Beds are hard as rocks

The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The complimentary breakfast was ok except for the boiled eggs. The eggs were old and spoiled. The bread products were fine. The orange juice was outstanding.

Large rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk person was very pleasant....

Would recommend this hotel... however, the front desk person was extremely unfriendly, not helpful and just down right rude. Thank goodness the rest of the staff was there to make up for her attitude. Hopefully one bad apple does not spoil the barrel. When booking room, the lowest rate rquires an AARP card....be aware of that. wyoming

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We heard the ice machine from the hall all night long. The TV was very old and you could barely hear the voices over the background noise in the TV. We will never stay at a Kelly Inn again if we can help it. The air conditioner was very loud and started vibrating we had to shut it off.

I stayed at this hotel (do not confuse with the Best Western Kelly Inn) twice in 2 weeks. After researching and looking for the best pet-friendly hotel, I trusted the great reviews and booked 1 night here. I found it to be very clean, quiet, and cozy, and the neighborhood is safe for a single girl with her little dog walking at night. There is a lot […] of grass and trees around, but strangely, there are "no dogs" signs everywhere. Some rooms do not have microwave/fridge, be sure to request them if you want them. The first room I stayed in had 2 queens and a shower with curtain which smelled moldy, but I could see that it was clean. The beds are VERY comfortable. The pillows are plush and fluffy. The next week when I was passing through again, I accidentally booked a room at the sister-hotel with the same name. Luckily, when I showed up here, I was able to transfer the reservation to this Kelly Inn with no fee. The only room they had left on the 1st floor with a microwave/fridge was an "upgrade", which cost me $10 less than the previous room (where you book matters) and it was the jacuzzi suite. It had 1 king bed, super comfy with great pillows again, and the jacuzzi tub/shower combo was very very nice. It had shower doors instead of a curtain and everything was very clean. This could be a very romantic suite if you brought candles and such. Oh, and there is no CD player in the rooms. When I checked in with my pup, they made me sign an agreement that I would never leave my dog alone in the hotel room. I had brought our kennel which my dog sleeps in, got up early, ran down to get breakfast, and ran back to get him out. He's not a barker, so I didn't worry about leaving him for 10 minutes. The breakfast is worth it. You can make your own waffles and they are heavenly, or eat pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hard-boiled eggs or toast. I would recommend changing the night lady no woman on the night desk.

I frequent hotels on a regular basis for business and leisure. This is one of the best I have stayed at in several years.

Quiet, clean and comfortable! The hotel staff made us feel welcome and it's located close to many restaurants and stores. Overall, a very positive experience! Just be aware that the entrance to the hotel is in an awkward position so be sure to watch the signs (and don't continue down the road, as suggested by our navigation system, in order to do a […] U turn. Very nice hotel. Accomodations were great. Location is accessible to all major shopping locations. Wonderful staff working at evening check in. Room as very comfortable

I requested a smoking room , No smoking rooms were available at this motel ever. I canceled the reservation

Best sleep we've had in a hotel bed! Very comfortable. Could use a sauna though. Would stay here again. Staff very accomodatimg. Dogs enjoyed there stay too!

this hotel was 9 out of 10. very good except the second day they ran out of most breakfast items.

The electronics in the door lock failed so the hotel staff had to break the door down to get use out! I had no idea that could happen, I figured if there was an issue that it would stay unlocked. It's a 2nd floor room and that would be bad if there were a fire! The pool was "closed due to and insodent" when we checked in and when it opened at 9:30pm […] it was still quite merky and green. The Hot Tub was full of childred way too young to be in a hot tub, do parents not know it can harm their tiny bodies and staff didn't say a word to them. All of that aside the rooms were clean and comfy, the view was wonderful and the breakfast was fresh food and good choices. 더 보기

Spent just an over night stay flying in and out of Billings. Great Shuttle service. Very nice place to stay. Clean and newer looking than some of Billings 3 star hotels. I would recommend this as a clean, safe, affordable place to stay. I'm pretty picky on what I stay in, and I was pleased with this hotel. I spent one night at this hotel on a bussiness trip. I liked the location because it had a couple of resturants with in walking distance and was only about 4 miles from the airport. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

nice pool and great hot breakfast. you get lots for the price at this place. rooms are large and beds are comfy. breakfast area is a bit small for all the hotel guest.

Older building that is updated and well maintained. Clean room, sheets and towels. Enjoyed the included continental breakfast with waffles, etc. but located next to restaurants if that is desired. Easy in and easy out from interstate 90. Good value for the price.

Nice clean room. Nice motel to stay in.

I had a very pleasant stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent--close to the interstate, but not so close that it was noisy. I would stay here again.

We've stayed here several times and have not had a bad experience yet. Good value and very pet friendly.

We had booked two rooms online for us and our parents under our credit card with full intentions of paying for both rooms. When our parents arrived before us they were obligated to pay for their room before they could even check in. We were not told about this until later. Ridiculous to book two rooms with our credit card only to have OUR guests be […] forced to pay for their own room!!!!!! I also thought the breakfast was terrible for a DELUXE breakfast. The food tasted as if it had been sitting for days and the waffle makers were old and didnt work very well. The rooms were confortable though and it was quiet and my kids enjoyed the pool. 더 보기
