The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was really looking forward to breakfast since we got a ticket for breakfast in the hotel resturant but is was less than satisfactory. It wasn't any more than what most hotels have. They did have eggs and breakfast potatoes but they were barely warm even though we were down […] there around 7:30am. Everything else was limited. We sat in a portion of the resturant and the rest was kept dark making it feel like we were not really supposed to be in there. I would stay at the hotel again but I would make other arrangements for breakfast. 더 보기

The only challenge we had with the hotel was that the hallway was not heated at all. If you used the pool and walked to your room, it was like being in the freezer. The heater was turned off for the room upon arrival. I believe in saving heating costs, but they could have had in on at least to a very low temp so it wouldn't take so long to warm up. […] Minor challenges, but they make a big impact. 더 보기

We have our family Christmas there yearly, the hotel is clean, quiet, and has it all. Pool, large lounging area near pool, hot tub ( oh yeah) and a resturant/bar in house with an Applebees next door if you want.

The hotel was great. The staff placed me in a recently remodeled room that was comfortable. The breakfast at Shay's Lounge was good and included in the room fee. The only cons were that the heater did not work on "auto" so in the middle of the night I needed to turn the fan on to get the room to warm up. The other con was that the door to the hallway […] did not close on its own. Don't know if anyone walked by and saw me in my undies before I discovered that fact but I just remembered to make sure it was closed after I discovered that. 더 보기

Our stay started out with our room not being ready for an early check-in. I know this is not guaranteed but there HAS to be a better system than "the rooms are already pre-signed so your assigned room is not ready" while another room just sits there ready and empty. That's horrible customer service and a really crappy response. Our room was nice enough--you […] could tell it had been renovated BUT there were lots of dirty spots. The bathroom ceiling was COVERED in mold--YUCK! The hairdryer holder was covered in dust and fuzz, too. There's no excuse for an unclean room. 더 보기

Free breakfast was not hot, most of the food was cold in the buffet, more atttn should be taken to the food, also the temperature of the room was set to 62 degrees!! It was cold in the room!!!
