The location of this hotel is very convenient

This is an excellent Hotel and a great area to get around and nice people working at the hotel, its my vote.

I stayed in Vancouver many times and always in different hotel (usually pricey) until I stayed once in Hilton Metrotown. I stayed several times in this hotel and I was very happy each time. They let me stay in the room longer without charge and do small things for you. Check in and check out is a breeze. No hidden costs. complimentary wifi. clean bathroom, […] spacious rooms, low cost parking, shopping nearby, skytrain station nearby. staff is very polite and well trained. The only thing that I did not like is that windows don't open like in the most of new hotels and there is no fridge in the room by default. we'll be back for sure! 더 보기

The Hotel is nice, the service and the attention is very good. It will be good if they have a Bar. The breakfast is expensive. The view from the rooms is nice, specially during the first hours of the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been first class. This is the first time in two years and I was a little dissappointed that they are now charging for a lot more for parking and also for a fridge if you need one. Overall the hotel was great.

We went down for the Grey Cup. The hotel is a about a 15 min ride on Sky Train to downtown Vancouver.

This was our second stay in this hotel. Our room was upgraded at our check in. It was specious clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless. They provide free internet and cheap parking. The hotel is located just beside Metrotown and sky train. My stay at the Hilton was wonderful. The employees are all very helpful and kind. The room was kept quite tidy and re-stocked. The only complaint I have is the awful tasting coffee I had to deal with in the mornings.

Being in the heart of Metrotown is not everyone's idea of a good time, but with the proximity of the skytrain you are about a 20 minute ride from just about anywhere from Vancouver to Surrey. The hotel is connected to an asian mall and food court. The easy access provides a rain free way to go out dor a quick bite and it's ideal for conferences. Great staff. Very friendly, we had a great stay.

For sure, not a Four Star hotel. The pool and hot tub were outside and the pool was basically one lane of a large pool........hot tub was small and rooms were not **** material in our opinion! Breakfast was excellent though

This hotel was our Friday night destination while traveling around Washington state and Vancouver BC. The hotel was located in Burnaby, a section of greater Vancouver. This location was not the most attractive, but the hotel was very nice. I was interested in finding a newer hotel and this one was perfect for the price. That turned out to be a good decision even if the cost was a bit steep. By the way, the hotel tax in Vancouver is outrageous. It was 15 minutes on the sky train $9 all day pass from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Friendly staff. Only soda in the vending machines so no hope of a quick candy bar at 2:00am! Nice place to stay and would go back

Only a one night stay for us, the room was very clean and quiet. The free breakfast was terrific with lots of selection both hot and cold.

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. We stayed in 2-queen bed room on 11th floor for 3 nights. The room was specious. The shower had good water pressure. Rate included full breakfast buffet. My girlfriend and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend and we had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly, the hotel location is very convenient to downtown Vancouver, its affordable and the surrounding area has all of the amenities one might need. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Definitely the best in its price range if you don't mind driving 15-20 minutes to downtown.

This was a great experience. We arrived early and without hesitation were offered our room which meant a lot to us. Nothing could have been better

The Hotel location is great. We were there for a week. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, not even a bar fridge. This is quite standard in Alberta Hotels. The beds were comfortable. Linens were nice. Bathroom door always closed, would only stay open if propped open. No fan. I would recommend it only for someone staying a night or two. From the moment my family and I pulled into the valet, the service was exceptional! I could not have picked a better hotel! I have two kids (13 & 8) who were hungry by the time we got to our room. It was after 9:30pm, I called the restaurant on the 3rd floor and even though the kitchen was closing at 10, the restaurant hostess didn't turn us away and […] let the kids order what they wanted off the menu. She was also very sweet! The lounge on the same floor my husband and I visited was quite yet a great place to hang out while the kids were in the room. I will definitly be returning! 더 보기

This is a nice hotel. However, we did a mistake concerning checking the location vs the city of Vancouver. It takes 15 minutes by train to reach the city. No minibar in the room. The vending machine in the lobby was empty of water. Excellent breakfast buffet and very good service in the restaurant.

