The hotel could use some real cosmetic repairs. And the paint job is pretty poor. There was dried paint splattered in the bathtub. The breakfast was the same every morning, however, the menu listed different items every day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty and shower didn't work correctly. I would never stay here again.

We reserved non smoking, but only smoking was available, so the room smelled bad. The carpet was very dirty, including big dust bunnies at carpet edges and even a wadded up piece of paper. The bathroom door was sprung and noisy when opening and closing. Even though the hotel was in a good location and looked OK from the exterior, it was our worst experience […] yet. The hotel was great - but the 2 bedroom suite is not 2 bedrooms. We thought we were purchasing a 2 bedroom suite with 2 double beds in one room and a king in the other. It was 1 bedroom with 2 doubles and a common area with a fold out couch. We had to purchase another room to accommodate us. The hotel was great. Full breakfast buffet included.

Precessional photographer that's for sure. Rooms were probably very nice about 10-15 years ago. Breakfast was very good and the best part of the stay.

Nothing terrible to say, solid comfortable night's sleep at a decent price. Stayed there 3 weeks in a suite, nice finish to everything, but suite was crammed into a space never meant to fit that much. Room service repeatedly screwed up on towel request for more medium size towels and cleaning job was minimal, but I didn't expect much in that regard. […] The manager was never heard from, although I complained more then 6 times during my stay because the satellite TV stopped working properly in only my room (checked with maintenance and other guests) , they fixed it only once, but it kept happening, I just dealt with it and moved on .... 더 보기

Stayed one night. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and orderly. Internet service was good. Stayed on the second floor over looking the swimming pool, view was nice and very quite. Breakfast was good and the staff working there was very helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, very conviennet.

I stay at this hotel often. It is a great hotel. This stay the room was borderline satisfactory. The wifi signal was not available in my room. I was able to get internet access with ethernet cable provided by front desk. The toilet ran quietly, but continuously. The shower temp was hot or hotter, the sink faucet was in need of repair. We stayed in a family suite with two room, a full kitchenette, and top knotch amenities. The room was beautiful and very affordable. This will be our new stop when we are in Yuma. Thanks

We used http://Hotels.com (Iphone App) to book this room 10 mins. before we checked in. At first they couldn't find our reservation, but it was still on the fax. It took them only 5 mins. to get us in our room. This was our first time in a Best Western and wasn't sure what to expect. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in awhile. This […] will definitely be our Hotel of chice when going back to Yuma. The only down side was the unfriendly young woman at the desk at check out. She seemed to be bothered that we interupted her phone conversation to check out. Then should said she idin't have our credit card info and I had give it to her again. This was not a good experience. Hotel was not what was promised. Had a long walk from parking to hotel. Air conditioning didn't work. Hotel was over priced for actual accomodation. Overal experience was not so great.

It was a very comfortable room in a good location - easy access to US8. Loved the happy hour and breakfast. Would stay again if we are in the area.

This hotel is poorly run. The staff was rude. I was told there was a "happy hour"---when I asked in the dinning area, the woman behind the bar was rude and very unhelpful. The lobby had trash falling out of the trash can onto the floor! Coffee in the lobby was never filled or fresh. There are much better hotels to spend your money on!!

There were 3 mosquitos in my room and I was eaten alive during the night. It was not an enjoyable stay.

They let me check i early for no extra charge they said. Then they charged me a whole day when they said they wouldnt charge me. I stayed 2 days the place was really nice. Then I checked out early and they charged me for a fourth day. When I discussed it with the front desk clerk when I checked out he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked for […] his manager and he told me he wouldnt be back until monday, it was friday afternoon. The manager TJ did finally contact me and told me he would get right back to me, that was 5 days ago. So basically I paid for 4 nights and stayed 2. Not a good experience. 더 보기

