Me and my girlfriend stayed here Dec. ' 11. Hotel is 80's style and standard, but clean. Breakfast is very expensive (€14 !!), and is definitely not worth it. There are cozy coffee shops nearby or downtown that will better serve you here. Would not recommend to use hotel restaurant down stairs. We sat there for 1 hour and did not even get the menu. […] Within 5 minutes walk you will actually get served and for a much better price. Can recommend this hotel for people who just need a simple place to stay. S-Bahn stop is 5 minutes away and only 5-10 minutes from Marienplatz. Each room has a small kitchenette and 2 free beers / water every day. You also get 1 hour free wifi each day. Nice if you use your laptop / tablet to find activities and places to visit. Munich is very easy to get around and our hotel was in a good location, about 5 minutes from the nearest underground station. Nice staff and comfy rooms. Well worth a stay

stayed only one night but when i go back to munich i will stay here again for sure! great location and everything!

The Hotel is located in a quiet street close to the train station Rosenheimer Platz. From there it takes only 5 minutes (2 stops) to the city centre (Marienplatz) and 4 stops to Munich main station with trains running very frequently. The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Parts of my shower even came off by barely touching them cause there were rusty. Carpets were old and a bit nasty to be honest. Staff was very friendly and helpful! However, wont stay there again.

Great location, and comfortable, but for business users this isnt recomended ! They only give you an hour internet for free each day (which you have to use up in one go, ie you cant use it a bit at a time). But even though the signal is strong, the speed is extremely SLOW (so dont even bother buying a weeks access for 30 euros or a days pass for 12 […] euros. . . . . this is my main gripe, as the location is great, only 5 mins walk from the Deuchse Museum and river, nearby are plenty of good restuarants, and the staff are first class, speak English, and friendly. 더 보기

It was the best hotel - the room is nicely designed and its kitchenette which was jsut what we really appreciated as we were on tight budget. It also provided 2 complimentary bottles of water and beer - which really saved us a trip to the supermarket after a tiring journey. The hotel is within walking distance of Hofbrau Haus and down town, though maybe not for older folks. It was clean and reasonably comfortable and the folks at the front desk were helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. Good location

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Two free waters and two free beers in the minibar every day. Breakfast is priced a little high for what you get, but the internet is not priced too bad considering what other hotels charge in Germany. All in all not a bad place to stay, but the one thing that would keep me from coming […] back is there is no air conditioning in the room. There is adjustable heat, but no cooling. Had to sleep with the windows open for comfort, but then had to listen to people strolling on the sidewalk and driving past in their cars. 더 보기

The Derag Hotel And Living Hotel was faultless in every respect. Location not the best but at the price as expected.

An ok place, good little perks available, like 2 bottles of beer and 2 waters free! (although we didn't get ours!) A fairly good location, although a little way out. We had to take the train in! Bathroom a little smelly and room very hot as no air con or fan!

This hotel is a nice value. For the cost, the hotel had many amenities, like a small kitchenette with a stove and sink, and even a pants press. The bathroom was fairly small, but the room itself was reasonably sized compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany. Overall, good value.

Internet service was pricey and the connectivity was poor. Included a nice breakfast of breads, cereals, yogurts, juices, etc. Shower only. Located near to a metro stop in a nice area with some good restaurants nearby.

Von der Einrichtung her gemütlich, aber etwas alt-backen, wirkt dadurch nicht ganz sauber. Ich war mit dem Zimmer zufrieden, allerdings musste ich dann in der Nacht feststellen, dass die Wände sehr dünn und meine Nachbarn sehr laut sind. Da mein Zimmer direkt über dem sehr hell beleuchteten Eingang lag, war die Nacht über leider auch mein Zimmer viel […] heller als ich gehofft hatte. Insgesamt aber freundliches Personal, die gerne helfen. Ich würde wieder kommen, aber auf die Lage meines Zimmers achten. 더 보기

The hotel does not have LCD nor electric keys. The wake up is performed by a an alarm clock beside your bed. Too expensive for the oldness of the hotel.

ruhige Umgebung, S-Bahn Rosenheimer Platz zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, von dort 2 Stationen ins Zentrum. Die Frühstücksleistung wurde nicht gebucht, diese ist relativ teuer, zudem gibt es in Hotelnähe preisgünstigere Alternativen.

Morgenmaden står ikke iforhold til prisen! Værelserne er af ældre dato!!

Me lleve una grata impresión del hotel. Es un hotel nuevo, la habitación es muy amplia, cómoda y limpia. Mi habitación tenia una pequeña cocina y mesa de planchar. En el minibar, incluían 2 botellas de agua y de cerveza gratuitas. Los únicos "peros" son la ausencia de caja de seguridad y de aire acondicionado. Tenían una recepcionista que habla castellano […] perfectamente. No puedo opinar del desayuno porque no estaba incluido y me parecio caro con lo que no desayuné ningun dia en el. Aveo letto i giudizi per lo più molto positivi e confermo una ottima permanenza: personale gentile e disponibile, stanze comode e spazione ( utile anche se essenziale l'angolo cucina con frigo spazioso), buona pulizia e quartiere silenzioso oltre che con tutti i servizi. Hotel is nice and clean, very good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was easy come with car, hotel has parkcarage and also parkinplace in the hotels front.

雖然離市中心要步行約二十分鐘，但飯店很舒適乾淨，飯店人員很親切，若浴室排水孔堵塞的問題能解決會更棒。

1 hour free Wifi per day but the signal was poor to non-existent in my room at end of second-floor corridor. Strange cooking smells along the corridor too. However, the bed was comfortable, the free drinks were appreciated in the hot weather and reception was quick, friendly and efficient.

Bien situé, un rapport qualité prix très bon, un personnel très avenant et sympathique, une chambre très bien équipé puisque nous aurions pu cuisiner sans problème aucun - il manquait toutefois la vaisselle de base mais un frigo, des plaques chauffantes en éat de marche et propres. Hotel allgemein sauber, im Zimmer etwas schmuddeliger Teppich. Zimmer lag direkt neben EIngang wo oft Raucher standen, von denen der Qualm ins Zimmer drang. Sonst aber ist das Hotel OK. Preiswert und von der Lage her optimal.

Sono sincera, ho prenotato questo albergo, tra i tanti disponibili, per l'ottimo prezzo e la vicinanza con il centro (2 fermate della metro o 15 minuti a piedi) e ho trovato una bella struttura, pulita e confortevole.In camera è presente anche un angolo cucina utile per la colazione.

Zimmer sauber, jedoch an den Wänden sowie Bad auch an den Wänden nicht zu übersehende Gebrauchsspuren. Ohne laufende Lüftuzng im Bad permanente Geruchsbelästigung durch Abflußgeruch.

Derag hotels is the house of luxury; the room are very comfortable and cleaned. The receptionists and all the staff are very courteous and available each hour.
