Small hotel with helpful staff. Convenient location for city centre. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of food. - we stayed in 4 hotels on this break and this was by far the best for food - also bar on ground floor with nice food. Computer available and wifi worked well. Room was a decent size, nice bathroom with excellent power shower. Also […] it snowed during our stay and the car was de-iced ready in the morning by car park attendent and the car park had a barrier, which some hotels say they have parking but that can be just on the street. The Best Western City Hotel offers full business facilities and has WiFi and fixed internet access in all rooms (take a cable) The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful, and there is a good breakfast selection. There is a shuttle to and from the airport (arrange pick up before you travel) Overall a well positioned well priced business hotel.

This hotel is only a short walk away from the Alexander Nevski cathedral. The breakfast had a good selection and high quality. The staff speak very good English and were very eager to meet any need. The reception staff was very friendly, they could help with suggestions and any question you might have about attractions or activities you're interested […] in. The weather reached 40 C during my visit and the A/C functioned perfectly. The internet connection in my room was very fast, even uploading large picture files went quickly. I recommend the hotel's own airport shuttle rather than a taxi. I'm very glad I chose to stay at the Best Western Plus City Hotel, and I would stay there again! 더 보기

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a business trip. Room was fairly spacious, bed was well over average. The staff was very helpfull and arranged breakfast a couple of hours before the breakfast buffé opened. Can´t say much about the location since I was working most of the time.