I am 81 years old and had one hell of a time climbing all the stairs at this motel. The motel has no elevator, and the room we were finally given was as high and as far away as you can get. The first room I was given was a single bedroom whereas I had requested a family suite when I made the original reservation. In this first rooim the door would not […] open with the key card; a second key card was brought down from the office and the door still would not open. We were then moved to the second room, mentioned above. After being in the room for an hour or so someone else came in and said they had been given the room. A clerk came and moved those folks and came to me to ask about the history of how we were assigned the room; he said the office records showed it to be vacant. The clerk also wanted to check the phone because he said it wasn't working. During our stay the phone rang at least twice with on one on the other end. The dead bolt in the door to this room had been removed with a piece of tape covering the remaining hole. In this room none of the "black-out" drapes could be closed; instead only thin sheer curtins covered the windows. Light could not be blocked out and anyone could peek through the sheer curtins. The restruant connected to the motel did not appear to be sanitary enough for food service and the so called social hour where we were supposed to get two free drinks was close to a fraud. The restruant was so unseemly I didnot dare take my wife or myself there for the "free" breakfast. 더 보기

- Happy Hour at 5:30p every evening (2 free drinks with room) Great courtyard atmosphere, felt like our own little oasis in the desert. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative was when we opened the mini fridge in our room. Apparently it was not working, and it smelled as if it had seen a few too many spring break debaucheries. […] But as long as you don't open the mini fridge the rest of our stay was fantastic. Had a to travel to Yuma, Az. for a family reunion. The location of the Hotel is great as it has everything (shopping, restaurants) near by. The check-in was easy. The room was comfortable and the only thing that I thought could have been a bit better was the bathroom tub (a little rust by the spout area). Overall we had a comfortable stay, the pool […] was nice, the hot tub jets were not working at full power, but not bad. The breakfast was fine for the days we stood there, but we are not picky people. The staff at breakfast were not friendly at all when getting something from the buffet, the staff would come and straighten everything without saying excuse me or saying good morning or even a smile would have been nice and not see the straight faces they had. I think this was the only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable. I would probably stay here again for the reasonable price. 더 보기

Stayed for 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Both had some form of electrical problem (defectives switches). Neither room had shampoo or conditioner. Morning breakfast was good. Hotel staff was courteous and professional.

We enjoyed our stay. We've been in quite a few hotels and this one was among the best. would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There is a lot of remodeling going on at the hotel. The room that we stayed in appeared to be the next area they were going to remodel. When we walked over to the Cafe in the hotel, the rooms and area looked nicer like it had just been remodeled. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

The hotel is tired, very tired. There are numerous hotels in the area which looked more updated and modern. Particularly since this was no great savings. The rooms were well-used. No elevators to the 3rd floor.

Great stay & very close to everything we needed.

A great place to be in lock down, if your wanting to finish projects or a job, this is the place to be. Able to take a break in the afternoon with the hotels happy hour and good food at your finger tips at PJ's Pub. Would stay again.

Nicely situated near food, shopping and highway access. Room was clean and comfortable and complimentary breakfast very satisfying.

they are currently remodeling the whole place so some of the room are odf the older type with the smoke smell but the new one ones or fantasric

Clean , courteous, breakfast & pm happy hour included. Toilet needs upgrade, AC filters needed cleaning, beds were super comfortable.Close to nice shopping & movie theaters. Overall a good value.

This hotel was good enough for a one night stay. The complimentary breakfast was also OK. Beds were comfortable. There was construction going on near the hotel but was easy to manage the barriers.

Nice rooms although the bathroom door was somewhat damaged other than that enjoyed the free internet service, flatscreen TV and comfortable bed. Had a good nights rest.

My first room the a/c did not work and it was over 100 degrees out. The place is old and in need of a complete renovation.

Nice staff, good location, easy commute to the border crossing when I went to Mexico for medical care.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We made last minute reservations and got a beautiful, clean room. The front desk personnel were friendly and offered suggestions for local hangouts to eat at when we said how late it was and we still had not eaten. The restaurant was everything they promised. Our room was spacious, which was a plus with two teenage […] girls. The HOT FREE continental breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations of the usual hotel free fare. An updated pebbletec pool and spa was also a huge plus. The only complaint was one of our queen beds was a little dipped on one side, but we told the front desk and they told us it would get taken care of...and I believed them. Great hotel. I stayed there for a week and my room was always clean and the beds was extremely comfortable. The front desk manager exceeded my expectations when it came to check out. The room was a nice size but the walls and doors had holes in them and the couch was very dirty. The carpets probably have not been cleaned in years (my kids feet turned black after getting out of the shower). The blow dryer fell off the wall and the shower knob fell off as I was getting in so I couldn't shower the first day (I went to my meeting smelly […] and not happy).
