산 레모 호텔 (Hotel Club San Remo) - 이비사 섬

This hotel could be good. It's on the beach in a decent area, but the poor service of the hotel makes it unacceptably bad. While we checked in one guest came up threatening to call the police as the hotel had taken and lost their passport. Another set of guests had their room broken into, their locked bags pried open and stuff stolen. The receptionist […] couldn't have cared less. "We only cover things in the safe (another 3.5 Euros a day) and nothing else is our concern." This seemed to be the general opinion of the staff the whole stay. There was only 1-2 staff at the front desk for 250 rooms, which meant there was always a long line and the service was abrupt, rude and unhelpful. The pool had only about 25 sunning chairs, which meant people put their towels on them early to reserve them for the day and there was never one available. We didn't even attempt the food as we didn't get the all inclusive and expected that it would be poor. There wasn't a bar for meeting people and it wasn't a nice place to sit and enjoy. Internet Wifi was 12 euros a day and much of the time it wasn't working. The only decent thing was that our room was decently appointed, but it always smelled worse after the maids had cleaned it, as if they were cleaning with dirty supplies. In general, we made an effort to spend as little time as possible in this hotel as it just wasn't a comfortable or enjoyable place to be. My suggestion would be to look for somewhere that actually cares about their guests. 더 보기

L'horreur : Nuits blanches, chambres non insonorisées (clientèle anglaise qui vient pour faire la fête et boire) la bouffe déplorable (toujours le même chose pendant 7 jours), insipide, aucune spécialité. Fick först ett rum som inte motsvarade specifikationen. Flera strömavbrott. Kylskåp fungerade ej, med förstörda matvaror som följd. Städning missad ett par dagar.
