We arrived at 1 AM and the only room left was not what we expected; however, the staff moved us next day to excellent room. Close to train station and breakfast is best we have had in 3 star (maybe even 4 star). I stayed for one night during a business trip. the room was a bit small but clean, internet and parking were free, so it was good value for the price.

Location was perfect for our trip as it was 3min walking distance to the main train-station. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and happy to help with any of our questions. Our rooms were ok as we had 3 (group travel), bright, airy and good sized fully openable windows! The bathrooms were spotless with great showers which you could actually turn […] around in! The straight forward continental breakfast was fine with plenty on offer. Basic, functional and cheap. Does the job but in no particular style. The room was big and clean, but some of the fittings were on the cheap side and the overal effect was one of over-grown B&B rather than "Amabassador". Plain & functional, good value for the price. Breakfast included & plenty to choose from. Room was tidy and pretty spacious. Clean hotel, but very basic and a bit on the old side (could use some investment). Street side can be a bit noisy due to the traffic/trains. Rate is pretty good - would stay again because of the location but only if other properties are full or to highly priced.

This is no doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is more than adequate. We arrived about midnight but there was still afriendly helpful person on the desk who made the whole experience of checking in a pleasure. The staff could not do enough for you all the way from […] the management to the lady who cleaned our room. Another plus was the mini bar in the room with drinks that cost no more than the hotel bar and this was restocked every day. The hotel is situated less than 3 minutes walk from the main train station, underground, trams and buses but is quiet at night. Recommend this to anyone going to Dusseldorf. 더 보기

Die Lage des Hotels ist ok. Der Service an der Rezeption könnte besser sein. Als ich nach einem Parkplatz fragte, bekam ich als Antwort, ich solle mein Fahrzeug vor dem Hotel sofort wegfahren. Das Hotel hat keine Parklätze und wenn ich einen bauchen würde, soll ich hinter den Bahnhof fahren, dort gibt es ein Parkthaus das aber € 25,00 pro Tag kostet. […] Ganz in der Nähe des Hotels gibt es aber verschiedene Parkhäuser wo man schon ab € 10,00 pro Tag parken kann. Ich meine so viel Service kann man von einer Rezeption schon erwarten, dass dem Gast eine freundliche Auskunft erteilt wird. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind, bedingt durch die Strassenbahn, sehr laut. geluids overlast tram/verkeer/taxistandplaats.loopafstand centrum redelijk maar altstad te ver.vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam goed en verzorgd ontbijt. jammer dat er geen restaurant bij is, en de bar was niets te doen.

Jag skulle bäst beskriva Best Western Ambassador som ett helt ok mellanklasshotell med extremt hjälpsam personal och en frukostbuffé utöver det vanliga. Här saknas inget, men å andra sidan är det ingen lyx heller. Jag valde hotellet pga läget, 5 min promenadavstånd från Dusseldorf Hbf (där går tåg till flygplatsen på 5 -10 min). Dessutom endast 10 […] min. promenad till centrala shoppingkvarteren. Mitt enkelrum var litet, men trevligt. Bekväm säng och mycket fräscht badrum. Litet minus för lyhördhet mellan rummen (jag var där fredag - lördag), men stort plus för gratis internet! Hotellets personal var extrem hjälpsam och trevlig. De bjuder på gratis kaffe m kex, fint serverat, i lobbyn om man ber om det. Jag fick ett akut jobb-problem och fick faktiskt låna deras kontor och dator! Hotellets frukostbuffé var riklig, fräsch och med en mängd val av frukostalternativ. Här ville man sitta länge och njuta! 더 보기

Das Hotel ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen, sehr wichtig für mich, da ich erst spät am Abend (0:45) ankam und am nächsten Morgen wieder zum Flughafen Düsseldorf musste. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer sind einfach, aber korrekt eingerichtet; das Frühstücksbuffet war ansprechend und reichhaltig.

Hotel ligt dichtbij het centraal station en op 10 min. loopafstand van centrum. Aan straatzijde wel enig verkeerslawaai bij geopend raam, maar dat heb je nou eenmaal in een stad. Een klein hotel zonder poespas maar wel met een zeer goede servive. Koffie op je kamer gebracht, als de sleute niet werkt loopt iemand met je mee, wil je de stad verkennen wordt er uitleg gegeven, enz. Zeer tevreden over het hotel. vi syntes at hotellets tyske genopbygningsstil (wirtschaftswunder) ca. Konrad Adenauer og fremefter var meget inspirerende for opholdet, da vi er meget interesseret i tysk efterkrigshistorie og den optimisme, som heldigvis præger Tyskland p.t. Mukava, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Saimme aamiaisen aikaisesta lähdöstämme huolimatta. Siistit, hyvät huoneet. Huoneen saimme heti aamulla saavuttuamme hotelliin. Hyvä sijainti. Hyvä aamupala.

Bon hôtel, calme, parking privé gratuit. Les chambres sont spatieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personnel d'accueil parle le français. Donc bonnes prestations pour un hôtel de cette catégorie !

Vähän karu ympäristö hotellin ulkopuolella mutta paikalle oli helppo tulla. Auton sai parkkiin hotellin sisäpihalle ilman erillistä korvausta. Ystävällistä palvelua Englanniksi.

Location, personnel etc. OK, but if you're not used to trams making noise at 5:30 AM just make sure you ask for a room not facing the street.

sehr gutes Frühstück sehr saubere Zimmer ruhig in der Nacht obwohl am Hauptbahnhof gelegen darf nicht abschrecken nicht weit zur Altstadt werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
