Comfortable & quiet even though right next to major freeway. would stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the heating fan was kind of loud but that's the only complaint I have.

toilet not cleaned, tv remote batteries dead, hair dryer broke. If you are just looking to sleep the price is right if you are looking for more there are other options close but will cost you more.

Front desk personnel were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel was tired and in need of renovation. Rooms were Motel 6 quality - glad I didn't pay more than I did for it. Hallway, stairway smelled like smoke, as did our non-smoking room. The room was spartain and poorly-lit. HVAC worked fine, though. The continental breakfast was nothing special, […] but it was well-stocked and the attendant was pleasant towards everyone. Milk was cold and the juice tasted like juice. Over all it was an average Hotel. It would have been something more preferred if it was a one night stay on my way to another destination. However, we spent 2 nights here for an event. Overall it was clean. But the rooms smelled musty. And the halls smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking section. Also if anyone else was taking a shower […] at the same time, from the room next door, you got a extremely hot to extremely cold shower. Also I think about half the buttons on the TV remote control worked. The entire room could have been updated. Oh well, it was decent enough and did the job, a place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel, as the freeway noise was too loud.

This stay was horrible. There were bugs in our room, along with mildew, stale smoke smell and dirty sheets. I will never stay at this hotel again - nor will use hotels.com again.

the Hotel staff was unfriendly and rude!!

Very nice. Everyone was friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable as well as affordable.

This was one of three hotels i stayed in on this trip and this one was by FAR better. The toilet flushed each time and no standing water in the tub, while taking a shower. stayed at two other hotels at 2 and 3 times the price and had a much better stay at Quality Inn. ... because it is not Quality by any means! On a one-night stay here recently we experienced first the unprofessional appearance of the hotel clerk along with her "meh" service demeanor (although she was quite helpful when my son lost our room key between receiving it and parking the car). The thing I was looking forward to the most after a long road […] trip was a nice hot bath, but alas, there was no stopper in the tub, so no bath to be had. Just as well, as the bath surround wall seams were infested with mold in many places. Took a shower instead to find the water constantly wanted to fluctuate from hot to cold under really low pressure. So much for a long, hot shower. Of the two beds, one was overly bouncy while the other one was hard as a rock. The hallways smelled awful like it had been used for a smoker's convention just hours before. The ancient window unit for a/c and heat only ran on high so it was either freeze to death or sleep in the ambient humidity and heat. This is an older building that has not held up well. With proper maintenance and perhaps some renovation it could be very nice. Location was great and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean but smelled moldy

The room was very clean. Front desk was friendly. Lot of shops nearby. Great place for the price. Will definitely stay there next time!

I stayed for two nights in a one bedroom smoking room. The hotel was VERY CLEAN, even the hot tub and pool area were spotless. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick where we were going to eat and buy a few things while we were in town. There's actually quite a lot of shops and resturaunts very close to the hotel. Although close to the interstate, the room we had was pretty rank - it really did stink of stale smoke and mold. The motel is showing its age, most of the 'security' doors were broken - the card swipe was just for shor and the outdoor bulbs were smashed in their sockets. the main reason for my family going to stay at this hotel was because they had an indoor swimming pool. the pool was over 90 degrees and you could not swim. we were finally able to swin the next morning but only for an hour, and the pool was still very warm, warmer than the outside weather. management did not want to compensate my family for our inconvience, […] however the owner did agree to give me one free night but only one room, and i had two rooms. 더 보기

Gross and dirty

The hotel was ok. Very rude manager @ check-in and lots of smokers hanging around the doors coming & going. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but the halls smelled like heavy old smoke and chlorine from the pool. Not a bad property for the price but you can find better.

Overall our experience of this hotel was good. The room was clean and when we asked for more towels (late at night) we recieved them right away. Two negatives would be trying to get out of the hotel plaza (you have turn right) and the smell of the chlorine from the pool was very strong that you could smell in the hallway were our room was located.

Hotel was nice & clean and great price

The hotel was a good price for the short time we spent in it. We just needed a bed & shower and that was ok. The building is run down & needs work & there is mold in the bathroom. The road into the hotel was difficult to get out when turning left, you had to go about 1/2 mile down & turn around to get in the direction you needed to go. had problem with towels & coffee. ran out of coffee downstairs & extra coffee [2 regular] in room. Sunday morning ran out of food, only one person on desk & taking care of breakfast.

For the money the hotel was great. It was clean, the staff was friendly the free breakfast was decent, it was located near the highway. The only problem was the the pool which looked like it could use a bit more cleaning was absolutely freezing - way to cold to swim in! Overall though, for the money we would stay again.

Tons of ants in room, and was told someone would look into it.

Our families stayed for a wedding in several different rooms. Ours was very clean. The amenities were very good for the price. Everyone was pleased with the complimentary breakfast, it had plenty of variety for the kids (2-14) as well as the adults. I would definately recommend Quality Inn, especially in hard economic times.
