My family of 5 stayed at this condo over Labor Day Weekend. I read the reviews prior and was feeling a bit uneasy because of the negative reviews however I was quickly put at ease upon walking into the condo. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The condo was pretty spacious as well as the rooms. There was a bathroom in the master bedroom which was great […] not sharing with 3 kids. It was clean with a decent sized kitchen and living /dining area. The condo was within walking distance to main street .....also a plus. The only thing that I will say is to ensure that you go to the losing office before you go to the condo because they are not in the same place. The office is on North Main St. Additionally request a room not facing the street, because traffic on the street facing the condos does not slow down until the wee hours of the mooring and it's pretty noisy. 더 보기

This 'Condo' was a big dissappointment. We stay regularly in other condos that are comfortable, convenient, accessible, and enjoy the experience, None of those were the case here. The furninture was shabby and broken. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. The DVD was broken when we tried to use it. The Maintenance man came to replace it a day after […] we reported it broken and seemed to be a genuinely nice guy. The layout of the building is not convenient in that luggage carts cannot reach the front entrance. All baggage must be hand carried into the building - a challenge for someone not used to the >9000 ft elevation. The staff at the management office seemed oblivious when asked questions and the is no staff actually in the building. We had to leave a few days early and we informed we 'had paid for the week' (not my experience elsewhere in similar circumsatnces). We won't be back. Buyer beware! 더 보기

This hotel / condo complex is convenient to Breckenridge. But, units that are adjacent to the road suffer from severe road noise. Between cars, motorcycles and trucks, the noise was horrendous. Unit was otherwise clean, furnishings low cost (ie., not upscale) and the price was low. Just be forewarned about the noise. Would not recommend. The near disaster started when we arrived and could not get into the building. After two telephone calls we finally were told that we had to pick up keys to the condo from a business on Main Street. ..and we had to be there within 10 minutes because they were closing. Hotels.com did not forward any information to us regarding picking […] up keys at another location and we were almost without a room for the night. Accommodations were fair. Within walking distance of downtown which was nice. Definitely will not return. 더 보기

Amazing condo for the price. When booking make sure to find out which property management co. you need to meet up with to get the key and where the office is. This is a condo and there is no front desk. It took us an hour to find the office and trips to several other property managment offices before finding the right one.

The main lobby was very nice. The condo could use some updating. The bed was not comfortable; the sofa had severe indentations from use. The location was very good and close to all of the south main street attractions and eateries.

Really nice condos for the price. Super close to Main Street. Short walk to bars and restaurants.

Great room for the money

The staff was very friendly and made me feel like booking another stay. The view was awsome from the balcony. Bed were not so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very very well with everything you need except for food and the bathroom had a super strong fantastic shower. We would highly recomend this for anyone.
