Just finished a six day stay at this hotel--after deciding to give it a try based on the overall good reviews. I was not disappointed. The hotel was small but very comfortable, clean and renovated. The bathroom was excellent for our needs. The location was about one mile from most Paris landmarks, two metro stations within blocks and shops and restaurants […] all around. It was fine, it world, but tiny rooms and not an easy walk to main attractions

This is a great location. Close to Gare du Nord and buses/metro. Lobby...reception..breakfast area nicely decorated. Rooms were a disappointment. Need to be refurbished. Bath room was good. Very over priced if you take their continental breakfast. Think you can find a better hotel at this price in similar location.

Convenient for Gare du Nord and on a direct metro line to the Louvre. Helpful staff who spoke English. Perfectly adequate Express breakfast. Quiet room. Several good evening eateries nearby. We were out early every morning and for the whole day, so all we wanted was somewhere to sleep soundly after a hot bath. Ticked all our boxes. Would stay there […] again without hesitation. 더 보기

Hotel is about ten minutes walk from L'Opera, which is where the bus from the airport dropped us off. The staff the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean, although it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in them. I would recommend staying here and visiting Paris as it is a beautiful city.

Close to shopping and a lot of amusements. The breakfast was really great, worth paying extra for.

Good hotel, very reasonably priced rooms for Paris. 2mins from Metro stop, but we just walked to most places - can walk to the Louvre and Sacre Cour in a bit over 30mins. Just over 10mins walk from Gare du Nord which is very handy if you are travelling by Eurostar. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small (but I hear that is usual for […] Paris). However the bathroom was spacious, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Bed was very comfy! Decor wasn't to my taste but that's only a minor grumble. This was to be an indulgent, extra trip to Paris after a glorious visit in September, so, working on a budget and with a generous discount offered at time of booking by Hotels.com,I opted for this little hotel. Location is a little further from Galeries Lafayette /OperaGarnier than reviews might suggest ( a good15 minute stroll),but the closest Metro […] stop is within a few minutes' walk from the hotel and only two stops away from the same location. The hotel itself is modest and during our stay was busy with French business people and French tourists,along with a few from overseas. The greatest surprises were a larger-than -expected and very clean bathroom,with hairdrier and toiletries supplied and generous little buffet offered in the basement dining area and very competently run by a single staff member. If you plan to be out for most of the day and therefore do not need the facilities of a comfortable bar/cafe or leisure centre in your hotel,this is a perfectly suitable little place. 더 보기

Our vacation is Paris was even more enjoyable because of the Anjou Lafayette Opéra Best Western Hotel. The staff was great and it was a lovely hotel to stay in close to a metro station and restaurants. The hotel has a good location - 15 min walking from Gare du Nord, 2 min from Cadet or Poissonier metro, in a quiet small street close to Rue Lafayet. You can walk to Opera and Gellery Lafayet (15-20 min). We had basic but good breakfast downstairs, for EUR11.50, but you can easily reach other cafees and restaurants outside. Toiletries were in place, quite good. Kettle and small frige in the room allow to save money for breakfast and/or supper. The hotel is in a good location. There are 2 metro stations (of the same line) close by. There are cafes, restaurants, grocery stores around the hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The air conditioning works perferct. I would recommend this hotel if you don't plan to spend time (why would you if you are in Paris??) in the hotel.

Good transport links to all the tourist sites and good, affordable local restaurants within a short walking distance. Felt very safe at all times of day/night in this area. Staff very attentive and rooms clean and comfortable.

Hotel convenient to public transportation, both subway and bus lines. Very friendly, helpful staff. Moderately priced. Free, fast wi fi. I would stay there again.

Found this hotel in a good location and within walking distance of Gare du Nord; watch for beggars/pickpockets on your walk from station. Some hotel staff more obliging than others but generally good value for what you get. Could also walk to Galleries Lafayette if you are into walking. Metro close by.

Have just stayed 4 nights at this hotel. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. It is close to the Metro. which we used to get to and from our sightseeing. There are also lots of restaurants in the area and small supermarkets. Overall a good location and would stay there again. Has recently been renovated.

Although room is a little small for twin sharing but it is clean and comfortable. About 20 minutes walk to major shopping centres and 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Good value for money.

Not like a USA Best Western but their standards were on par as opposed to other French hotels for the same price ( that we left). Bathroom was excellent and location of hotel perfect. the hotel is conveniently close to Gare Du Nord, and Lafayette. Rooms are very small, but the Wifi is excellent. Breakfast (11.5€) is a buffet, without any warm dishes, served in a rather tiny room.

