This is an amazing hotel. The building is older and maintained perfectly. Breakfast was wonderful. It is an ideal place to stay for seeing Boston! The commuter train is only a few miles away and Concord includes many wonderful sites such as Sleepy Hollow, The Old North Bridge, and Walden Pond. I am to recommend it to my family members as well!

This hotel was a real surprise. Its exterior appearance gave us the impression that it had seen its better day. It was the typical aging facility. However, once inside the building, we were impression with the cleanliness and appearance. When we arrived at our room, we were really surprised. The outside and common areas are run down, but the rooms are very nice. I'd definitely stay again.

Common areas are so/so but the rooms fine. Could use some water in the fitness room. Tube TV's if that matters. Big plus was that the internet was free and fast.

When we find a place with comfortable beds and pillows, and good bedside lighting for reading, we keep it filed away for return visits. This is one! Bonus points for a friendly, smiling staff from the front desk to the breakfast servers and housekeeping. Important for us is fresh air and the sliding door on the second floor room provided it. The single queen room we occupied was a comfortable but not too large sized with a well designed and CLEAN bathroom. Nothing special the rooms were very clean and breakfast was great ...good value for the $ I think I would stay in a b&b if I went to visit again but I was happy with the stay

We enjoyed the restaurant next door and and nearness to all the sites in Concord. It was a bad time to come in during rush hour on the highway in front of the hotel but fine at other times.

We have relatives in the Acton,MA area and when we visit we have always found it difficult to find convenient and good lodging close to them This Best Western would seem to be the answer to our problems in that it is convenient , very clean and pleasant.

I've stayed in BW's before and been satisfied. Since this is the plus model I assumed it would be nicer. There are few more effective ways to make a bad first impression on me than to open the door to the lobby and smell what I call the Motel 6 disinfectant smell. Dont hesitate to book this hotel it is excellent. Extremely well kept, clean, free water, great breakfast, quiet, huge rooms. Very impressed and surprised.

The title says it all... Thats the way a hotel should be run. While the facility itself is a little dated, and perhaps a bit worn down from the summer season, it did not detract from the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Best Western. The staff was very cordial and helpful from check-in throughout our stay. They made an extra effort to give us a room in the new section, which has a quiet, serene setting overlooking a wooded area. The room was clean; AC worked great, and the houskeeping staff did a fine job. Breakfast is included, and […] though it is your standard "free breakfast" fare, it is acceptable and convenient. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Area was cheerful and clean and variety and quality of foods was greater than most hotels. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were an additional treat. Room was small but bed was comfortable.

I stayed here for the first couple of nights of a two weeks visit to the USA in order to go and visit Walden Pond and I have to say that it was the perfect venue to start my holiday. I didn't know anything about the hotel other than the very positive reviews I had read online and I am delighted to add yet another one. I arrived at the hotel to be […] met by a very helpful and courteous Scottish/American lady on the front desk and then went to my room which was nicer than in many more higher-starred hotels I have stayed in previously. There is no restaurant, but the Italian (Papa Razzi) next door more than made amends. The staff there were extremely friendly and the food great! If you want take-out food delivered to the hotel, the front-desk staff are happy to help. Breakfast is available at the hotel and comprehensive. Time spent exploring the options there made sure that I didn't need worry about lunch! The hotel is a little way from the centre of Concord and Walden Pond, but if you have a car then everything you might need is only a few minutes away. Naively, I hadn't realised before arriving just how much Concord has to offer in terms of its history and heritage and in retrospect my only regret is that I didn't stay longer. The town is lovely, with interesting things to do and the inhabitants were friendliness itself. Without a doubt, the Best Western will be my first choice for accommodation should I visit Concord again and I'm already trying to think up excuses to go back. Thank you for a fantastic stay! 더 보기

Clean hotel. Friendly service. Nice area. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic, but good. The place had a nice dorm feel -- with a microwave, laundry, PC, and printer for general use.

When we stay in Boston we always choose the suburbs because of the trafic and prices. This hotel is a little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very nice. The pool was nice and well maintained. Overall, a very good value. I will stay there again.

This hotel was convenient and clean the room was spacious, the neighborhood was nice with two nice restaurants next door. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

I've stayed in this hotel twice, and each time I had the same extremely positive experience. The property and rooms are immaculately clean, the beds and pillows are as comfortable as the finest hotels I've stayed in, and the walls must be really thick because I've never heard any noise in the halls or other rooms.
