Very nice, clean and well staffed. A beautiful contemporary style. Only one computer with no time limit which made it very difficult for early ailine check in. Shuttle bus was very handy.

The staff here was great. The shuttle driver even jumped the battery of our rental car when the car wouldn't start! The breakfast was good, with fun little waffles and the usual breakfast offerings. They did offer bacon and scrambled egg rounds to make a breakfast sandwich. There's a Denny's in the parking lot if you want something else. The location […] was okay. Close to the airport, but that made it loud at night as the airplanes flew over. Also close to some great restaurants and shops. Not close enough to walk, but just a short drive. Room was clean. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Requested room not facing freeway and my request was handled promptly.

check in was a very inviting, beds were comfortable and a quiet room. convenient to freeway and eating places. it said POOL, but it is an excercise pool. long and narrow. they did have 4 hot tubs but not a great option for children. the breakfast area was well maintained and clean. there was coffee and tea all day in lobby. one must speak spanish to […] communite with the cleaners. front desk was very responsive to altercation next door. 더 보기

Clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. Right off the freeway (202). Fortunately we had a room on the back side, so no road noise. My only suggestion would be that the hotel upgrade the TV to a flat screen. Had an older CRT-type TV with not the best picutre clarity, but not a big issue for me. Overall, very satisfied,

We chose this hotel due to its ratings, location, and price. We stayed over Christmas. Our room was comfortable enough, except for the pillows and lumpy comforters could use some replacing - they were all very clean, though. Our sink leaked but was fixed immediately right after Christmas. The room we were in could use some painting and a little updating. The […] best part of the stay were the 4 (3?) separate hot tubs - one outside, three inside and a lap pool. My husband was in Heaven. The staff was very polite and pro-active. If you want a fabulous breakfast, this is not the place to stay. It was fine enough for us. It is located RIGHT next to the 202. We stayed on the quieter side and had no noise whatsoever. Good value for the price

Went for ASU graduation on 12/17- we were very happy with the staff, the location, the cleanliness of the Best Western. I was worried it would be loud a tthe hotel, and not once was I woken up for any reason...there was only famililies/businessmen staying there, no students. You get what you pay for and this hotel is no exception. The breakfast buffet is the worst I have ever seen. Cold cereal, no sausage or bacon, barely any bagels or english muffins, fresh waffles if there was a cup to pour the mix into the machine, cold hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The glasses for the juice were for about 3 oz. super small. I skipped […] it the 2nd day and went to Denny's next door to eat. Our AC in our room didn't work so I called maintenance and he came but we were getting ready so he was to come back later but never returned. Maid tried to come into our room at 7:45 am with a pass key even though we had locked it. You can't access the hotel heading west on Scottsdale Road so you have to turn around to get there which is a pain. We stayed for 2 nights & were given a room at the back of the hotel. The only noise we heard from outside was 3 times when planes flew over. IOther wise the hotel was pretty quiet. We have a small dog & they had no problem with him. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was okay. Muffins & danish were kind of dry. met all of my needs. Thought it might be loud when I saw the location near freeway, but not all. Didn't hear a thing. So convenient to everything. Easy to ASU and Scottsdale. I'll be back.

Especially if you are wanting to stay anywhere close to ASU. 5 minutes to Mill Ave. and Tempe Beach Park.

This hotel is a great location if you are in the Phx area for one night or several. Close to ASU campus, the Tempe Town Lake, restaurants, services. Ask for a room away from the traffic coming off the 202 and along the 202 (north side of building).

Very good hotel

I have to admit I was a little hesitant to book a room at this hotel because it was not rated all that well but I was pleasantly surprised. It's not a 5 star hotel but the rooms were clean,quiet, and the location was ideal for us. What really made our stay great was the staff. I've never stayed somewhere where the staff was more helpful and pleasant […] than here. I would absolutely stay here again just for the great customer service. 더 보기

I found two cockroaches in my room; they did switch me to another room, which was nice, however, the fact that I found two in my first room really upsets me.

The lobby smells like chlorine. The b/fast was average, the a/c was noisy, the towels were very old,establishment needs an overhaul. The staff however were very friendly and location was perfect!

The hotel is located off the freeway exit. It's convenient other than when you are heading to it from the ASU Campus, you have to drive by it, make a U-turn and come back. No big deal though. Could use a good cleaning. There was hair all over our floors. The breakfast was great and the coffee was outstanding.

This inn was very nice, along with all the employees; however, regardless of what they claim, they DO NOT have a lap pool. It's more like a 12ft walking lane with 3.5 ft of water. Other than that misconception, it was awesome. Right off the freeway :)

i had an awesome stay! from the time i was picked up from the airport to the time i was dropped back off at the airport, i enjoyed myself very much! when i checked in at night, the front desk dude was really nice and outgoing, and very informative :] the both drivers i was able to catch were also very informative of things and places to go and see. i […] loved that the concert venue was just practically around the corner!! room was very clean and comfortable, although when i took the elavator i noticed some cobwebs along the ceil in the spa area, but that really didn't bother my stay :] oh and the breakfast offered was fullfilling, and free!!! 더 보기

3+ star hotel at 2 star price. We were pleased with the comfort of this Best Western for the price. I will definitely stay here when in Tempe again.

I have no complaints at all. The location is close to everything and there are lots of great restaurants nearby (I don't recommend the Denny's, though). My room was clean and comfortable. My first room had a broken shower, but they moved me to another room and I had no problems. The staff were friendly and professional. They offer a free breakfast (cereal, […] fruit, waffles, muffins). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit. 더 보기

The area around the hotel (immediate) isn't much to write home about, snuggled in between power lines and the highway... the only way to leave the hotel is by going south toward ASU. If you want to go north, you have to cross a lake bridge then U-turn to go back. Despite that annoyance, this hotel does other stuff right. Comment cards for people to […] reccomend local places to other guests, super clean room, a plastic attachment on the air conditioner so your curtains aren't waiving around all willy nilly, and to top it off they use a clean remote (smooth buttons with no gaps for dirt to get stuck in). Nice, friendly staff and good rooms. Great deal for the price. I liked the historical photos on the walls. Plenty of good information there.

Very quiet and restful hotel. Very close to the uhaul for truck rental and storage for college students. Staff at hotel very helpful. Good breakfast.

On this trip we stayed at 3 different hotels, one in Califonia, and two in Phoenix. This hotel was miles ahead of the rest. The staff was so friendly, and it was very clean. The only negative is that it did not have a regular size pool, but had a lap pool instead. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was such a good value for the price.
