremely affordable which is why I recommend this place. Just make sure you put a do not disturb sign out before bed because they will try to clean your room at 8 in the morning. 더 보기

Hotel service was great. Had bathroom sink drain stoppage and toilet backup but action was taken quickly each time. They had to return twice to correct/unclog sink drain, but each time it was done in a very timely manner.

It's a hotel people, what more do u need to know

Hope construction done soon. Hard to get out of hotel and into. I will have a hotel easyer to get to.

We got to the hotel just after a rain storm, and the roof was leaking, this is understandable. Unfortunately, they did not start cleaning the mess up for 3 days! The halls smelled of mold and we were holding our breath when we walked down them. The air conditioner was noise and we would turn off at night, when it was on, it barely worked. The overall […] condition of the hotel was disgusting to say the least. I was going to leave, but would have cost me to much money, so I put up with these unacceptable living conditions. The hotel had a terrible odor and you had to hold your breath when you walked in the hallway. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were leaks all over the place. The maid service was awful. Wasn't bad for the money.The room wasn;t very clean but it was comfortable. The pool was very nice. If you are looking for a cheap room and no luxury this is it!!!
