퀄리티 인 브릭타운 (Quality Inn Bricktown) - 오클라호마 시티

My husband and I have stayed in many different chains of motels and hotels throughout our travels, and have almost always booked online. This has by far been our WORST experience ever and we will never go back to this particular motel, nor another Quality Inn due to the lack of care and attention shown to our concerns. Upon arrival, we discovered that […] this motel was a Greyhound bus stop, which means, many people lurking about, who are not hotel guests. That in itself was a bit unsettling, but not the worst part of the day. We checked in at the front desk, and moved our vehicle around to the opposite side of the building directly in front of our room. We did not even have to exit our vehicle to clearly see that the window to our room had a large crack running the entire length of the window, and spider-webbing out, from a GUN SHOT!! We entered the room (which had an odd odor) and discovered that the window was indeed broken all the way through. Back to the front desk, patiently wait my turn, and explain to the front desk clerk that the window had been shot, and we did not feel safe staying there. She seemed irritated, turned to another employee and acknowledged that she had already known about the window, and seemed to be mad that we were not comfortable staying in that room. To be quite honest, I did not feel comfortable staying in that motel, but there happened to be a Taylor Swift concert in town that night, so, not many options on open rooms. Changing to another hotel was not an option. Just please, be aware of what you are getting by booking this motel. The pictures and descriptions are very misleading. The rooms are very run down, everything is in a state of disrepair, and the staff seems to be oblivious of any real concerns. Save your hard earned money for a chain who deserves it. 더 보기

The hotel lobby was the only nice thing about the place. When we checked in there was only one person at the counter at 4 in the afternoon. There was a long line of people waiting to check in/out. Major concert in town that night. When we finally got our room assignment and got to our room neither room key worked and grounds were very dirty, One window […] looked to have been shot at and not repaired. Went back to front desk to get keys redone and recep was rude. Finally got in our room only to have someone else booked into the same room then the recep called and demaned to know who was in the room. Went to concert and returned about 1 am the next morning to find keys not working again. Went to front desk and got keys redone. Also asked for extra blankets and was told there were no extra blankets as the hotel was completely booked. Service was very poor and even breakfast was not kept stocked when things got low. Made my reservations by phone. When I arrived at the hotel everything was different. No frig,microwave,iron,smoke detecter in room Ordered a queen size bed had a full size in room when I arrived. Talked to front desk that night problem was to be taken care of next day Never was. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms were faceing atruck stop. Trucking area of city . Truck sounda all night . Truck parking on hotel-motel parking. takeing severial parking spaces.

The air conditioner was broken when it was over a 100 degrees outside and most of the outlets did not work. Not worth what they charged at all.

The appearance of the hotel lobby was beautiful but those looks are just for show. The rooms were hot and discusting. The swimming pool was very discusting and so full of chlorine we couldn't swim. I tried to speak with the manager about my concerns but he was unavaliable. I will not go back to that hotel.

When we checked in we were told we had a queen bed but when we went to our room it was only standard full size. We went to inform the clerk of the situation, she checked and according to their data base it was a queen size. We know the difference, because we have a queen size bed at home. The […] next morning we went to have breakfast, so we would have ample time to make our transportation connection, we found out that the eating area opened an hour later on weekends. The doors were opened and the food was ready, so we began to serve ourselves only to be ushered out by the attendant and we had to wait about six minutes before she would let us in. How silly. The hotel seemed to be in an industial part of town and along a busy road where we could hear traffic noise all through the night. I have paid less for a lot better hotel rooms without the aid of discount services. 더 보기

Horrible stay! I was constantly woken up by people across the parking lot at the Economy Inn. I know it's not Quality Inn's fault but I would not recommend ANYONE staying here as they share a parking lot. I witnessed people yelling and walking around the parking lo at all hours, jerks on motorcycles making all sorts of noise, and various other shady […] people wondering around the area. I never felt safe and slept with one eye open. I'm glad my family wasn't with me on this trip! I would have rested better at a rest stop off the highway. It should not label itself "Bricktown" as it's not close to the Bricktown area. On another note. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and If the location was elsewhere I would rate it higher. But the location and the types of people that frequent this area is substandard. 더 보기

The motel is actually located about 2 miles from Bricktown and its in an industrial area. There is a lot noise caused by the heavy traffic from the Interstate Highway. Makes sleeping at night difficult. The nightclub within the hotel was OK, however, its not smoke free. The breakfast bar has a variety of items and it was good.

If you are in need of a good nights sleep DO NOT stay in this hotel...it is directly across the street from a truck stop....especially DO NOT stay here when there is a huge celebration going on like New Year's or Fourth of July, etc....partiers go on for hours and get rather loud with no care or respect of others!

Our room was not next to the bar, but the bass from the band was extremely loud for that time of night and the distance from the room.

Only problems were motorcycles making noise after 11pm. Some truck noise not a lot. That may not be under your control Continental greakfast was very good!

The room was older, no updates. They also need lighting outside through the walk way. Great location if you enjoy the night life or just entertainment and easy to find right of the expressway.

The hotel is a COMPLETE mess! One of the assigned rooms already had people in the room. The keys to the room had to constantly be reprogramed. Of the two keys given for each room we had, only one at a time would work. The concrete is totally torn up and what has been fixed was fixed using sac-crete and was uneven. One part of the sidewalk in front of […] of a room was down to the rebar! The stairs to the second floor(outside entrances to the rooms-no elevator)were uneven due to the concrete repairs. The room I had smelled (room freshner couldn't help!). None of us showered because we were all grossed out by the conditions. Some of us even slept with towels over the pillows. The "restaurant" on site was fairly new, but I wouldn't recommend eating there. The "waiter" gave us straws(when requested) that were unwrapped and in his ungloved, bare hands. I used wipes to wipe them off! This hotel is on the far outside of Bricktown. It was not in a very nice part of town. If I could give negative stars for this hotel...I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND! The kids only swam for 5 minutes because of the bugs and slimy pool bottom. 더 보기

Hotel had too loud of music playing. Difficulty sleeping. But it was in a good location.
