음.. 호텔은 전반적으로 좋아요, 직원들의 서비스 마인드도 좋아요.. 방도 깔끔하구요... 전반적으로 다 좋아요. 위치도 시오도메역이라 편안함.. 무엇보다도 리무진버스가 바로 와서 좋아요

이 호텔을 선택한 단 하나의 이유는 도쿄타워를 방에서 볼 수 있다는 것이었고, 결과적으로 아주 만족스러운 스테이를 할 수 있었다. 가장 저렴한 city view를 예약하였고, tower view는 추가 요금이 발생한다고 하였지만, 생일이라 무료로 업데이트를 해주었다. 호텔을 처음 찾을 때 애를 먹긴 했는데, JR 심바시에서 걸어갈 수 있을 정도라는 생각에 무작정 지도를 보고 걸었던 게 실수였다. JR 심바시에서 분명 걸어갈 수 있는 거리긴 하지만 처음 호텔을 찾을 때는 시오도메에서 가는 게 훨씬 가깝고 찾기도 쉽다. 3층 호텔 출구에서 나와 오른쪽이 시오도메, 왼쪽이 심바시쪽이니 일단 호텔에 들어간 다음부터는 찾기 어렵지 […] 않다. 방 크기는 비슷한 가격 대의 다른 동경 호텔 (Hyatt나 Intercontinental 기준)에 비해 다소 작은 편이며, 로비는 그럭저럭 럭셔리한 느낌이지만 방은 신주쿠 프린스 수준의 느낌이랄까.. 어메니티가 Than인 거 말고는 특별히 다른 느낌을 받기는 힘들었다. 일단 긴자와 동경역 쪽에서 가깝고 오다이바가 가까우니, 이쪽 지역을 계획 중인 사람에게는 메리트가 있으며, 도쿄타워가 전력사정으로 인해 현재 7시~10시 에만 점등하고 (실제로 7시~8시 한 시간이다.. 8시 이후엔 무슨 크리스마스 트리처럼 점등하는데.. 이건 좀..) 있지만.. 방에서 불 다 꺼놓고 와인 한 잔 하며 도쿄타워의 야경을 감상하고 싶은 사람에게는 더할나위없는 선택인 듯 하다. 하룻밤 정도 묵기에 아주 적당한 호텔.. + 한국인 직원이 있어 한국인 전담을 하는 듯 하다. 매우 인상 좋으시고 친절하셔서 더 좋았다. 더 보기

Wonderful view if view on tower (a bit less cool without as it might give on the train tracks which is interesting too) For this level of price, I consider that the service has to be perfect and it is. I was even granted my request to change to a nicer view when they could have said no as my rate didn't include the Tokyo tower view. Not necesseraly […] close to any of the cool Tokyo neighborood but who cares since everything is reachable by metro and JR in Tokyo and always close to lots of restaurants when close to a station as it is the case here. The Shiodome station is not on any main lines but the Shinbashi is really close too. Totally impossible not to get lost in the corridors/underpassage/overpassage/towers and metro/train stations but that's the fun of Tokyo and one always found one's way eventually ;-) 더 보기

Concierge was very helpful spoke english well. Tried to have dinner at the hotel and basement retaurants were closed and hotel restaurants were booked up. Service was excellent. Rooms are western style very comfortable. Nice views. Rooms start from the 25th floor up. Train stations are close by.

Great location, very competant staff, friendly service, and the best breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.

Handy to Ginza and Shimbashi Station. Magnificent view from lobby and helpful staff made our stay pleasant. It could probably do with a bit of a refurbish in public areas. Very good fine dining restaurant with staff speaking enough English for us to have our requests understood and met.

This really is an island of calm amongst the hustle of Tokyo. Rooms are a wee bit on the snug side, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, drinks and restaraunts are not cheap!

Convenient hotel but more a business based location. Room was small but very comfortable for 2 - I was traveling with my daughter. Close to Tokyo metro and walking distance to Tsukiji fish markets for a great early morning adventure!

This is a super impressive hotel in a location close to a Tokyo metro station and the Tsukiji fish market. Great rooms, the shower heads were a bit annoying...but everything was stellar otherwise. The taxi drivers sometimes confused it with the Royal Park Hotel, but they usually figured it out after the fact and drove us for free.

The Shiodome Park Hotel sits on Floors 25-32 of the Shiodome Media Tower, within a short walk of the Ginza (fancy shopping district), the Tsukuji Fish Market (large and very interesting wholesale and retail fish market), and the Shimbashi train station. If you have time for only one day trip, go to Kamakura, less than an hour away by train, and rivaling the city of Kyoto in terms of Temples and beautiful city walks and gentle mountain trails. We got a great rate on our room at the Park through Hotels.com. Breakfast in the hotel is a buffet, and reasonable in price as hotel breakfasts go. There is a Starbucks in the lower level of a building right across the way if you need one. The room was well-appointed, the shower pressure was great and the shower/bath water was nice and hot. Great location. Very easy to get to Shiodome and Ginza subway lines. Same view as Tokyo Tower (don't waste your money!) Concierge was so helpful. Only issue was that our room smelled a bit. Not sure if it was the people before us or the hotel itself. The lobby is magnificent and you could relax there for a drink before going out. A fantastic location well serverd by transport links. The hotel itsefl is a sanctury of peace and quietness - a real change from the hectic apce of full-on Tokyo just a few 25 floors below. Plenty restraunts and shopping within easy walking distance. And of course a few minutes walk to the fish market for when you fancy the early 4am start!

