Although a couple of the staff were nice - our stay was ruined by an unauthorised charge was taken from our credit card (even after I double-checked with the front desk to make sure this doesn't happen upon arrival).The hotel manager did finally refund our money - after 5 hours(!) of arguing, by which time we had to leave Rotterdam for our flight. This […] hotel also gave us two pushed together beds instead of a double, and has the most expensive mini-bar and wifi rates i've ever encountered in Europe. On check-in we were told there was no standard room so they would upgrade us to a "superior" room - which was no different from what I could tell - although it did have a startling view of pigeon and cigarette butt covered back entrance. Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Nh, for a romantic weekend, and we loved the hotel! The staff, service, location and room were fantastic! The newly renewed and very spacey bathroom was a highlight together with the amazing pillows! Never have I slept better, not even at home! :p The only downside was the price of the breakfast buffet, way to expensive! […] But luckily there is very nice cafees and restaurants all around the hotel, after all it's on the middle of everything! The last downside was the hallways to our room.. They are ok, the hotel could get new carpets, since they look a bit dirty in comparison to how neat everything else is. Next time I'm in Rotterdam the Nh Atlanta Rotterdam will be my hotel choice. 더 보기

Good value hotel in good location. We had a problem with our toilet and they had staff up in minutes and the problem was solved. Nice hotel bar too.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Rotterdam. Subway around the corner. However if you want peace and quiet, this is not your hotel. There is no aircon during winter times so you have to open the windows which is very noisy. Also, part of the hotel is renovated and excellent (though very firm mattresses!), while the other part is not and is […] very shabby. So ask for a renovated room with wooden floors otherwise you'll end up in the 'bad' part which will make your stay a bit uncomfortable. We did not take breakfast (very expensive) but there is a small Croissanterie/sandwich shop right down the stairs towards the metro (in front of De Bijenkorf department store) which opens early and is great. 더 보기

the service at the desk is very good! they speak several languages and are happy to help. We stayed in a standard double room, the windows were a little on the thin side, so you could hear what was going on in the street, but I sort of liked that. The bathroom was very nice, felt like it had recently been renovated, shower very good, didn't try the […] bath. The only downside to our stay in this hotel was that the mattress was a little soft and it was one of those ones that sort of makes you both meet in the middle, too soft maybe but I really cannot fault this hotel. Service was excellent, room was extremely clean, and there were absolutely no issues during our stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic!! 5 minute walk, if that from Rotterdam Centraal station, and maybe a 15 minute walk to the Erasmusbrug. The hotel is located on the corner of one of the crossroads of the main boulevard of Rotterdam City centre. Bus, Tram, taxi and cycle paths right outside the front door of this hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and business Parking is close by so it is very convient. The room we had was superior class and ok but perhaps we expected better standard. It shows that the hotel is old. Breakfast is good with optional free choice dish. We picked the omelette which was very nice.

A comfortable hotel within 15 minutes walk to Rotterdam Central Station.. Useful left luggage facility which we used on our last day.Plenty restuarants within 20 minutes walk. Close to Underground

This hotel is at the city centre of Amsterdam, the Dam Square. Good

This hotel is the prefered hotel for the company I work for and I have had the pleasure of staying there several times. The room are of nice quality and for a small cost can be upgaded. Walking distance to everything of interest and right next to shopping streets. Food at the hotel is very nice, reasonable priced and the staff is very friendly. People […] working in my company sometimes prefer the Hilton, but some prefer this one instead. That is a quite good reason to choose the NH Atlanta. 더 보기

Hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city, a short walk from the Centraal train station. Room was immaculate, I was upgraded on arrival from the cheapest level room that I'd booked on hotels.com. Silent aircon, safe, tea/coffee, very small minibar all included. One minor fault with the room was that the bed was not a double but two huge […] singles pushed together so there was a bump in the middle. The beds were also on wheels so they moved about (it was only after I got home that I thought about checking for a brake!). Tried to organise room service on one evening about 9:30pm. Couldn't get through on the room phone so eventually went downstairs to the bar and ordered there. The only thing they were serving was tapas, so ordered that. Not really sure therefore of the point of the room service menu in the room! Food was very good though. Neither of the above things would prevent me from happily recommending this place, as the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and immacculate, and hotel very well located. 더 보기

　とってもキレイで設備も良く、大満足でした！アメニティーも大変充実していて、ここまで揃ってるなんて海外では見たことないです！駅からは15分ほど歩きますが、繁華街が近く、歩いて５分のところにはスーパーもありました。また絶対ここに泊まりたいです★

