The location is convenient to all the typical touristy places--restaurants, nik-nack stores, casino. The rooms are "efficient" in terms of furnishings at best. Don't plan on being pampered. Breakfast is included in the booking price. Internet access is very high. Says "free parking" but the lot is very small (10 spaces) for a hotel of over 150 rooms. This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. Staff were not helpful, and our room was hot and smelled of smoke. Great location, but I'd look elsewhere.

me and my husband stayed at this hotel for one night as it`s in a close proximity to Jungfrau. Hotel provided us with free local bus passes for 2 days , which were very useful as we took a local bus to the lake one day. The next day we also took a local bus to the other train station to go to Jungfrau. The hotel has a lovely Swiss cuisine restaurant […] , so you don`t have to go too far for dinner,and the prices are reasonable by Swiss standards. We also had a free tea/coffee/kettle in our room. City Swiss Hotek is located at just 3 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. It's perfect hotel for those who wish to be based at Interlaken. Somit kann man das ganze Angebot (Shops, Restaurants, Kultur, etc.) in Interlaken, sowie den Bahnhof West und Wanderwege wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichen.