This hotel is very central to most things in Tokyo and is very easy to navigate to the public transportation. They are located right next to a monorail line which can take you to Odaiba Island (a great side trip, especially on the weekend when there were cultural activities/performances going on). The underground passage ways may take some getting used to for navigating, but it's not too bad after the first day. Our view from our room (all start above the 25th floor) was very nice, overlooking the city skyscape and train station. The room was clean and modern, with more than enough plug outlets for all our rechargable American gadgets. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful; many speak English well. Although location is not in the center of activity both metro (Ginaza line) and JR lines are near enough to walk . Hotel is surrounded by office buildings and the best way to get around is via the interconnected skywalks. Plenty of tourist type restaurants nearby but very little authentic Japanese food. Very comfortable modern hotel . We stayed for 4 days and found it reasonably close to Shinbashi JR train station and the subway station.

The Park Hotel made my first trip to Japan a comfortable one, and I was astounded by the level of care and kindness that all the employees showed. Their politeness and courtesy went beyond their work duties, as multiple employees offered help finding places that I needed to go each time I approached the elevator. The great thing was that I never needed […] to ask for help; people just seemed to know that I needed assistance. The interior of the hotel was excellent, with each nook and cranny kept clean and tidy. The design and shape of the hotel and the rooms gave the whole place a feeling similar to home. We booked our hotel close to the last minute and were luckily able to get a spectacular price which was much better than the hotel's own rate. This hotel is in what seems to be a business district. It is within walking distance of the Fish Market, a typical tourist location in Japan, and also within a few minute walk to the local subway (all by raised […] sidewalks on the 3rd floor so you don't have to go to the street and you have a nice view). You can also walk to the JR (Japan Rail) train by raised sidewalk and in only a few minutes. Other than the fish market there aren't really any other tourist attractions in this area, but as the subway and JR trains are close by, it makes it easy to get to anyplace in Tokyo or other cities by JR. The hotel's lobby is on an upper floor, not on the ground floor. The lobby is modern and has a great view as you are checking in. It is part of a large central atrium that looks up to the sky. It was rather impressive. The rooms are decent sized, clean and modern. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English fairly well. They have a concierge desk that was able to help us with information to certain locations. This hotel is connected at the basement level to the hotel next door (Conrad) and there is a shopping center with some stores and restaurants within the connected area. We were hoping for a larger room for the price we paid, but recognize that Tokyo hotel rooms are smaller by western standards. Customer service was outstanding. The hotel was nice enough to hold our baggage and baby stroller/car seat at no charge for 12 days while we went to another part of Japan. We booked this hotel by viewing reviews. It was great location for sightseeing in Tokyo. We were satisfied with the Hotel service and quality. We definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Title says it all. The only negative point I would have to say is that the prices of food and drink are touching on the excessive side. But, other than that splendid.

Really comfortable hotel, hip & modern, and fun because it starts on the 26th floor. Great open atrium gives all rooms a view of the lobby. Too much limitation and closing hour too early. Otherwise for the price of the hotel, it's a value.

This is an excellent hotel, especially if you can get a moderate price. Wonderful french restaurant, btw.

The Hotel sits on top of the business district starting from the 25 floor, where the lobby is located. The staffs were extremely helpful and polite. The location was great, with the Shibashi Station located within walking distance and a subway station below the Hotel, which pretty much brings you to anyway in and outside of Tokyo, and lots of restaurants. The […] room is big, new and clean with a king size bed that is made up of 2 double beds, which sleeps comfortably even for 2 adults and 1 child. If your child loves trains, do remember to ask for the room that faces the city and the Shinbashi station, where your child would be able to enjoy the train arriving and leaving the train station every few minutes. Nice hotel. Great location. Lobby and rooms were clean, comfortable and nice. Paid an upgrade for the city view and larger room and it was beautiful (30th floor). Expensive buffet breakfast and expensive beer in the lounge (especially considering that all draught beers in Japan are 2/3 beer and 1/3 foam). Did not eat at the restaurant, so can't comment […] on that. You can get to the subway/transit system almost without leaving the hotel building. The transit system can take you anywhere, so very handy to have nearby. The nearby station even has a bullet train stop if you need to get on that. 더 보기

The location is very convenient, closed to subway station. Can walk to Ginza in 20 minutes. Very good views out of the windows in the lobby and room. Can see Fuji mountain in the lobby. Highly recommend to stay here.

A new, clean and nice hotel right by Shimbashi station. The neighborhood is mostly daytime business so it is not quaint, but good location for Metro and close to the fish market and Ginza. Concierge was very helpful in giving us directions beforehand and made our connection from airport to hotel very easy. Upon arrival you really notice the great view from the lobby - nice music and polite staff help you check in. Location was great. 7 mins walk to Shinbashi Station or 4 mins walk to Shiodome station. You do have to take 2 elevators to get to your room as room starts on the 26th floor of the Shiodome Media Tower. Rooms are small compare to US but clean and comfortable.

Our room (one price up from a basic room) was on the 33rd floor, and its convex-shaped bay window allowed us the most spectacular view I've ever had in any hotel room. While the sun did heat up the room during the day and the AC could have worked a tad better (our only complaints of any kind), this hotel is a great […] place to stay. it is close to the subway, JR Line and other bus and train transportation. the hotel is also linked to a network of restaurants, shops etc., making it ultra convenient in many ways. Was a bit worried about finding the hotel but actually had no problems. It wasn't hard to find at all as we took the limosine bus from the airport and it dropped us off right in front of the hotel. The location is great...connected to both the Ginza subway line and the JR line. Made it very easy to navigate around town. I would stay here again and recommend […] it to others! 더 보기

The stay is quite good but i got the room that is facing the subway so is quite noisy.

The hotel was beautiful, great views and good for "westerners." The room was spacious enough and was also close to attractions. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
