First off they don't clean their rooms at ALL!!!! We complained about our room because it looked as if it never been vacuumed in months and the bathroom was completely disgusting! They gave us a different room and it was a little better but not much. We wouldn't of stayed if we didn't have plans already with 5 little kids who wanted to celebrate their […] Christmas with their father. Anyway, the rooms were terrible and the pool was filthy and cold as ice cubes. I am not one to complain but this was just out right disgusting! The place had 100 smells going through the hotel as well and let me tell you it wasn't roses I was smelling... it was more like stale smoke, old musty smell and smells I never want to experience again. Definitely not a place to go to unless they decide to do some extreme cleaning with a lot of bleach! 더 보기

we didn't stay the two nights but left early and didn't expect a refund but the next day it was added back to my credit card, a pleasent surprise.

You get what you pay for. It was a nightmare. Couldn't get into the access doors with door key.....had to go back up front to figure out how to make it work. No instructions from the check in person. Couldn't get into room. Had to go back up and get help to get in room. Once in room; missing light bulbs, no remote for TV and then discovered cable converter […] was missing and that is why remote wouldn't work. Found a half full beer can in a drawer. When in shower next moring shower curtain fell on the floor. Thankfull our car was not ripped off during the night and was so mad did not want to speak to anyone about any of it as they tried to be helpful, but they were a bunch of kids, just trying to solve each problem. The room was cleaner than we were expecting due to the previous reviews. The halls were in bad shape. We wouldn't stay there again.

I think this place catered to construction crews. The halls and elevators were dirty and littered. Our first room's bed was not actually made- just wrinkled sheets under a comforter. The air conditioning unit didn't work so we asked for a different room and were moved next door. The AC worked and the bed was clumsily made. The hotel was right by a bar and we could hear them until 2 am. The room was poorly secured, and the whole hotel had a very odd look to it. The room was not clean and I wouldn't stay there again, I'd pick another more modern hotel.

je pense que Hotel.com devrait enlever cet établissement de leur répertoire. Tapis sale, tapisserie déchiré, brulure de cigarette sur les draps etles taies d,oreillées, salle de bain sale (On a même pas pris notre douche)... et en plus les coridors sentait la cigarette. Je me sentais comme un itinérant avec un air climatisé.....A DÉCONSEILLÉ a moins […] que vous soyez un itinérant.