The Staff are great and friendly, special thanks to Danny the Valet for his help with finding me information about where thing were around the area and how to get there he made my stay all the more enjoyable always friendly and helpful. The Hotel is close to the Sky train Station at Metrotown (cab from the station to the hotel will cost round $10.00CAD […] if you cant lug your luggage the distance) you just get an allday pass from the airport SkyTrain Terminus if you come in early on a morning flight (they don't have them on the platform machines you have to get them at the domestic terminal seven eleven store stupid!!! and a major headache if you are alone and have to carry your luggage with you, all other train stations have them on the machines) then endorse it in the validor machine (not necessary if you by them at the other train stations)and then you can use all bus, skytrain to Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 areas and sea bus to northern Vancouver for $9.00 CAD all that day, a great way to get around Vancouver if you don't have a car. The only complaint I had with the Hotel is that the Mall that is connected to the Hotel had mainly Asian Food with a few menus of Mexican dishes in it I could not find any Canadian Food Shops or cafe's to pick up western food simple meals of salad's or Ham, chicken or salad sandwiches or steak, mashed potatoes with vegetables just didn't exist, there were burger joints that you had to walk to that were close by but I went in April and it was cold and the wind had a bite to it and walking alone at night didn't interest me. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay there again for the convention I went to if the studio tours were held, pity about the Studio tour being cancelled at the last minute and the sets torn down they really needed to make a Museum for the tourists in a small back section of the Studio, short sighted studio executives and accountants as the series are classics much like Startrek although disappointed I had a g 더 보기

Attached to Crystal Mall with an asian food court. Lobby smelled like food court.

The stay was great, room extremely comfortable. We had a deluxe room, had everything that we needed. The Metrotown is close by, largest shopping centre in B.C., if you need to shop. There are a few local restaurants, mostly chinese. It should be noted that the attached food court to the Hilton, is strictly chinese food. We had not been to the area for […] years and did notice the significant change in the asian population and although we were treated extremely well and have no complaints about the hotel, we did feel a little out of place. The room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable beds and we slept very well. We were two adults, and two teenagers (over 6 feet tall) and we had lots of room. We changed hotels to be close to downtown for our last 2 days and wished we had remained at the Hilton! The food was amazing, albeit expensive. We spent over $200.00 for the Christmas brunch, which is something we should have looked into first ! The breakfast buffet runs you about $20.00 per person, which we found expensive as well. Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is in a great location if you don't need to be downtown. It is next door to the very nice Metropolis Mall, about a block from the Skytrain station, and a few blocks from the Burnaby Central Park. The location has underground parking which was very nice when it snowed during our visit. We walked next door to the mall to do […] some shopping and found a nice food court and a supermarket. The area also has numerous shops and restaurants along Kingsway and an Asian market and food court on the street level of the hotel itself. The Skytrain was a very convenient way to get into downtown for a couple of dollars without the hassle of finding a parking space in town. It took about 15 minutes to ride into town with great views of the Science World and Olympic stadium along the way. I have stayed downtown in the past and it was convenient to walk to the shopping areas from our previous hotel, but after dark we didn't always feel comfortable walking along the dark streets. The Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is in a very open and safe part of Burnaby and we always felt safe outside at night. It is a little less convenient during the day to get downtown to see the sights of Robson street, Gastown, and Chinatown, but once the sun goes down, the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is in a much better location. 더 보기

My experience at the hotel was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, and checking in and out were incredibly easy. Breakfast at this hotel is not included, which is kind of a hassle, but there are some coffee shops within walking distance that make it easy to adjust. There is also a large mall and other shopping nearby, which is a plus. One […] drawback is that this hotel is located about 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, so you would have to pay for the public transportation or a taxi to get to the downtown activities. This is a good option for travelers with business in Burnaby. It is what you expect from a good business hotel at a reasonable price. Service was helpful. It's a bit a walk from the light rail system, but not bad.

Right after the check in, I was assigned to room #603, which is next to the ice-maker machine and a vendor. I asked to change to the different room because of the horrible noise from them. A request was denied. We have not been able to sleep over night. Bad experience.

While the hotel ( with its lobby, rooms, pool, and restaurant) is a clean, nicely appointed facility, the best thing about our yearly experience staying at the Hilton Metrotown is the wonderful staff. They are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable.
