BEST WESTERN HANFORD INN - 핸포드

The stay was fine, the room was nice. The customer service was average...not entirely pleased. So it really depends on what your looking for. If you don't really care about the customer service then its a good place.

If you must spend a night in the Inland empire with its poor air quality etc. Then this is a clean, friendly, minimalist motel.

instead of Best Western I would recommend Comfort Inn. I haven't stayed at Comfort Inn myself but at least it's in a relatively safe location right in the heart of quaint Downtown Hanford. My boyfriend and I stayed at Best Western Hanford for one night for my job interview. I got a really good deal through Hotels.com and the room itself was decent. […] The service could've been a little better. I wasn't expecting a butler or room service but the girl at the front desk could've been a little less rude. The continental breakfast was pretty good. My only big problems with my stay were (1) the bed was so uncomfortable and (2) it was in a pretty shady neighborhood. The bed was so hard that I couldn't stay asleep for more than a couple of hours at a time. As for the neighborhood, it smelled like it was near a sewage plant and there were firetrucks and ambulances for two different instances on the same block. I didn't feel safe at all. I later found out that there's Comfort Inn at a safer area of Hanford, the Downtown area. Had I known about it beforehand I would've booked a room there. 더 보기

We have stayed at the Best Western in Hanford before. We are very satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay again when we return to Hanford.

Terrible "hospitality"! This hotel cared about nothing about serving their customers!

Our room was large and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and service oriented. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaint is that the toliet is very outdated and could use replacing.

The breakfast is suck. Neiborhood is suck. other than these, it's great

met all my expectations, and friendly staff. Would be nice to have a little better continental breakfast but otherwise great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. One member took my bag down the stairs for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was moderate. Only drawback was the tight parking area with one entry and exit.
