I like this hotel very much. It's very well located, inexpensive, clean, comfortable and with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite big, with a very nice view from the balcony (beautiful garden with trees in blossom). Sound insulation is appropriate, but not ideal. We have taken a dinner in the restaurant - it was very tasty. Breakfast was […] also good, but the choice was quite poor (maybe we came too late). Hotel staff was really very friendly and helpful. Maybe the best I have even met. However, the hotel not in the city center, so it would be perfect choice only if you have a car or like to walk (the city is not big, so you can reach center in 10-20 minutes walk). On the other hand, the Hohenbaden castle is not so far (1-2 km from the hotel)... Also the building is a bit old; halls, rooms and balcony needs renovation/painting. The furniture/doors/etc. is also old. But all is very very clean and good functioning:). So if you need a luxury or modern apartments, it does not fit. But if you need inexpensive beautiful place to stay, it's really a best choice. 더 보기

We chose this hotel because it was just outside the Zentrum and thought it would be quieter. The first night was quiet, staff processed us very quickly, but forgot to give us the town access card that shows we paid the city tax and provides discounts. We woke up to no heat and barely warm water for a shower. There was renovations in progress that we […] were not aware of that caused this issue. The next night we were looking forward to a peaceful night, but that only came after 3 am when the party (likely a wedding) stopped just below our room. There was an apology, on a board at the front desk after the fact that was place sometime after 2300 the night before. While the heating issue was a minor annoyance and couldn't be avoided, the noise could have been avoided by moving us to a room away from the party before it started. There were plenty available. Baden-Baden is a wonderful place and we are looking forward to a return trip, but not a return stay there. 더 보기

Although I would not say this hotel was with in walking distance of sights, with a car it was OK. Parking is an issue when going to center, however transit was good.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is good if you have a car as it was up a hill, a distance from the center of Baden Baden. We had two rooms, in one of them, the TV didn't work properly and the shower had a sloping wall so you could not stand up in it. All in all, the rooms were quite large and pleasant. We would recommend it.

Clean room and bathroom, however there was absolutely NO information in English, only German and Russian, so if you are Russian, i would recommend this hotel! I was trying my best to speak as little of the German as i knew, but the hotel should really have at least one leaflet in English. The hotel is just on the outskirts of Baden which at first appears to be a problem. However its only a ten minute walk and with free parking its fantastic. The general standards of the hotel are acceptable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The resteraunt is first class.

Altes hotel, nicht renoviert. Aber für den preis ok. 1 tag super service beim frühstück, anderer tag man konnte keinen kakao bestellen weil weit und breit keiner da war. Sehr freundliches empfangspersonal. Von der stadt zum hotel ist es ein 20 min marsch bergauf. Dusche sehr klein und alt.

Den heutigen Ansprüchen an ein 4-Sterne Haus entspricht das Hotel vom Interieur in keinster Weise. Es stammt aus der aufstrebenden Zeit der Kurorte. Wurde die letzten Jahre scheinbar wenig verändert. Daher nur ganz bedingt empfehlenswert. Sicherlich nicht geeignet für Geschäftskunden.

Un Hotel che certo non lascia il segno,lo consiglio se si riesce a strappare un buon prezzo,simpatia e sorrisi Zero,pulizia discreta,numero stelle esagerato,personalmente ne assegnerei 3. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro,15-20 minuti.

Trés decevant par rapport au nombre d'étoiles indiqué .Bâtiments vieillots sans aucun cachet;. Structure limite

Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Baden-Baden. Das Zentrum ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang (10 min.) durch einen Park schnell erreicht. Bei der Anreise wurden uns sofort der Weg, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Veranstaltungen aufgezeigt. Das fanden wir sehr schön. Unser erstes Zimmer haben wir gewechselt, es lag zur Straße und war etwas laut (Straßenlärm). […] Das nächste Zimmer lag zum Garten, war sehr schön und auch geräumiger. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Terrasse auf der auch gefrühstückt werden konnte. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Abendkarte eher kurz, aber wir haben sowieso in der Stadt gegessen. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden jedoch sind 4 Sterne etwas hoch bewertet. 더 보기

Situated excellently only 10 -15 min nice walk (or < 5 minutes by car if laziness hits in :-) from city centre. Cosy atmosphere, very nice & ample breakfast and spacious double room with bath & balcony made me and my wife's stay very pleasant. Plenty of park spaces in front of the hotel. Would go there again !
