Stayed for 4 nights and overall a good experience and value for money. Our room was a decent size, kept very clean and had everything we needed (if you want tea/coffee making facilities, you have to ask at Reception before 10pm and these will be delivered to you). Breakfast is plentiful and fair quality but not very varied (if you drink tea, the water […] used to make it is only lukewarm so top up with the hot milk provided). Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a couple of drawbacks to this hotel but if you know about these in advance you can be prepared - firstly, there is a lot of traffic noise in street-facing rooms so take earplugs; secondly, the lift only holds 3 people so you could be unlucky at peak breakfast times. If you need to be somewhere at a specific time or have a checkout during breakfast service, factor in an additional 5 - 10 minutes. Neither of these issues would prevent me staying here again as it's very handy for the metro, a pleasant 30 minute walk to the Colosseum (go to the Palatine Hill entrance to avoid very long queues at main Colosseum entrance) and close to a stop for one of the HoHo buses (Roma Cristiana, at the top left corner of San Giovanni in Laterano square as you enter it from the hotel). 더 보기

We stayed on the 7th floor of this hotel out of 8th floor. Hot water is sometimes lacking in the bathroom and one night, the water supply was completely out in the middle of showering thus we had to call the front desk to fix it. Our room was also very noisy and drafty since the window could not shut properly. Location of the hotel is relatively close […] to the train station thus it is convenient to visit all the key attractions in Rome. We just came from Venice (beautiful) so we were a little wary after getting on/off the subway and walked to the hotel, about 10 min. Call us fresh, but the idea of anybody holding our passports in the lobby area for the duration of the stay make us leery. The only English speaking concierge in turn gave us condescending attitude. After getting over […] initial reception and some rest, the hotel is actually located in a decent neighborhood. There are lots of shopping within walking distance, a produce store, church, and affordable restaurants (by Italy standard). Free breakfast is from 7-10am (way too early), but it's FREE. Rooms facing the street are very noisy! You can hear every ambulance or trash truck going around at night. Unfortunately we get the room with no showerhead, bathroom curtains that don't cover all the way, and is not remodeled like the picture. Per other reviews, not all hotel rooms in Europe get the same upgrades. Ask for a room with showerhead/shower stall if that is your thing because it is our biggest complaint. Max., our main source of information for the entire stay was very helpful with recommendation for public transportation routes, places to see and eat. Thank you! FYI: If you take public transportation (and you should since taxis are rip off), take the bus. Ask the concierge what bus number goes where, then explore. 더 보기

The staff at this hotel are very helpful specially: Monica at the front desk. Gianfranco and Johnny at the breakfast service. These staff members will go out of their way to please the people staying at this hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Piccadilly(downtown area ,rome) The room was extreamely tiny,we did get two separate beds like we asked for,but they were twin beds & very hard with hard pillows,i had trouble sleeping every night.The location was excellent,a grocery store less than a block away & bus # 87 few steps away from hotel door,the tramini subway […] was 2 blks away.Cafe's everywhere by the hotel & shopping.The convience of location made up for the lack of space in the room & we were two small size people, but if we were larger people this room would never worked for us,the bathroom was also extreamely tiny,i had trouble moving around in there. 더 보기

Nice friendly hotel. We ere made very welcome. the main problem was that it was on 8 floors with one small lift with a capacity of three people. The stairs was only available as a fire escape. This meant having to wait and see a full lift go past up to 8 times on the way to breakfast!

Rent och fräscht hotel. Väl värt sina tre stjärnor. Frukosten var helt ok, även om de var aningen dåliga på att fylla på när det tog slut. Vi hade ett rum på åttonde våningen som vette ut mot en stor gatan och ljudnivån från trafiken var väldigt hög. En-glasfönstrena dämpande inte mycket, men med öronproppar så gick det fint att sova trots de aningen […] hårda sängarna. 5 minuters gångväg till närmaste metro-stopp. 40 minuters promenad till Colossuem. Inte mycket restauranger i området. Kyl och tv fanns på rummet samt safety-box. Halvtrevlig peronal. När vi skulle checka in så sa jag "I've made a reservation" och fick "I'm sure you have" till svar, utan ett leende ska dock tilläggas. På det stora hela så är vi dock nöjda med hotellet. 더 보기

Die Rezeption ist im 2. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Gepäck usw. muss alles in den 2.Stock getragen werden. Für Gehbehinderte eine unmögliche Zumutung

Dados los precios de Roma y el coste de este hotel no esta mal. De todas formas hay mucha diferencia entre este hotel de 3 estrellas y uno de 4.

Sehr nettes Personal. Freundlich und Hilfsbereit macht einen Auenthalt gleich um einiges angenehmer. Zimmer sauber, neue sanitäre Einrichtungen. Eine super Regendusche! Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel ist ok für einen Kurztrip Rom. Leider ist der Aufzug zu den Zimmern nur für 3 Personen zugelassen, d. h. , wenn man zu 4. ist muß einer immer warten um zu den Zimmern zu gelangen, gleiches gilt für die Fahrt zum Frühstücksraum. Dafür entschädigt aber der Panoramablick des Frühstück-raums über die Dächer von Rom.

Vi ankom til hotellet fik en fin velkomst og høflig og venlig betjening. Ikke noget at klage over. Yderst behjælpelige med oplysninger m.m. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig. Ellers generelt godt tilfreds.

Grazie alle precedenti recensioni, non ci siamo stupiti dei piccolissimi difetti (ascensore piccolo per salire a colazione, un po' di traffico nella via) ed abbiamo molto apprezzato la grandissima cortesia e disponibilità del personale, la perfetta pulizia (ambienti ed arredi nuovi) la comodità al centro (metro a 8 minuti) e l'ambiente assolutamente […] confortevole. 더 보기

Definitely recommendable for the value. Staff was ranging from indifferent to helpful. Rooms were very good but also very varied (as in most European city hotels). Bathrooms are very nice! De ansatte var alle veldig behjelpsome og flinke. Vi følte oss godt tatt vare på! Hotellet ligger nær T-bane A og man kan enkelt ta enten bussen (rett uten for hotellet) eller T-banen (ca 3-4 min å gå) til de viktigste serverdighetene i Roma! God frokost. Rommene er rene og greie, men noe utdatert (Men stort sett godt tatt vare på!) Fasaden på hotellet […] kan skremme litt, butikken under hotellet var nedlagt og det så ikke koselig ut fra gateplan. 더 보기
