Very happy with accommodations. Staff very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the food (and trivia night) at Tigin's Irish Pub. The only downside was that our key card deactivated on two different occasions. Had to go to the front desk in my swimsuit ( normal in Miami, not so much in St Louis. ;-)

Great location, parking garage is a great perk! Staff couldn't be anymore courteous and attentive to any possible need and were very personable and friendly! Will for sure stay there again with our next trip to St. Louis!

the hotel is within walking distance from all of the downtown attractions. we had a nice time

This hotel was within a short walk of the Arch and riverfront. Also within a short drive to the St. Louis Zoo. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The Hotel was amazing, however I was unaware that I would be charged a parking fee for staying at the hotel, kind of shocked to get my bill on the departing morning to see parking charges. It is what it is, but the only thing this hotel could of done different was to not charge the parking fee.

The hotel was great, the Internet was free (no catch whatsoever) and the self parking was cheap compared to other surrounding hotels.

The front desk clerk was incredibly over the top, great Customer Service, this hotel was fantastic from the front desk staff being so courteous, so helpful with information and great recommendations for kids, to the pool with a spectacular view of the Arch, a super easy and quick trek to the arch, a wonderful restaurant (the fries are amazing-but ou […] don't get alot) BUT the only negative I have about the hotel is my room stayed very warm even though I set the temp on 62 so thankfully I brought a fan with me on this 3 night stay; also it would be helpful to know what the settings mean on the fridge rather than having to do a trial and error on which setting to get it the coldest. I am sure user error on both accounts but it would be extremely helpful to have instructions on how to make them work effectively! Overall the hotel was ok, I really wanted a room with 2 beds but got one bed. I told them to let me know if they get any available the next day to let me know and they did not. I also had paid for the room on my card before I got there and when I got there the guy at the desk charged me again.So I'm thinking that the amount on my card was just to hold […] the room, but later found out my card was charged along with my boyfriends card. Does Hotels.com not communicate the paid in advanced rooms to the hotels? However this resulted in a refund back to my card. 더 보기

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The location I's perfect if you want to walk to The Landing and the Gateway Arch or anything else downtown. I will definitely be coming back here when I visit St. Louis! Perfect hotel in St. Louis!

Was thoroughly pleased with everything and will always stay here when visiting the Edwards Jones Dome

every thing was ok, but you have to pay a extra $12.00 to park in their parking !

I was told upon arrival that I would be charged for parking with the credit card on file. When I returned home and checked my bank statement online I had been charged three times the amount quoted. I was very pleased with our stay here. Great hotel for a reasonable price, considering it's downtown. It's just a block from Laclede's Landing. We will stay here again.

Me and my family stayed here for hockey game not only did we have a blast in st louis we absolutely loved the hotel! Friendly staff and very clean!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend in this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was very clean which was a must for me and had a good view of the Arch. The pool, game room, and workout areas were clean as well . We also was walking distance from the Arch, Old Court, and other attractions. I felt like I should have been paying more for this hotel stay! I was very satisfied with the room- comfort, cleanliness, view of the Arch ... all as described and pictured. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was right off the freeway and close to many restaurants. The breakfast was also very satisfying! Overall, a great stay!

I booked 2 queens and got a king room and a cot. It was not a pleasant night on the very uncomfortable cot.

This is a great hotel if you are wanting to be near the landing and the casino. The people at the front desk were super friendly and nice! The bar connected to the hotel was nice also.

this was a great place to stay. It has a location that is easy to get to. The staff went overboard to assist us in everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and easy to get a family into.

Nice hotel at St. Louis.

This property is beautifully managed. The staff and management team were outstanding making every effort to ensure our stay was top notch. Excellent proximity to restaurants and other entertainment also a plus. Parking was exceptional in that it was safe and right in the hotel! We thought we had one small issue (a missing remote to the TV which we […] found under a bag); within 2 minutes, a new remote was brought to our room by the super-friendly maintenance staff member. In the morning, directions were quickly provided to various St. Louis destinations; and, the room was truly impressive: spacious, very clean, an exceptionally pristine bathroom and well-kept hallways made this an outstanding stay. The Arch-view was beautiful and made my daughter's birthday truly special. My family will definitely be making a trip back to St. Louis and will without a doubt be staying at the Downtown Hampton. 더 보기

Had a blast listening to music in the adjoing restaraunt... it was difficult to find a comfortable temperature, but overall it was a great stay!

This hotel isn't shiny and new, but I think that all of the amenities and perks + location made it a really good choice. The location is awesome - you can easily walk to the Landing and Lumiere for a night out, and the view of the Arch is very nice. Plus, compared to the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, it considerably is less expensive and parking […] is only $12 per night. Then you can factor in the free wifi, all your standard hotel facilities (pool, gym) AND a nice free breakfast. If you are looking for something snazzy or luxurious, pick another hotel. It's a little bit old and nothing fancy. Our fan unit was a bit noisy and the bathroom was small. The decor is generic. But for the price and our purposes, I was very satisfied and would consider staying again if I were looking for somewhere downtown. 더 보기

We were in town for the State Football Games and needed a place to stay close to the Dome. The Hampton did not disappoint. It was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!!

If you are attending an event at the Edward Jones Dome this hotel is perfectly located. You are also within a short walk of Lumiere Casino and LaClede's Landing, among other sites. The room was neat and clean and appeared to have been recently renovated, same for the halls and lobby. Book a room with an Arch view if you can. The only major downside […] is a little noise from the nearby interstate. However, it is no worse than can be expected at any downtown hotel. 더 보기

Our luggage arrived on a later flight and was delivered to the hotel around midnight. Front desk called and brought up to us right away. room was comfortable and clean.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant. We enjoyed the conviences to all the sights. On Saturday night our bill for parking was placed under the door. For the price of the room we felt that if you had covered parking for the customers why weren't we informed about this instead of having us park so we have to pay $12.00 a day for the outside parking? […] My husband disputed this to the front desk staff. 더 보기

Great location to Metro, FunTours, Arch etc.. Had a great view of the Arch. Breakfast choices were great with plenty of room to eat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was $12 per day and we had to carry all our luggage down several flights of steep stairs because the card wouldn't open the door. Reported but never fixed during our stay. Pulled […] a hand towel down to use but it had a long brown type of bug on it. Overall we loved the location and convenience to everything even though price was a little high. 더 보기

Hotel staff very nice, room comfy and clean. When we booked, hotel add says "jetted tubs" in every room? Not our's. Was one of the main reasons we booked it. Not close to much shopping, and area restraunts are located mostly in other hotels. Good location for visit to the arch. Good breakfast, although it could have been warmer.
