Typical exterior entry motor hotel in semi-commercial neighborhood. Fast food nearby that I would drive to. Older neighborhood. A few miles from freeway, but much cheaper than the ones right off the freeway. Breakfast cereal, toast or bagels, peanut butter and jelly or cream cheese, OJ and Coffee. No hassles.

I would never stay here again. It happen to be really hot that weekend we were there and for some reason their air condition wasn't working and my son couldn't sleep at night cause it was too dam hot.

Health conditions require us to have No Smoking, but your registration office was blue with smoke upon our arrival. We had two protitutes sitting on our stairwell . Your front desk could not give us the telephone number of our airport. There were two large dirty towels behind the bathroom door. Your coffe machines require servicing.

The staff was very friendly, but the building is showing it's age. The beds were not that great, and the A/C unit blows up the curtains if you don't do something about it - which was a little inconvenient.

Staff was polite and helpful. Except for some minor issues with room cleanliness this was a very comfortable and quiet property.

This was the worst place to stay, I wanted to leave as soon as I drove up. The room smelled like the refrigerator was left open with rotting food, but there was nothing in it. There were holes in the doors, a piece of hotel soap used under one foot of the refrigerator to keep it level, when taking a shower the tub filled up with dirty water, the beds […] were hard as a board. They are non-refundable rooms so remember this comment before you sign up to stay here and even though you pay ahead they want $30.00 to put on a credit card in-case you damage anything, if you do stay do a walk through for already damaged items. 더 보기

Room smelled BAD!!! Bedding smelled, towels smelled. Found a dirty baby bottle with rotten milk underneath the bed. Nasty nasty room!!! Never again and over priced for it! And I want told there would be an extra $30.00 charge got who knows what? when I checked in.

Super friendly management. The gentleman always had a smile and took great care of us. The morning continental rolls and cereal was great. The room was rather musty and we had to open windows and go out and buy some fabreze. After we sprayed it was great. They might supply a can of fabreze in the room.

We were looking for a place close to family, mostly as a place to sleep. It was more than adequate for our needs. Room was clean ,staff was friendly and helpfull. A continental breakfast is served. We will stay here again next year.

I booked the hotel on hotels.com. I did not do any research on the hotel before. I did after I booked. It said the beds were hard, I have never slept on a bed this hard, very uncomfortable. I also read there were cockroaches in the room, I did not see any but I would not doubt it as the floor had a lot of food scraps in the room even after the 3rd night. […] We did not eat in the room until the last night, the scraps were not from us. 더 보기

This hotel was ok for what we needed, but not that great. Very industrial area, not a lot of places to eat, and you needed to drive to them. The staff was not very accomodating when we needed extra towels. They actually denied us. The pool was not very pristine, and the room was old and needed a lot of updating. Wonderful welcome by staff. Good continental breakfast-not lavish, but adequate and tasty choices. Room was clean and quiet. We sat poolside for several gorgeous Arizona sunsets, and chatted with other guests. Pool and jacuzzi were both clean and inviting. Plenty of parking. Their was a dead roach next to the bathroom. We arrived at midnite, the clerk behind the glass stated " I need to charge your credit card, I am sorry I mean place a hold of $31.00 just in case something happens". I told her no ask asked if it was hotel policy to do so. She said yes it is, but I will wave it just this once, but the manager may ask you […] to do the same thing in the morning. I told her I prepaid for the room through hotels.com and don't recall when prepaying for room having to leave credit card on file. We left at 7:00am after seeing the same overnight clerk when I went to return room key. Not some place I would stay or recommend to anyone I know. 더 보기

This hotel was horrible not only did it cost 90 dollars but we did not get what we paid for the beds where hard the customer service was rude and it cost to much

Very happy with hotel and staff, all very helpful.

This hotel was a good price for a nice hotel. We were comfortable and it was very clean. Surroundings were very quiet as well. Would recommend this to others.

Not too many complaints. It was cheap, so I didn't have many expectations. Decent room, decent breakfast. What you would expect for the money.

I thought HJ was better. The price was not worth the quality. It was for a suite, but it was no different from any other small rooms. The hard mattresses were cheap. It was a hard night. And they required a deposit.

This hotel is situated in a questionable neighborhood. I didn't feel safe taking the family out at night. The service was horrible.

This hotel was immaculant!! The Very GREAT location, quiet, breakfast was good, within seconds away from food, shopping...big league dreams was 11 minutes on the freeway, very easy to get to!! Front desk employees were so nice, housekeeping services were there in a flash for items we needed...give 100%!!

I was given a handicap room which was alright with me, the handle bars came in handy. However, the bed was hard and not at all comfortable. The water level in the toilet bowl was too high. As a man, when I sat down on it, my credentials were in the water. I took off the tank lid and flushed the toilet, then got a coat hanger to hold up the device in […] the tank to stop the water flow, therefore, keeping the level of the water in the bowl lower. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken preventing the water from draining out. The coffee maker did not work. All in all, for the price,I would stay there again now that I have learned to control the water level in the toilet bowl, and I really can do without the coffee. 더 보기

such a quiet, comfortable, clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast treats, coffee, rolls and all were fresh and very good. the staff was friendly and helpful. thank you.

It is very bad, and over charge you.

This is a lower cost motel but it is useful only if you have a car. There are no restaurants or shopping areas within walking distance. The hotel is a former Best Western and still does not have its new corporate signs which makes it hard to see at night. The breakfast "buffet" consists of cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, doffee/tea and juice.They also […] offer cold hard boiled eggs. As a longtime road-warrior I should have known better than to have prepaid for 3 nights at this former Best Western without having done some homework. Surrounding neighborhood is less than the best and the bed was the most uncomfortable we have slept in for many years. On the plus side the price was reasonable and the breakfast area was clean, staff […] handled food only with plastic gloves and continental breakfast choice although limited was okay. 더 보기

Nice, decent room -- if you go, get two beds or more. My sister had a single room and it was a tiny, uncomfortable space. The hot water heater could be a bit more robust for the shower, but overall a nice room for the money.

No es la PRIMERA VEZ QUE NOS HOSPEDAMOS AHI el único comentario es que me parecio muy pobre el menu de los desayunos, pues cuando era BEST WESTERN el desayuno incluia Bafles, Frutas, Chocolate, Huevos, etc. y en esta ocacion los eliminaron, pero en general el comentario es bueno.