While in transit from Gare Est to the CDG airport, we stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The staff was very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations and transportation. We went for the large room which was actually rather small. Plan on tripping over each other.... Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. Clean room, walking distance to the city center, friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the noise created by the construction during the day. After 24 hours of traveling, when we finally arrived at the hotel room (which was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in time) my husband and I were ready to take a nap. Unfortunately napping was near […] impossible even for the deliriously sleepy. I can't confirm what was going on in the floor below us, but my best guess is the construction crew was trying to jack-hammer their way into our room. VERY CLEAN. TRAIN STATION CLOSE. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE THE ELEVATOR BROKEN FOR 2 DAYS AND WE WERE STAYING IN THE 5 FLOOR(ROOM 501). NICE STAFF.WILL STAY AGAIN.

This hotel was in a fairly good location with many nice restaurants close by. It was close to Gare du Nord but the closest metro line required a change to get to the station. The room was not big, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, bright and large. The staff was extremely nice.

Great place for a low budget stay. Room was not large but we didn't need anything big. It was clean and easy to get to, right by a metro station. Nice area to stay in, a bit different from the more touristy areas. Would definitely return there again!

The hotel is in a good location and it's very clean. They had construction building every morning and that was difficult to bear if you are a late sleeper. Overall it was a good hotel and it has an excellent restaurant/bar right in front of it.

We were staying only for one night in this hotel on a short business trip. The hotel is located down a quiet side street off the Rue Lafayette. We really had no complaints about the hotel. The room was small but we expected this. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint was that the shower curtain was a bit […] smelly and I think that hotels should use glass shower screens. Also there were plenty of towels but they were really tiny - it would be nice to have a proper bath sheet. The mini bar prices were not too expensive. The hotel Best Western Anjou Lafayette Opera in Paris where my husband and I and our two adult children stayed for three nights early in Jan 2011 could be recommended and we would certainly stay there again if we ever make the trip from Australia again.It is very well located, very close to Gare du Nord - in fact you could probably walk the distance […] weather and luggage permitting. The cost of our taxi was about 5euros. It is a pleasant walk to Galleries Lafayette and a long but manageable walk into the centre of Paris. A Metro stop is very close by. We had two rooms booked and were given rooms on either side and at the end of the corridor which suited us well. our room was clean and quiet but the twin room which our children had was quite charming - larger with attractive wardrobes and a lovely outlook. Both the rooms had good clean bathrooms.We had heard that hotel rooms in Paris are inclined to be small but our room while compact was quite adequate. We had breakfast at the hotel on each of the three mornings there. It is served in a small area downstairs - pleasantly fitted out with a buffet section and a very attentive waiter who made sure that supplies of breads and cereals and fruit were kept up.He also served tea and coffee and was both very pleasant.and efficient. There is a very small bar area in the compact foyer which we didnt use as well as a small area of seating and a few books.A computer desk is also available but our children were able to use their own in the room. We didnt use this area but may have done if we had been staying longer. A plus is that the reception desk is manned until late - midnight I think. The staff at all levels we found to be very pleasant. We had trouble with the unlocking of our door on a couple of occasions and the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the metro station (Cadet) and is one of the only hotels in Paris with free internet access. But the price is a bit excessive for the Best Western standards and services offered (which is common in Paris). The rate does not include breakfast, which costs 12 Euros and isn't so special. Great place to crash after doing the city. No frills, just a decent, clean room. Very close to metro. Only drawback was traffic noise in the early mornings, but still would recommend.

Excellent hotel in every respect (except the bathroom towels were quite stiff rather than soft and a few were somewhat ragged). Very clean, very modern, very quiet, but just off a main thoroughfare (Rue Lafayette) with easy access to both bus and metro. Nice little boutique feel hotel in the lobby, unlike the typical Best Western. The room is small but for the price is more than what I hope for. Good location close to the Metro on a quiet street. Hotel can arrange the ariport shuttle which is good.

For the price, a perfectly adequate base from which to explore Paris. Service friendly and efficient, room comfortable and clean, if a little small (we kept having to squeeze round one another) - and we were given two single beds! But value for money pretty good, much better than other inner-city "chain" hotels I've tried in the UK.

As acomações no quarto são modestas e limpas, mas a localização próxima à estação de metrô Cadet agilizam em muito a visita a Paris. Vale muito a pena para os turistas que saem cedo do quarto e voltam tarde só para dormir.
