Hotel staff very pleasant and welcoming. Room perfectly acceptable. Views stunning of the mountains.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel so much, we are thinking of returning to Trento ( a fantastic city ) just to see Trento again, but for several days this time. And we will stay at the Grand Hotel. What a fantastic location, just a two minute walk to enter into Centro Storico.

Fine, convenient, comfortable but piles on the glitz. Flunkies at front desk had fancy uniforms but generally were too busy to say hello.

wow this is one of the best hotels in europe.and we stayed in over 30 of the best.this hotel is a must if you are in the area fantastic marbled and mirrored foyer wonderful large rooms beautifly appionted plush carpet and furnishings wonderful dining room and great lounge and bar room, located in this beautiful town in northern italy. food is to die […] for and service is unsupassed.we will go there again its simply the best. 더 보기

It's hard to get a feel for a place from online photos --blurry lenses, creative lighting, scale, etc., all contribute to that moment on arrival when you look back and forth between the pictures and the original and say, "I guess it's the same hotel." But this hotel is actually as comfortable and luxurious as it looks. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, […] and comfortable. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are great. It's located about two blocks from the train station in one direction and two blocks from the central plaza in the other. And it's large and quiet. I highly recommend. 더 보기

The Grand Hotel in Trento really is "grand"! Beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms, lavish breakfast, friendly staff. It is across the street from a public park and the train station is just beyond that (3 minutes). Very close to most of the significant tourist sites. Just as a 4 star hotel should be, EXCEPT that the internet access is very pricey. I have […] stayed at many a lesser hotel that offered free wireless. servic war hervorragend, alle mitarbeiter sprechen englich und sogar ein paar deutsch.

Hotel is nice but focused on congresses. We stayed with a baby and a late checkout (to travel during the night) was difficult. It turned out that we had to pay half the room price for a check-out at 16.00 instead of noon. This made me angry. So we left a day early at 23.00 in the evening to never come back to this hotel. The location is very good - close to the railway station and touristic attractions. The room was beautiful. I actually disliked 2 things about this hotel - the extremely loud air-conditioner (not simply loud, but getting louder or quieter every minute - it was impossible to sleep with AC switched on) and poor breakfast (some vegetables may be added […] ). 더 보기

Hotellet virker aristokratisk og af høj klasse, men der er for meget muzak (selv i elevatorerne), og om aftenen er receptionen plaget af støj fra baren. Det aristokratiske præger også selve værelset, der var veludstyret og smukt. Der var også godt lys, bl.a. ved skrivebordet. Jeg manglede dog et køleskab. Udvalget af TV-kanaler var omfattende og internationalt. […] Også badeværelset var fint - med badekar og stort udvalg af sæber etc. Beliggenheden ved en park med banegård og rutebilstation på den anden side var meget praktisk, og det var nemt at komme til byens seværdigheder. One can hardly imagine anything better than this hotel. The friendliness of staff, adds to the impeccable beauty of the hotel, cleaning rooms and beautiful view of the window. Some services, such as sauna, which appears in this site are included in the service may be paid to part, yet the hotel is still the best alternative in Trento. Hotel trés propre, buffet petit déjeuner trés bien fourni, service de qualité. Service bar impeccable, salons agréables. J'ai déploré le prix pour l'accès wi fi , trouvé excessif, 3€ les dix minutes. Bien situé pour rayonner dans les environs et visiter Trento. Climatisation perfectible.

Ideal gelegen für Zwischenstop in Trento.

Grand Hotel i Trento ligger centralt over for banegården med en grøn park imellem. Selv om der var udsigt fra værelset over et kedeligt fladt tag, var det også blik til de smukke Dolomitter. Personalet var yderst venligt og servicemindet. Hotellet var velholdt og værelset veludstyret.

Fin central beiggenhed. Kvalitet for pengene, God service. Venligt personale. God morgenmad.
