The on-line picture for this hotel is very flattering. The hotel itself doesn't quite look like this. If you are visiting CSU, this hotel is across the street, so that's a benefit. The hotel was conveniently located on the edge of the CSU campus, which made it easy to find. The room was small, so small that one of the beds was directly in front of the AC unit. So one of us suffered freezing toes in order to cool off the room. The TV only had four channels, which made for a boring evening. The only real gripe we had was that the […] shower drained very slowly, so you were standing in about 4 inches of water throughout the entirety of your shower. I was given a room under the metal staircase so could hear each step of every person and that is just after I checked in. Shortly, I realized that the heat in the room could not be controlled by me and called front desk to say the heat will not go off. their reply was that I had a room directly on top of the main boiler and that the room would be hot. […] To counter act the heat I was to turn on the A/C so I would be sleeping between the extreme heat and the sound of the A/C all night. Was moved to a room in the next building and was much more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, but not sure I will book this next time I travel to Ft. Collins CO. Staff was very nice. 더 보기

I have stayed at this motel multiple times and enjoyed it until this last time. It was the first time I stayed on the ground floor and it was EXTREMELY noisy. I heard EVERYTHING above us as well as outside. At 3am a couple were fighting and cops were called, a mear 5 hours later the maintenence crew decided to do construction projects. Noisy and small room, old tv's, limited breakfast, and had to walk outdoors in the cold to get to the indoor pool.

I stayed in this hotel to see my daughter staying CSU dorm. The hotel is just next to the CSU campus. I rented a bicycle at a store in 5 min walking distance, and enjoyed cycling around the campus. The hotel is not luxury, but has just needed facilities, including pool, laundry, and free breakfast with a very reasoable price. Best for those visting […] CSU. 더 보기

This is a great location, next to CSU campus and close to Old Town. The bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast had lot to choose from. They always had fresh coffee any time of day and the indoor pool was perfect for our toddler. We had a great time and will definitely recommend this hotel. I do have to say that the door opens to outside […] so it it more like a motel in that respect. It is an older hotel, but they have made some interior remodels and it is still in good condition. We were happy with this hotel for the short time we stayed there. Parking was a bit of an issue, but the front desk told us about a back lot that was available just around the corner. Nothing to complain about.

We usually stay at Marriotts, Hiltons or Ritz-Carlton. The Marriott in town was full, as was the Hilton (no RC in town). I try to avoid BW's due to past experiences, but this BW was decent. Rather small room and even smaller bathroom, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast satisfying. Location is across from campus (CSU).

Walls were so thin I could not only hear phone conversation of person next door, I could hear the person on the other end!!! Would recommend if primary task is visiting CSU, otherwise, shop around.

Great location. Right across the street from CSU and a few blocks from Old Town. Breakfast was sufficient, but seating was a bit lacking. But... Walls are paper thin. Can hear your neighbor's conversation next door and below. Overall a good hotel as long as you know what you're getting.

Title says it all. Right accross from CSU, a few blocks from old town, centrally located. Walls have almost no soundproofing. Neighbors were just talking and you heard almost every word. Otherwise, staff was great, service was fast, and you really can't beat the location. All in all, I would stay there again. Thanks BWUI!

The location is great...right across from campus, nice neighborhood. Never got maid service, even when we were out until 3pm. Finally took care of garbage cans and towels for ourselves. WiFi was not completely reliable.

First off, the hotel map is incorrect. It shows this hotel located away from the college near the Best Western Kiva, but if you google map the address, it is actually right across the street from the college and a few blocks from "downtown". The location was great, it was a 5 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go, parking was full, but a space was […] always available. For a Best Western, it was very comfortable. The fridge in the room was also a plus, as we had brought back some beer from our days tours. The only downside was the small counter space in the bathroom and the maintenance being done at 10:30 am in the room above us. Even though we were already awake, it was quite annoying. Had we still been trying to sleep it would have been impossible. Overall though, i would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. 더 보기

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful daytime staff. Only problem we had was lack of parking and the overflow lot was dimly lit- didn't feel like the safest place for our car.

rooms were accomadating staff at front desk friendly , pool and workout room clean and basic need, close to old town ! i would go back

This hotel has the best location for anyone going to CSU. All you have to do is cross the street. It is a bit old but the rooms have been remodeled and the breakfast was very complete.

Thank you Best Western I wish they take off like $10 to $20 from continental breakfast, since breakfast has not been important in my day. Overall, Thank You

I will have to say that this hotel is very convenient to CSU campus (right across the street). The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. TV was totally outdated. And of course you are right across the road from campus so college age kids coming and going all night, partying. So it was extremely noisy. If you want peace and quiet […] you should probably go somewhere else. The doors slam and slam and slam. The upside is the 20% discount at the IHop next door down. We rented two rooms, one of the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes had been burning. The hotel was dirty outside, however, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were there when CSU University was on break and there were a lot of noisy kids there. I believe they were there to tour the college. The walls are paper thin and at 2:30am I was able to hear the conversations next door,every word for 2 hours. The door did not have a good seal, so I was able to see light through it and hear the loud cars race up and down College Ave.

My furnace vent kicked on early morning and rattled all night long as it kicked on and off. To use the toilet, the toilet/shower room door needed to be shut. I forgot how small a lot of older buildings are. A grout repair job is in order for Rm 201. Time to upgrade to a flatscreen TV. I can't imagine parking during peak season.

All rooms are connected to the outside, which is ok but a bit dodgy when considering safety; rooms are immaculate and staff are very helpful; Internet was quick; and parking was terrible, but there is not a lot of space so... I guess that's expected? I would stay here again.

The hotel looked very nice from the outside, and the rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were old and could use an update. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The real problems were the loud, hammering pipes when someone else was showering and the train that went by at night!

Found it very satisfactory for the price.....was a good location...our room was small, but very comfortable....nice breakfast selection and very nice swimming pool....

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western University Inn in Fort Collins, Co. It was located right across from CSU and was an easy walk to shops downtown.

Location can't be beat if you plan on any activities at CSU. The hotel itself is a little run-down. There is the main building which is painted white and sits facing the main street (College Ave.) but there is a small drive-thru corridor which leads to a red brick building that has been annexed to the hotel. Felt like I was walking into an old apartment […] building. Once inside, the look and feel of a normal hotel was there, but just looked odd. All in all, the hotel doesn't have much glitz and glamor, but is decent for the price and location. 더 보기

a clean and well maintained facility, in the best location in ft. collins, right across from CSU.

Not good. Left after something ran under our bed. We both seen it.
