Service was great. Hotel was dated, but kept up. Breakfast served was cold and greasey. Good places to eat near by. No elevator.

The Hotel Stunk of smoke, the drains were slow, the TV was poor,one pool was under construction and the fitness center close 5 mins after we checked in, the vending machines on one side didn't work, even for the price it wasn't worth it I have stayed in Best Westerns for years thru work and it's the worst one ever.

It was great for my needs that weekend. In good area for exploring and easy access to highways.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Motel.

My wife and I stayed here the night before her surgery at OSU and I stayed an additional night while she recovered. We were very happy with the comfort of the beds. Firm with a little give to cradle you while you sleep. This was greatly appreciated because it's been difficult for the Mrs. to sleep lately. The pool was an added plus but I will say it […] could use some updating. I'm pretty sure it's due for a sandblast and repainting. Otherwise, due to the proximity to OSU's campus I would recommend this to anyone needing a reasonably priced room. The staff was friendly, the area was okay and there was easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. My only warning is if you are heading to OSU for an event, do a dry run before hand. The exits can be a bit tricky and their different from each side of the freeway. 더 보기

Won't make this mistake again. Limited pool usage do to shared health club members. Purchased breakfast buffet, it was a complete waste of money should have gone fast food. This area of Worthington has really gone down hill over the last 20 years.

The room was clean the beds were actually nice to sleep on.we wil stay at best western the next time we are in the area.

I was disappointed with my stay. The pool was the nicest aspect of the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, and the hallway stunk of cigarettes and cigars (I ordered a non-smoking room). The smell was quite overwhelming. I received a room with a handicapped bathroom which was not exactly what I wanted. the first night i got there i took a shower and the tub woul not drain until the next morning,my freind had to use another room to take a shower.the next morning maintenance still had not showed up to fix the tub,so they moved us to another room where the tv was very outdated.poor quality picture snd it was to dsrk.

The pool look as it didnt belong with the hotel very nice pool. Hotel was a mess. Breakfast buffet was awful and cost 4.99 a person. A very rough crowd of people were hanging around the Hotel made my Grandchildren very scared they couldnt sleep.

The service was amazing and location is perfect! Very impressed for the price! There was some construction on the hotel but the friendliness of the staff made up for it! I was very impressed! Very easy travel to COSI or Columbus zoo! Would highly recommend!

as many reviews say breakfast was not worth it food was fair at best.room was nice for the price bed was a bit stiffer than i am use to . close to interstates 270 & 71 kids really enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub staff was polite and helpful we are considering staying there again in a few months when we have to travel that way again

Had a great stay. Pool was nice, a little cool but refreshing. Only complaint was no elevator that we could find to the second floor.

the room was unclean and even though we had ordered a no smoking room it reaked of cigarettes. Everything I brought into the room had to be washed to get the smell out, There were children running up and down the hall all night and people stomping around upstairs all night as well. My husband is a horror movie fan, so we decided to attend the Horror Hound Weekend at the Crowne Plaza. This hotel had no rooms left, so we decided to stay at the Best Western Plus because it was close and there was an indoor pool for my son to enjoy. The pool does not belong to the hotel and is part of a sports club, so it is divided into lanes and […] shared with the community. There was an arcade that was not up and running made up of 3 arcade games and a crane with stuffed animals (not that my 3 year old would have been interested). The "continental breakfast" was buffet style and cost us $ and was alright. The rooms were clean and they accommodated us by giving us side-by-side rooms; however, they had no adjoining rooms which we had requested. The beds are only doubles and not overly comfortable. The location is fantastic as it is right off of 71 and is about a 10 minute or less drive to the Polaris Mall or to German Village and downtown in the other direction. Overall not a bad place to stay, good location just off interstate, a few places to eat close (within walking distance). I wasnt impressed by the breakfast offered in the morning it is buffet and for the price I would have rather went to Bob Evens and paid a little bit more for better food. The restaurant in the hotel looks nice, however I didnt eat […] there. My kids loved the indoor pool, if it wasnt for it closing at 10pm, i fear they would probably still be in it. The front desk was always friendly, and helpful, but the cleaning staff didnt speak english, but they were polite and tried to help. 더 보기

The Best Western Plus in Dublin is a great value, you could spend a lot more on some of the other more expensive hotels, but why? If you're looking for a clean, friendly, comfordable hotel I highly recommend this one.

We booked a non-smoking room with a kingsize bed. Despite the slightly smoky smell near the door area, we were OK with our room. It had a microwave and refrigerator, nice TV with 20 or so channels (no HBO), WiFi, hot water in the bathroom, and ample space to get around the room. The area near the hotel had a good number of food places to eat, and it […] wasn't too far from the interstate. We were satisfied with this hotel although we wondered why the Fox News Channel was scrambled so that we could not watch it?

I had room1545, for 3 nights the shower in the room above leaks into my bathroom over the sink. I had a bunch of young people making noise Friday and Saturday night. I was there on business I needed sleep.bed was hard as a rock with a plastic covering. I had to pay for a breakfast that was worse than the free breakfast I received the last time I stayed […] there. It appears the hotel is undergoing renovations. Had I not already paid for the room, I would not have stopped. The front desk personnel were very nice and once we were in our room, it was very nice. The halls and stairwells had a bad musty smell.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Hotel and rooms where clean and comfy. Staff was helpful. Very close to food and shopping. We had a great time, Will be staying here again.

Beautiful place, remodeling going on.The furniture was new but the mattress was to soft.Nice shower too!

We paid way too much for this place. I would rate this place a 2 star at best, maybe even 1.5 stars. We also made the mistake of having the brunch for $5 on Sunday morning. Very disappointing. How can you mess up scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, and hash browns. Well, they did. Add oil to the eggs and hash browns (more like hash whites) is a start.

Breakfast at attached restaurant for $4.95 was less than mediocre, and it cost $4.95 each.

My room was nice and clean, I enjoyed my stay.

The location was convenient since we were visiting the Ohio State Univ campus which was only 8 miles away. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the flat panel TV and free WiFi. However, that was probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The next door occupants were up before 7am and I could hear their TV, talking, kids screaming, […] running down the hall, etc. I guess the hotel can't prevent those things. However, they can do something about the room doors. I heard so many doors slamming all night (I assume from people walking in and out of their rooms) that I didn't get much sleep during the 2 nights we stayed there. 더 보기

It was a nice stay, I didn't like the weed smoke I smelled from one of the rooms, but the hotel was clean n smelled nice other than that. The restaurant breakfast down stairs needs to improve.

Very cozy and warm. Im always pleased to have mini fridge and micro in my room. This gives me peace of mind. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was an elevator that I didn't need.
