I really needed a relaxing weekend before the big Christmas rush began at work. My first sight of the beach melted away all of my stress and brought an instant smile to my face. The hotel is right on the beach and offers many beach activities to their guests. The sound of the waves rolling onto the shore is an experience just this side of heaven as […] you drink it in from your balcony. The service is 5 star. If you want to be treated like royalty at a top notch hotel this is the place for you. I have never stayed anywhere and had a staff so willing to be of service. Great memories. 더 보기

The wife and I spent 2 weeks at this Hotel and we were very please with Location, how clean the hotel was and the friendly staff. Would highly recommend the hotel to others !

We feally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was wonderful with a large veranda overlooking the pool and ocean. Very nicely furnished, very clean. Beautiful pool area with swim up pool bar. Hemingway's restaurant was way overpriced for mediocre food. I don't mind paying for top quality food, but the food there was not top quality. Front desk/concierge […] staff weren't particularly helpful. Just completed each transaction and didn't go the extra mile to talk help us with plans during our stay. But, I would definitely stay there again because of the great accomodations, great beach, wonderful view, and great location! 더 보기

Also furniture needs updating considering the money you pay for a room and its competitors. Otherwise, location is great and rooms are oversized.

The Grand Cayman Beach Suites is actually just what's left of what used to be the much larger Grand Hyatt complex before it was battered to oblivion by Hurricane Ivan years ago. Fortunately, it happens to be ritzier ocean-front portion of that sprawling complex and the new owners have done a really excellent job refurbishing it and transforming it into […] a beautiful independent hotel that now feels more like a boutique property than the huge mega-resort it once was. Because it is an all-suite hotel the rooms are extremely large and well very appointed with seperate bedrooms and small galley kitchenettes. The pool area is very pretty and the beachfront, while a bit cramped with all the loungers, is very well maintained. Overall, I thought the service during our stay was very good. People were polite and extremely attentive. One downside: the evening concierge was pretty useless. Grand Cayman tends to be rather expensive, especially when it comes to dining out. The food is usually very good, but after awhile one does yearn for a simple sandwich rather than a four course meal at $50 a head. We asked the concierge one evening if there was someplace within walking distance were could get something simple and relatively inexpensive, like a burger. As it turns out, there are a number of places within a block or two of the hotel, but the concierge mentioned none of these. Instead she kept recommending precisely the same finer dining establishments that appear in all of the tourist magazines--many of which don't even serve burgers at dinner. I'm honestly not sure what was going on but it definitely felt like we were upsold, to what end I'm not entirely sure. In any case, she clearly wasn't listening to what we were asking AT ALL. I'm not sure if the hotel has some of arrangement with these more expensive places, or perhaps she had been told not to send guests at the Beach Suites (which clearly making a bid to be seen as quasi-luxe) to lower end places. I had read that this hotel lacked in good service, we did not experience this at all. Upon arrival, someone arrived and took our luggage. We had recieved a room upgrade and our room was not available, since we were early this was not a big deal, we had lunch at the Beach bar and then went swimming at the beach. A hotel employee actually came out to […] the beach to tell us our room was ready. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and tried to help us. The rooms !!! Wonderful, huge apartment sized rooms, nice bedrooms, large bathroom with a very large tub, double sinks, large hallway closet, refrigerator, microwave, sink, cabinets, granite countertop, Dining room table, sofa, two chairs and desk. The balcony was huge and directly overlooked the pool. The pool and beach area were lovely, the hotel has a nice intimate feel that you don't get with the Mega resorts. The resturants were good and the prices were much more resonable than the restaurants in town. Hemingways had a ridiculously good, Sticky bun French Toast. I also saw tons of dogs, not sure if this hotel allowed them, but I saw them all over the beach. NOTE : Everything is shut down all day on Sundays and after 5 on Saturdays. 더 보기

Posizionato sulla più bella spiaggia dell'isola, l'hotel dà un ottimo servizio a tutti i livelli. Spiaggia bellissima, mare stupendo. Piscina un po' piccola, ma adatta ai bambini. Poca disponibilità alla reception nel dare informazioni sui servizi turistici disponibili sull'isola. Nell'insieme lo consiglierei.
