베스트 웨스턴 더 메인스테이 인 (Best Western The Mainstay Inn) - 뉴포트

조금 위치가 외지기는 하나 객실이 깨끗하고 인터넷 잘되고 침구가 깨끗하다. 카운터의 서비스도 만족스러운데 단 객실손님의 수준이 높지 않은 분위기로 긴 복도끝 방에 가는길이 길게 느껴다. 아침이 포함되어있지는 않지만 차로 5분거리에 덩킨등 식사할 곳을 찾는것은 쉬웠다.

The motel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The amenities were basic and the room was clean althought it could use a dusting on the lamps shades and fixtures. The location was good and Newport was quick and easy to get to.

The hotel was in a great location. Everything was just a two minutw drive or within walking distance. I thought that the hotel was clean , the staff friendly and helpful. The morning of checkout the hotel had boiler issues and there was no hot water. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. It was not too busy so we were upgraded to a better room at no charge.

Friendly, clean rooms, the price was right.

First thing when we went to check in at 2pm we were told , quite rudely, that the room would not be ready until AT LEAST 3. I said I usally check in at this time when traveling because I get an early start and have already been on the road for 7 hours. She said you WON"T get a room " IN THIS TOWN " before 3, OK. Room was just ok , no indoor pool or […] tub. for this money I would have expected more, maybe in Newport I shouldn't. Oh !! Yes and then there was the false fire alarm at 3 am where they asked us all to leave the room and go out into the parking lot. PERFECT, and I have to drive 7 more hours in the morning. The hotel staff was welcoming and the room was very clean. The hotel is minutes from downtown Newort and fairly priced.

We loved the room! But we booked a balcony and didn't get one! They gave us a suite so we still paid more but over all good hotel! Shuttle is expensive better of calling a taxi to go to downtown Newport!

I found the hotel very clean and the staff cheerful and helpful. I got an upgrade to my room to a mini suite that was delightful. Nice king size bed, wonderful bedding, two flat screen TVs a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was large and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was very nice, the front desk services very good. Cleanliness and maintenance of room should be inproved. Restaurant staff was exceptional and food very good

I stayed at this hotel in March 2012 for a weekend since I have stayed at Best Westerns several times before. The price and location is excellent but since there is a casino called SLOTS located across the street, it becomes very noisy on Friday & Saturday nights due to the drunken crowd. Plus the creaking noise from the room above us, made us feel […] like we were sleeping in someones basment as we heard every single step from above. If you are simply looking for value and location close to the highway, this is excellent but if with a family, not really recommended unless your family is deep sleepers. 더 보기

The desk staff were among the friendliest I've ever encountered. The food was good; the apple pie so good I had it three times. I slept well; the bed and duvet were so comfortable. I wish there were towel racks, however --- those clever round rings filled with wash- cloths and face towels offer no place to hang a wet washcloth or towel for tomorrow. […] It is not eco-friendly to drop them on the floor for the laundry each time you use one. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food and drinks in the hotel restaurant, close to down town Newport...I literally cannot say ONE bad thing about this hotel. I recommend this Best Western for anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay while visiting Newport or Jamestown.

My husband and I just needed a place for night before we checked into our other hotel in downtown Newport. Turned out to be a great bargain for the price. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a decent size! The staff was nice and friendly. We did not try the restaurant but the place seemed nice! I needed the hotel for about 8 hours of sleep and it was more than enough! The only issue I had was that the layout of the hotel was very maze-like. While intoxicated, it was slightly difficult to get through, but that's really my own fault for drinking too much! Otherwise, perfect :)

This was my third time there I just love the location even though we have not gone over to the casino across the street but for the gamblers out there it would be perfect. the second time we stayed there the heat wasn"t working and they up-graded us to a beautiful suite this made us go back the last time very clean and very nice employees..

We recently visisted Newport and stayed at the bestwestern mainstay. We were very happy with our room. It was very clean and quiet. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We had brunch there and a very nice dinner. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I would definetely stay there again and recommend it to travelers to Newport.

Room was fine. Good for the price. Although I felt like we had to walk a mile to get there. Hotel is right across from the Newport Slots Casino

We stayed 5 nights here and all in all it was a positive experience. My main complaints is that it is kind of noisy at times and not every room has a microwave/fridge, and the electrics (plugs) seemed a little off... Overall though comfy bed, clean room, good service, not bad for the price.

We had a nice stay, the room was cozy and very clean. The surrounding location is it's only downfall.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Pell Bridge. The room was of reasonable size for the cost. The HVAC unit in the room assigned to us didn't work. The hotel moved us quickly to another room. The unit is the other room worked but the temperature extremes varied greatly throughout the night.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was a great value for a very low price. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was nice but no wireless the hit on my room didn't work at all! I was freazzing all night! Very dissatisfied !

Place is clean, convenient, comfortable- great for the price. They should have put the heat on in the room- it was freezing the first few hours we were there but otherwise it was great.

The only complaint that we had about this hotel is that the walls are paper thin and when the folks in the room next to ours started chatting very late into the night, we were unable to sleep. We ended up putting the room fan on in order to block out the noise. Other than that, the hotel was acceptable.
