The hotel was nice, clean and quite, I would stay there again if ever in the area.

If you have no choice but to stay here, then it will work. But there are so many better choices available. This place is located right next to the freeway. If you do not mind waking up to an 18 wheeler roaring down the freeway at 5am waking you up when you just got to sleep due to jet-lag, then this is the place for you! No elevator! Although it only […] has two floors, tired travelers will not want to walk up the last few steps to get to the room. Overall condition is just average, it could use a refresh. Walls are thin. I really enjoyed staying here, and would do so again if I was in the area. Very centrally located to many great attractions, very comfy bed and fluffy towels, great water pressure. Yummy breakfast in the am too. Easy check in and check out, appreciated the complementary bottles of water upon check in.

Slightly worn out Outside rooms right Next to busy route 83 Breakfast all tasteless carbohydrate no protein

The hotel was comfortable, clean and accessible. The breakfast was outstanding and my daughter loved the variety of foods provided, from hot to cold. The rooms were clean and the beds and lines were so comfortable, I did not want to get out of them. The amenities in the room were above and beyond the standard; TV, DVD player, a mini fridge, a microwave […] and a coffee maker. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, halls, lobby and dining room, tasty complimentary breakfast, and the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, I think! Older building, but well-maintained and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and I slept better than usual in that comfy bed and cozy bedding! We'll definitely be back!

I had an overnight stay at this hotel for a business seminar the next day. I was welcomed with a warm greeting, and cookies and milk were available in the lounge off the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well and so probably got more out of the seminar for having been well-rested. this is a very well maintained hotel. my room was nice and clean. I think the telivision could be upgraded but other than that I would absolutely stay there again.

In town for Thanksgiving and a family party, not enough room at my sisters, so we stayed at the Best Western. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly,nice continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

I was very satisfied with the experience but was not satisfied with the hotels.com description. I guess somebody got a little over-optimistic about future improvements to the hotel. For one thing, there are no Select Comfort mattresses there. The TV in the rooms is not HD (there is an HD TV in the breakfast room). On the other hand, the bathrooms were […] spotless with beautiful new black quartz tile, really among the freshest, shiniest bathrooms I have seen for a while in a hotel. Just remember if you can't carry stuff up and down stairs, this isn't the hotel for you. No elevator. The desk staff doesn't offer to help or get you help either so if need be, get a ground floor. The breakfast area is nice enough, but no care was really taken to keep some of the foods cold enough to suit me like the hard boiled eggs. Have stayed here before and we find facilities great for our needs of convenience, comfort, and good place to sleep. Checking in the desk man was very courteous and helpful. Will return.
