Never have I had such good client service. You will not do better than this hotel. I would happily stay again!

Only stayed 1 night before travelling on to meet friends in Royan. Room was excellent for the standard of hotel. Only spoke to the receptionists but they were extremely helpful - printed out train timetable for Royan, advised us where to eat (very good). Would certainly stay there again and we will defiantly go back to La Rachelle excellent long weekend […] destination. The airport is very small and could do with a few more chairs. 더 보기

My wife and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary and could not have been more pleased. At first glance we queried the position of the hotel as it seems to be in a built up area but need not have worried in the slightest. It is a 5 minute walk to the shopping streets and 10 minutes to the very harbour front for the restaurants. I have stayed in many […] hotels and this was very nice indeed with a modern and clean feel to the reception and bar area. The rooms were well equipped and spacious and the bathrooms beautiful and immaculate. The rooms were also quiet but there isn't much of a view but who cares with the town so close. The hotel staff helped recommend a lovely restaurant for the evening and we maybe should have stayed another night to make the most of it. Breakfast in the morning was superb also and very fresh with hot and cold choices but make sure you get there with at least half hour to go as they start to clear away. The hotel has underground parking but it is quite low (1.85m) but very secure. I guess the only downside was that the bar was slightly limited in it's drinks choices but with La Rochelle so close, just stay out! Direct access by elevator from secure car park was a pleasent surprise. Extreemely comfortable beds and free wifi in room. Short walk to the main restaurant district. We had a superb seafood experience at André close to the harbour.

Very attractive, bright and modern hotel with an enthusiastic and friendlly staff. Decor was bright and modern and art works interesting - a very individual hotel and different from the typical run of the mill. Within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) of the town centre in a quiet location. Food and ambience at breakfast was great.

Hotel suite was huge and well furnished. There was no mini bar so a small fridge would have been a bonus. Would recommend

Walking distance from railway station - makes it very convenient and no taxi fares required. Nice and quiet location-no noise. Staff are all English speaking and really helpful and friendly.Hotel is only a short walk from all the bars and restraunts and post office only a few yards away which is great if you want to send postcards back to blighty.Ultra […] modern theme hotel and enregy saving lights automatically go off in the corridors which can take a bit of getting used to. Drinks in hotel a little pricey but I suppose this is normal everywhere. I used the laundry service which worked well and the clothes were delivered to my room the folllowing day. The only negative thing I would say was that the dining room was a bit small for the number of rooms so some families ended up eating in the lounge. 더 보기

L'hotel est pratiquement tout neuf. La deco est design mais aussi fonctionnelle. LAaliterie de tres bonne qualité. La clim est un peu sonore. Il faut la mettre en petite ventilation. Le petit dejeuner est royal et les présentations sont tres design egalement. Tout est dans l'air du temps. Nous avons apprécié la situation un peu excentrée pour le calme […] mais aussi tres proche du centre ville. N'hesitez pas à aller louer des velos à l'office du tourisime, ca vaut la peine et c'est 1 € de l'heure. Ca peut vous eviter de rentrer completement fourbu à l'hotel. C'etait le WE du 1 avril et la Rochelle nous a emballé. Temps splendide. 더 보기

bien, il manque un petit espace forme ( 10m2) avec un vélo elliptique ( 400€) et un tapis de running ( même prix) pour défoulement après travail

excellent hotel confortable qui nous a permis de nous reposer après un voyage fatigant, tout y était , silence, trés bon accueil, excellent petit déjeuner vraiment très satisfait à refaire

Et helt greit hotell forholdsvis sentralt lokalisert i La Rochelle. Nytt og pent, men minimalistisk interiør. Frokostbuffet er billigere her enn på de fleste andre franske hoteller, uten at dette på noen måte går ut over kvalitet eller variasjon i utvalget på buffeten

Hotel propre, personnel acceuillant, chambre confortable mais pas tres spacieuse. Petit déjeuner un peu cher.

Hotellet ligger 10 min. gange fra den koselig gamle havnen og rett ved togstasjonen. Veldig bra service, store fine rom, det eneste vi savnet var en minibar. Parkering i kjelleren for 8€ pr. dag, bra frokost til Frankrike å være for 12€.

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé, à 5 min à pied du centre historique. Déco à la hauteur de nos attentes, sobre et design. Seul reproche, la salle de bains/wc manque d'intimité et d'insonorisation à cause de la porte qui est simplement brise vue. Plus de gel douche dans la salle de bains.La climatisation est trop bruyante même au niveau le plus bas. Globalement […] satisfait mais quelques détails facheux 더 보기

Aardige mensen, hele fijne kamer, ligging prima, net buiten centrum maar wel op loopafstand van alle belangrijke dingen.

Et rigtig godt hotel til pengene. Kun ca. 10 min. gang til den gamle bydel og til det charmerende havnemiljø. Kun 5 min. til bådsejlads til byen St.Denis på øen Oleron som var vores rejsemål. Hotellet kan anbefales.

kjempe fint hotell med hyggelig betjening.kunne gjerne vært kjøleskap på rommet

Hotellet så anonymt ut på utsiden - men vi ble beroliget med en gang vi kom inn. Det var åpent, moderne og med imøtekommende og hyggelig betjening. Rommet var enkelt og nytt. Det var ikke så stor plass, men fungerer bra for to. Pluss for vannflasken som ble byttet med ny neste dag, og vannkoker, te og kaffeposer. Nytt og pent bad, med dusj i badekaret. Hotellet […] lå utenfor sentrum, men det tok bare ti minutter på gater som føltes trygge å gå inn til havnen. Og togstasjonen var bare 200 m unna - praktisk for oss som tok tog videre til Paris. Frokosten var ikke inkludert i romprisen, men vi valgte å likevel spise på hotellet. Det angret vi ikke på, maten var god, og utvalget var bra. Maten virket fersk, og for dem som ville feire morgenen kunne man til og med ta seg et glass sprudlevann! 더 보기

We arrived about three hours before checkin time, and had no problem at all with checking in immidiatly after arriving. The location is good, just a short walk into town. Room is nice and clean, only drawback is the lack of a fridge and nowhere to store your clothes, that wasn´t really a problem, but that must be why the hotel only has three stars. […] The best staff service I´ve ever experienced, the receptionists was really helpfull and knew about everything worth knowing about the town and the surroundings, and their english skills was great. 더 보기

Meget fornøyd med oppholdet på hotellet. God standard, god service og god frokost. Nært til sentrum av La Rochelle og den gamle havnen. Anbefales.

Masqhotel är ett kanonhotell i La Rochelle, jag har bott där förut och kommer göra det igen. Trevlig personal som talar flytande engelska (mycket skönt i ett land som är emot alla andra språk än sitt eget..), fin lobby och trevliga ljusa rum. Såväl säng som badrum håller bra standard, man blir inte missnöjd! Hotellet ligger dessutom väldigt bra i stan, […] det tar 5 min att gå in till smeten med restauranger, creperier, barer och annat, och samtidigt är det superlugnt kring hotellet.. Så man slipper bli störd när man vill knoppa in. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell! 더 보기
