The lady who checked me in at 8am when I was supposed to check in at 12:00pm gave me a room while she had one available. I did not have to wait 4 hours after a 29 hours travel day. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Best Western Hotel Scala is located adjacent to a large pedestrain-friendly shopping/dining area, and just a couple blocks from a subway station. It was an easy trip to/from the Frankfurt airport via train. The room itself was very comfortable, with a small table and desk in addition to the bed. Just 2 blocks from the train station and the ZEIL the Scala is an ideal spot to enjoy FRA. There are many nice restaurants with in a 15 min walk, shopping is all along the Zeil and a new grocery store had just opened between the hotel and the train station. On Saturday mornings there is a Farmers Market on the ZEIL which is ideal for browsing and snacking. […] The front desk staff are very accommodating in pointing out things of interest. Great location, walking distance from the old town and the shopping areas. The room is small, but very clean, modern and comfortable. Great service too.

Goodlocation, clean and comfortable, quiet, frew wifi

The hotel is newly renovated, located one block from the main shopping street of frankfurt(zeil). The staff are friendly and happy to help you in any way. The room is clean with a nice comfy bed, You will love it there.

This hotel is in a very convenient location just off the Zeil shopping street in Frankfurt. It is small, clean and has a breakfast room. great for a 1-2 day stay for business or weekend away.

Only had one night in Frankfurt, between flights. La Scala was a great place to stay and the breakfast was awsome. Booked online, really easy. Friendly staff and comfy beds. Would recommend. Bar crowd next door a bit noisy, but we were in downtown Franfurt!

This hotel is about Location! Ideally situated in relation to downtown Frankfurt - shopping, restaurants, underground, cathedral and easy walking distance to the Museum area and river. The rooms are compact and the hotel is fairly basic but clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. Free internet is a plus.

My room was very small, but it was well organized and nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely small, but it was also very clean. The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is literally one block from Frankfurt’s main shopping district Ziel and only a couple of blocks from Hauptwache. There are several restaurants […] and coffee shops within walking distance (some directly across the street). The staff was also very nice and helpful, and they all spoke English well. The free internet access also worked very well, and it was very convenient. Overall, it was a great value, and I would definitely stay there again. This hotel might not be ideal for long stays or for people who need a little more room :-) 더 보기

The receptionists were uniformly friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the FREE access to a computer, which is not the norm in Europe. Very central location and the nearby S-Bahn takes you directly to the airport or main train station.

This hotel is perfectly located just a block from the main pedestrian/shopping area, but on a relatively quiet street. Room was more than satisfactory and fairly generous of size for Europe. The bed was confortable and everything was clean. There was a full closet, desk and chair. I did not try breakfast (I think the buffet was 13 euro p.p.) but there […] were bakeries and other places in the immediate area. There was a computer with free Internet in the lobby. The only negative to the room was a very small shower (no bathtub). I can see an elderly or obese person having a difficult time with it. I recommend this hotel and it often has very good weekend rates. 더 보기

The location of the hotel is amazing - just 200m from S/U Bahn station and the Zeil. Rooms for singles are very small but enough for a short stay...

great smaller hotel in good area close to all

Stayed two nights. This hotel was in a good central location, but the staff was indifferent and even uncaring about our requests for directions and recommendations to area attractions. The prior reviews of the night guy being non-helpful are still soooo true. I would only stay here again because of location to some attractions. I did not feel welcomed […] nor thanked for me stay! Only 1 block from the underground, main shopping street, 2 blocks from the tourist area. Great little coffee shop next door, international food vendors all around at great prices. Staff very friendly and all speak English. Overall very satisfied.

コンフォートシングルに6泊しました。いつもは4つ星以上に泊まるのですが、同行者の予算に合わせてここに。三つ星なんて安宿だから悲惨だろうと覚悟していたが、ベッドはシングルベッドが二つあって広々、バスタブもあり、特大スーツケースを開けるスペースも十分あった。部屋は小奇麗で清潔。この状況でこのお値段は、絶対にお得。いつも朝食は取らずコーヒーだけの私。ここはコーヒーだけならタダ！とってもゆったりとした朝の時間を持てました。1回だけ朝食を取りましたが、他のヨーロッパのホテルの朝食よりも、値段が安い割に内容が良かった気がします。でも、ホテルは大変便利な場所にあるので、周辺に早朝から開いているパン屋などたくさんあります。ホテル周辺にはドイツ料理をはじめ各国料理のお店が充実。 やや不満な点は、隣の部屋の音は […] 聞こえないのに、外の音は結構聞こえました。それから、バスタブが小さい。私は日本人女性としては小柄な方ですが、それでも小さいと感じたので、男性だと大変だと思います。でも、バスタブがないよりマシかな。 ホテルのレセプションは大変親切でした。とても分かりやすい英語で大変親切に対応してくれますよ。 더 보기

o Local do hotel é perfeito e os atendentes simpáticos e bem educados. O problema é que o banheiro é muito pequeno e está muito longe de ser um hotel 3 estrelas. A cama não é de casal e sim duas de solteiro juntas. Vale ressaltar que a localização é maravilhosa e perto de tudo.

Da wir uns auf der Durchreise befanden und daher das Hotel nur für eine Nacht buchten konnten wir das gesamte Stadtzentrum problemlos zu Fuß besichtigen (Fußgängerzone und S-Bahn erreicht man vom Hotel aus zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten).

格安で予約しました。 部屋が９階だったのですがエレベーターは８階まで…。戸惑いましたが８階まで行ってそこから階段、でした。 困ったのはシャワー。そんなに広くないし、何よりお湯がぬるい！そして水圧が弱い！３階に泊まった同行者の話ではそんなことなかったようなので、９階には泊らない方がよさそうです。 部屋は狭かったですがベッドはよく眠れました。 ただし、ドイツのホテルはエアコンがないところが多いようで、真夏は厳しいかも。と言っても、南ドイツは暑い！という時期は一週間程度、という話もあり、実際けっこう涼しかったです。 無線LANが無料なのはよかったです。 朝食は有料ですが、（予約内容によりますが）一日ごとに選択できるので（チェックアウト時にほぼ自己申告で清算）時間ないときは外で食べてもOKでし […] た。 立地は駅近くで繁華街なので困る事はありませんでした。遅くまでやってる店も多かったです。フロントに聞けばお見せの場所などども丁寧におしえてくれましｓた。 シャワーだけが難点・・・。 더 보기

Ei mikään maailmanluokan hotelli. Itse asiassa vanhasta asuintalosta tehty ja se myös näkyy sokkeloisuutena. Kuitenkin viihtyisä, siisti ja ystävällinen majapaikka. Parasta oli ehdottomasti sijainti, sijainti ja vielä kerran sijainti. Hintalaatusuhde erinomainen! Suositelemme!

Lastima que esta cadena le de su nombre a este hotel. En primer lugar no merece ni una estrella, Las habitaciones son minimas, las camas incomodas y lo poer es la atencion del personal: descortesia total y para finalizar, ofrecen servicios que no tienen. La estandia fue una verdadera pesadilla.

Atendimento impecável, localização excelente, quarto amplo, banheiro reformado, ambos limpos, confortáveis. Tudo ótimo! Recomendo.
