Pictures on hotel.com website are very old. The pool is tiny and was green.

The hotel does not look like the picture. The pool is not even close to the size of the pool in the pic. The hotel is more like a motel. Every single morning around 730am the front desk would call to ask if we wanted cleaning. Completely Unnecessary. The surrounding area is pretty terrible. I would not stay here again

the room we stayed in had stains all over the bathroom, the window in the bathroom did not lock, the noise of people around us either fighting or playing music very loud was very disturbing and continued throughout the entire night of all 3 nights we stayed there. the front door did not shut all of the way so you could see light all around the door […] . 더 보기

While room was mostly well maintained, toilet seat was broken and would fall off if not used gently. Not an acceptable feature of an otherwise respectable motel.

The Inn has basic but clean accommodation at a very reasonable price. Staff are pleasant and helpful especially the driver of the shuttle to and from the airport. The surroundings are dull and the only eating place nearby is a Mexican Restaurant. Good for the overnight stop.

Owners were nice, surroundings were bleak. Room was beat up. Breakfast was thin.

the hotel is oik , and good enough because its price. clean, cheap and close to the airport. pickup service..ok..

Room was spacious and clean, but location was shady and pool was not heated, the whole reason we chose that hotel. Staff friendly.

Very sweet people trying to run the place but extremely scary neighborhood and really run down rooms. No room amenities.

THIS HOTEL IS PERFECTLY LOCATED FOR EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS TO THE SKY HARBOR AIRPORT. THERE IS A LOT OF SPACE IN THE ROOM. THEY WERE DOING RENOVATIONS WHILE I WAS THERE AS THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED BUT FOR THE PRICE IT SERVED ITS FUNCTION.

Small but nice, Outside needs work but the rooms are very clean. staff is very friendly.

I spent three nights at the Days Inn hotel and I did not enjoy the experience. Its not in a safe area and the rooms are old and dirty. I would not stay here again. I was DISAPPOINTED and would not recommend it to anyone. They need an overhaul.

Room was "ok" outdated even though they claim it to be "all new rooms". Strip club across the street and NO food places within walking distance so you better have a car. We ended up with delivery. Hotel has washer but does not offer detergent. They told me to go to the store down the road (I had no car as I had turned in my rental already). Shuttle […] driver was nice but had dirty clothes and a dirty car. Nice guy though. I spent my night looking for bugs as I was sure I would see some. I didn't but unless you are on a tight budget, avoid this one. 더 보기

I bboked because I had a quick layover, it was close to the airport and was inexpensive. They should have paid me to stay there. Bad part of town and place is worn out.

The hotel isn't so bad (I wish there was a fridge available). But it is in an area of Phoenix where nothing is in walking distance of. Unless you have a rental car, friends willing to pick you up whenever you ask, or just want a place to literally sleep all day, you should find a place in the downtown Phoenix area or in Tempe.

This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. True, I selected it based on the price, but I figured the name Days Inn stood for some sort of quality. I was mistaken. Phoenix is hot in the summer and a green pool is not what I wanted to cool off in. There was no cold water in the room and scalding myself in the shower was the last […] thing I wanted to do when the outside temp was 105. The sheets were so small they couldn't be tucked in, thus exposing a mattress cover that should have been thrown away years ago. The door wouldn't lock unless you jiggled the handle. The room was in a total state of disrepair. I'm guessing that the Days Inn corperation does not do any kind of quality control on their motels. 더 보기

Worst hotel ever

The neighborhood is rough but the bed was extremely comfortable. I wanted to have a place to stay for the night with a shuttle from the airport. It fit that purpose beautifully. Not much food close to the hotel. Breakfast was cereal, toast, danish and juice and stuff. I have had more elaborate breakfasts but this was reasonable. Pretty basic. Tough neighborhood

The motel was OK. It was old, and the sheets, towels and other parts of the room were worn, but clean. In fact I could still smell the lysol (or other pine cleaner) when I got in the room. The outside of the TV was tacky (sticky) as was the table in the room. I ended up wiping the table myself. The price was right and near to my destination. The neighborhood […] was a little disconcerting, as I was near a state asylum, but the homes nearby had kids, and they seemed safe enough. Near airport, but didn't hear the planes, that was a plus. Not a great neighborhood. Place was kind of creepy. Not what it looked like in the picture. Pool was very tiny. I think the original pool was filled in. The front desk guy and airport driver were very nice.

This is a good hotel for the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast and good-size room, but not so pleasantly surprised by the area where this hotel is located. It is not a good area. The room was very dark with dark red carpet and on the first floor, we couldn't open the curtains or everyone would see in our room. Not only was it a bad neighborhood, but it was also old, dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting! We did not even take a shower because it looked so bad. Luckily we only needed to sleep there for a few hours so we could catch an early flight! Very scary!

The place is just not very pleasant. The functional parts of a hotel are there. The bed was very comfortable, the towels are thin but they are clean and soft. The lady at the desk was nice. All in all it sounds pretty good...I know. However, the whole time I was there I just couldn't shake this feeling that I shouldn't be there. Bathroom was a little outdated but clean. Towels were very thin.

I had higher expectations for this hotel. We had to wait too long for the hotel shuttle to show up. The check in went fairly smoothly but there were no restaurants, no place to eat and the neighborhood was not safe for walking around. The room was fairly clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

We could not stay at this hotel because as the taxi was driving us there the police helicopter was circling overhead using search lights and ever street was blocked by police cars. Upon seeing all the police activity and the taxi driver advising us that we should not open our hotel door no matter what, we chose to stay elsewhere.

The only redeeming aspect of this motel is the free shuttle to the airport. The driver is very nice. The evening check-in person was also very nice. Continental breakfast was bare bones.

We were surprised by how bad of an area this was in, there was a hooker on the corner and nude bar across the street. The room was clean and they had a free 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport.

Room was very hot and cleanliness was a little iffy....the neighborhood was very sketchy, close to airport and downtown. it served its purpose as a place to sleep. if you are a woman traveling alone i wouldn't stay here. if you need a cheap place, this hotel will work. no bells or whistles here.

Room was clean and adequately appointed. Bed was comfortable King. Ambient noise was ok for me but awakened my wife twice. Staff was courteous and offered to help. Had computer and printer available in lobby with wireless internet access throughout.

The location was so unsafe that I had to eat the cost and go to another hotel.

Bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Rooms were clean. Neighborhood was not the greatest, but worked well for the day before departure.
