within walking distance of Space Needle, Pike Market and Underground Tour altho that was a long walk back! Asked for 2 double beds. Rec'd 1 queen and no counter space for toiletries. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, cereals, yogurt, eggs, bagels etc. Neighbourhood was noisy due to traffic.

The hotel was the cheapest I found near Denny Park/space needle, so I was expecting it to be a little ghetto but it was very nice. The location was very convenient. The hotel was clean and quiet. I put 4 stars for comfort of the room because there was only one thin blanket on the bed (I guess I could've asked for another but realized it late at night), […] the coffee pot was a single server, and the fan was funky (had to be on fan only or on heat mode kept shutting on and off). But there was a fridge, iron, and microwave. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Oh, you should know that you have to pay for parking (10 a night). 더 보기

We specifically asked for 2 beds and paid for 2 beds and when we arrived we were put in a room with 1 bed . Then told that they see we reserved 2 beds but all the rooms were full so we would have to use a fold up bed- EXTREMELY uncomforable and short... We specifically asked upon reservation if we could rent movies in the room- we were told yes and […] that night after dinner we went to rent a movie - and that feature was not availble . We also asked the operator about how close the hotel was to the 2 locations we were visiting and the hotels was not within walking distance like we were told ! 더 보기

Friendly and efficient staff, hotel clean and well kept, located in a convenient area for downtown Seattle. I just have two complaints: 1) It had snowed and iced the day prior to my stay and the hotel had not shoveled the parking lot or even put salt on the ice. I don't think that's too much to ask. 2) It is possible for a bed to be TOO SOFT and that […] is what this hotel has. Honestly, the bed is so soft you sink into it and I found myself having to wake up in order to move during the night! Other than these two issues, my stay was pleasant. The staff was wonderful!

Room was pleasant and a good value compared to other hotels in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful; they photocopied some documents I needed for the conference I was attending and held my suitcase for a few hours between checkout and my flight. Within walking distance of Space Needle, Convention Center, & Pikes Place Market. Nice breakfast (free). Mattresses were a little hard, but this may be just personal preference. Hotel desk staff arranged transport back to airport @ good rate. Rooms were not fancy, but great price for Seattle and for what you are getting. The front desk staff went over and above the call of duty to make my stay wonderful. However, the breakfast was extremely unedible, with cold food and no one around to assist with explaining how to heat it.

The people were very friendly... location was great..close to many things.. the room itself was clean....enough room... i would reccomend it to others..

The rooms here were clean and comfortable. Location was very central to most of the sights in Seattle. The free breakfast is great, especially since you don't have to go far to have breakfast after a long night on the town. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seattle.

It was my birthday weekend celebration and the person checking us in waived the parking fee =] Very nice hotel - clean room, good location.

This is just a regular hotel but the perk is that your like four blocks from the spaceneedle.

The hotel is close to downtown and Pike Market but the streets to get there are not too reassuring. By night, take a taxi to get back. The hotel is simple but clean (it looks more like a motel actually). However, pipes are really loud and when your neighbor takes a shower, you won't be able to sleep in... Way too expensive for this type of hotel.

Great service they made a mistake on my room made sure I got the room I needed and even let me check in 4 hours early

hotel room and service were better than adequate. service people were attentive and polite. hotel convenient to downtown activities and public transport.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a nice clean hotel in a great location,conveniently located to many attractions. Space Needle is within walking distance. Our room was a little small but very nice, with a view of Denny Park. Bathroom is beautiful, all shiny and new. My daughter loved the hot tub and my husband enjoyed the weight […] room. Convenient location for downtown attractions. Near bus and light rail lines for easy access to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Service was great, great continental breakfast, they even helped me call in a cab! Very convenient location. Just a couple blocks walk to the convention center. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for one that is not in the center of downtown and is around your budget range.

The hotel is going to be my prefered stay from now on. It is located within walking distance from the Space needle, 7 dollar cab ride to capital hill, 7 dollars from downtown Seattle. There are several eccentric restaurants about 4 blocks away. This hotel is in a very good location. One thing about this hotel are te OLD bathrooms. Best Western has been known with having very good restrooms. Please Renovate the bathrooms. New doors and carpet would really spruce up the rooms . The place is VERY clean!

The hotel was nice and included a wonderful breakfast. The staff with super nice. The only thing I HATED was the noise! We were located so close to the road that I got MAYBE 3 hours of sleep. The walls were so thin that we could easily hear the neighboring guests walking around. VERY NOISY HOTEL!!

Great hotel and nicely furnished. My only comment would be that I was on the top floor and traffic noise can be bothersome at all times.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious room with all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable - nice and soft. Good breakfast and free parking was a real plus.

I recently stayed in the BW in Seattle Washington. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, provided us directions as needed and was very accomodating. The continental breakfast provided was as good as eating out at a restaurant. The location was central to downtown and the price was affordable! The most suprising thing was a welcome letter […] in the room when we arrived, a nice persoanl touch that is lacking so often in most industries. I took the letter to share with my own staff, to show them how valuable true customer service is. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again if I return to Seattle. 더 보기

My stay was part of a Halloween celebration at a near-by dance club. We didn't want to try and drive back from Seattle late at night and so booked a hotel. I had lingering fears that it would be a divey-place, but my fears were assuaged instantly. The lobby is beautifully maintained and the front desk staff were cheerful and helpful despite all the […] extra hassles of Halloween weekend. The young man at the front desk made a valiant effort to find us a taxi, but the hotel was so well located that we were just a short pleasant walk from our destination. Although the building itself is slightly older, everything is beautifully maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I could have felt comfortable suggesting the hotel to my parents, boss or out of town clients. I love the move to soap dispensers in the shower/sink!! Now I don't have to fiddle with finding the shampoo and getting it's lid off etc. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and easy. Even on a Sunday morning there was plenty of food for everyone and lots of pastries and cereals to choose from. My friend noted that the scrambled egg patties and cheese were not the best, but everything else was better than we had hoped! Yummy waffles!!!!! 더 보기

The hotel was nice and the place was decent. When I had complained about the issues with my room, the staff was friendly and was very helpful, although the issue still persisted before my last days within my stay, they had provided some solution but for the price it was it is a pretty decent hotel. although the hotel location is not within the bus […] free zone, you might need walk a bit more than 5 mins as i walked to the closest bus 17 ( westlake and 9th av closest to denny way) i had to pay until the next station that it is the free zone which is around another 5 mins walk from my station. 더 보기
