Great place to stay, nice new hotel with great breakfast!!

Overall, one of the better hotel stays I've had lately that's within my government per diem price range. The pet fee of $25 is very reasonable and there is ample open space across the street to the north for leash-free dog walking! The hotel was clean and well maintained. When we had a problem with our iron a new one was brought to the room. The personnel was professional and courteous.

This was one of the worst experience my family and I have ever had in a hotel!!!!!!! It was all.. misleading, the hotel was a mess, the service we recieved there was terrible!!! They hung up on my son when he called to ask for towels in which they were not able to supply because they ran out!!! The hotel charged a $3.00 fee in my credit card. I thought all charges were covered by Hotel.com. I have not seen this type of additional charges before and wonder how straight forward is Hotels.com and Holiday Inn.

This is a great hotel. It's right off the fwy. easy to find and plenty of resteraunts and stores to go to if needed. Will be going back! The 1 and only thing my family didn't like was the mattress, it was too hard for our likes, but other then that our stay was wonderful.

Great location near lots of restaurants, good in hotel breakfast, nice room, nice indoor pool for the kids !

My whole family really enjoyed are stay at this motel. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We will be staying again!!

we stay at this hotel every time we visit the high desert in CA. The cleanliness and hotel staff are outstanding. would not stay anywhere else.

This hotel was available, the staff was kind and they had an indoor pool is the best that can be said about this hotel. The breakfast offering was not only disappointing but disgusting. We only had it once the rest of the time we made a morning run to Starbucks instead. The room were nice, but they were remodeling rooms and the hallway carpets were covered with plastic that wasn't appealing. The biggest disappointment was the pool/spa was closed and we were not made aware of this ahead of time. The pool/spa was one of the major factors for staying there and felt there should have been a reduction in price. On Saturday […] and Sunday mornings they hold Weight Watcher meetings and it really interfers with the dining room area for the guest. Check in was courtious,fast, simple, and thorough. The clerk took our information we signed necessary forms, and he explained what, where, and when breakfast was served, as well as explained other amenities and where to park and easiest way to get to our room. Hotel had carts for baggage, and an elevator. Room was very comfortable, well kept, and […] really felt upscale to me. Our only problem was that we were right side of the elevator and the bell bothered me trying to get to sleep and waking up. However I slept through from about 10pm to 5am when I heard the bell again. My wife didn't notice it at all. Breakfast was great- biscuits and gravy, omlettes, cinnamon buns, coffee, juice, etc. We'll stay there for sure the next time we're in Hesperia. The staff was very nice and helpful. When we got upstairs the hallway smelled like stale cigarettes, but the room had no trace of this odor. It was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean & nice. The Continental breakfast was wonderful. You can make your own hot little pancakes and if you get in there early, the cheese omelets are available. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, looked clean & warm. The only discrepancies that I could see in this hotel is that the lamp on the desk didn't work. (I notified them […] upon leaving) And the closet area seemed dark. They need a little light in there. The bathroom door was a little annoying the way it always sprung closed. We used a piece of cardboard as a door stop. The pillows at hotels are always lacking in fluff, so I always bring my own. Overall it's a nice place and I would stay there again. 더 보기

the swimming pool was a bit smaller than it appears on the picture, but pretty good size, and warm enough. Breakfast was not fantastic, but pretty good with omlette and pancake, fruit, milk, cereal, coffee, juice, etc... The bed was firm to my liking, but the air-conditioning sound for the heater was too loud... I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for a wheelchair accessible room. Stayed in the queen suite, bathroom was spacious enough to navigate comfortably with the bathroom door closed. There is a nice shopping center across the street including a Super Target! The hotels pool and spa looked very nice!

We were charged for a chair that was broken upon check in. We reported it right away and still were charged for it.

The hotel was clean and so was pool. The beds were a bit hard however I would reccommend the hotel. Breakfast was a nice added bonus. . . This hotel was close to everything.

My experience was very good. I try to stay at Holiday Inn Express any time I travel. I always know what to expect - no surprises. The breakfast is always satisfying and a nice touch. The beds are wonderful; the linens are fluffy and large. The rooms are quiet. Overall, I love staying at Holidy Inn Express.

the hotel was very nice the pool was great. We stayed in a 3 bed suite and the fold out sofa bed was horrible i ended up sleeping on the floor you need to get NEW SOFA BEDS.

Hotel staff friendly. Will stay here again.

Convinent location, clean room, but did not get made up by housecleaning. lame excuse made, but did give me clean towels upon my complaint. Lots of breakfast items to choose from. If I go back to the area, I would stay here again, however, I am bringing my own pillow!

It did what I wanted it to do, and the cinnamon rolls were great!

I search online for a hotel that was in the location and then that allowed pets with no charge. I paid online and was set till I called to tell them of our late arrival and our pet. Front desk lady told me there is a $25.00 charge for your pet. I told them there is no mention online with your hotel.. She didn't care. So my pet stayed at our relatives […] home we've been visiting.. Thank god they love our pet. Next time be up front on your extra charges. Your front desk people were unkind coming and going. Nobody asked how the stay was. Check out guy .. did say a word .. go figure .. Breakfast was not looking so good..YUCK! Unless you had cereal ... I would never stay at that hotel ever again. 더 보기

The room was very nice. Only a few negatives: room key wouldn't open the door to the pool, had to go to the other end and all three floors had no water available.