中央駅から徒歩８分くらいかかった。帰りは1駅だが地下鉄を利用しました。部屋は4☆標準クラス。いいです。ホテル1階の中華レストランはまずくて、高い。入っては後悔します。

Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht, weil es sehr zentral in der Innenstadt in der Naehe des Chinatowns liegt und unser Kunde gerne chinesisch isst. Negativ ist aufgefallen: Veraltete Anlage(älteste NH Hotel?), kein kostenloses w-lan, kein Hotelparkplatz(fuer das nahegelegene Parkhaus kein Vertrag ab 10h ein Tagessatz von 30 EUR), mittelmäßiges Frühstück […] für 19 EUR), Bettwäsche verwaschen mit Löchern, anscheinend keine ausgewiesene Nichtraucherräume, hoher Strassenlärm. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre et pas très loin de la gare de train. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Notre chambre était situé dans un coin et elle était très grande comparativement aux autres chambres. La vue donnait sur l'intérieur de l'immeuble mais bon on ne reste pas dans notre chambre à regarder par la fenêtre. Il y a […] un mini bar, un salon et la salle de bain est très grande, belle et pratique. Le jet de la douche est très puissant. Une table avec du café chaque matin en sortant de l'ascenseur. L'hôtel est très bien situé.Proche du centre et de la gare centrale. Le service, la propreté, la qualité tout y est. Notre chambre était très confortable et très spacieuse car nous étions dans un coin . Nous avions une vue de l'intérieur des bâtiments mais cela ne dérangeait en rien. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Rotterdam. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Man muss mit hohen Raten für einen Parkplatz kalkulieren. Alternativ kann man das Auto im Randgebiet von Rotterdam abstellen. Das Haus ist ruhig und das Personal freundlich.

Van de 2 bedden had 1 een slecht matras waarbij de veren in de rug prikken en de wc zag er schoon uit maar stonk naar urine en de waterleidingen zitten los achter de muur waardoor je gebonk hoort iedere keer als er iemand bij de kraan zit (en niet alleen van je eigen kamer). Verder een toplocatie en aardig personeel.

Hyggeligt ældre hotel med super beliggenhed. der er restaurant. et stort minus er at der ikke ér frit tilgængeligt internet.fint hotel, men 4 stjerner? Nej.

Vasken var spuns tett da vi kom. Fikk en handyman til å åpne avløpet, og da var alt ok. Dårlig vanntrykk. Rimelig hotell sentralt beliggende. Helt ok.

Det er et dejligt hotel, som mand kan se af dem tag godt møde mand der nå jeg kom dit.... jeg vil klar gå dit en dag og var der pr nat

Très confortable mais je dois souligner que les chambres non rien à voir à celle qui sont indiqués en photo, sinon quand on bénéficie d'une promo l'hotel est super bien. Seule mauvaise nouvelle c'est qu'il n'y à pas de parking donc obliger de garer sa voiture dans le parking Quack à 1 min à pieds mais c'est 30€ les 12h de stationnement donc plus la […] nuit d'hotel sa reviens cher. Sinon l'hotel est très bien situé dans le centre des Rotterdam avec le tramway juste en face et les bus. 더 보기

Het hotel is erg over de tijd. De kamer is netjes en het bed is prima. In het Hotel is niet de moeite genomen om dubbel glas te installeren waardoor het lijkt alsof de straat in je hotel kamer rijdt. Ik ben al meerdere malen in een NH hotel geweest maar toch moest ik me weer inschrijven. In plaats dat ze even de moeite nemen om de reservering zelf in […] te voeren. Ik had ontbijt besteld op de kamer, deze waren ze vergeten. De uiteindelijke factuur stond op de verkeerde naam en het verkeerde adres. Niet echt handig allemaal. 더 보기

Service staff was very friendly, even though she was busy checking in a whole group of arrivals. We ended up with a room that was not what we ordered (two double beds instead of a Queen bed) however they resolved this right away for us and we got a free upgrade because they did not have a similar room available of our type. So thumbs up for that. Great […] and awesome location, plenty of eating and drinking establishments surrounding the era. Also a movie theater and regular theater within 3 minutes walking. Shopping center right around the corner and for those interested also plenty of clubs open in the weekends to party. Great quality room, the executive rooms (from the brief glimpse) are a bit small but that is customary in Dutch Hotels as they generally don't have big rooms. Great service & Staff, really good price for what you get, conformable beds en nice bathroom. Also loved the late check out time we got on a Sunday check out!
