프레지던트 솔리테어 호텔 & 스파 (President Solitaire Hotel and Spa) - 방콕

호텔 직원인 아주 호의적이었음. 두 번째 방문. 다시 묶을 예정.

가까운 곳에서 통행에 불편을 주는 상당히 많은 주간 건설 공사가 있었지만(2011 5월) 방콕 도심 지역에 위치해 있습니다. 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어있으며 직원은 매우 정중하고 도움이 되었습니다. 요금은 수용할 만 하며 주변에 싼 음식점들이 있고 BTS metro 역(Naana)까지 10분 걸립니다. 두 번째 방문인데 다음에도 올 것입니다.

과거에 여기에 머문 적이 있었는데 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 지금은 안 좋아져서 호텔은 이전에 그 모습이 아니었습니다. 처음 주어진 방은 낡고 오래되었으며 금연실이라 생각했는데 화장실에 담배 자국이 있었습니다. 만원이라 이야기 하면서 호텔측은 방을 바꿔주려 하지 않았습니다. 전혀 만원은 아니었는데 의도적으로 도와주려 하지 않은 것 같습니다. 이웃도 더럽고 편하지 않았습니다.

Hotel is and has always been in re inovation mode. Mosquitos are still a problem, furniture, TV and Internet equipment is still in the 90's era. This is 2nd visit to hotel this year and towels are still an issue. After cleaning the room, no clean towels are replaced. Always have to call front desk for towels.

I would stay there again. The only issue for me is that the A/C was quite noisy but I'm sure other people might have no problem at all with it. I'm a bit pettish on this.

first time visiting Bangkok and very pleased with the Pesident Solitaire. The room was nice the staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. Nothing extra ordinary but nothing to complain about either. A good hotel at a good price. We would stay here again.

The President Solitaire is in serious need of a refurbishment. it is tired! However it represents very good value for money and is conveniently located to most of the Bangkok action. Probably in the 3 and a half stars group. With that in mind you will enjoy for the price.

The main issue I had with the hotel is the heat and air quality in the rooms, it was really hot, even though it was in the middle of the winter. To get it a bit better I had to turn off the air condition since its automatically set to a high temperature and can't be adjusted, very strange. I also got offered a fan from the reception, but that wouldn't […] help the bad air quality. There is no wifi in the room only cable, so I bought a cheap router in a store close to the hotel. And you have to pay about 500 yen per 24h of internet in your room. Other than the stuff above the hotel was really good, clean, great area, cool toilets, great view. Don't miss the sky bar! 더 보기

The room was more than great, huge and with a confortable and not noisy bed. Clean and with some nice features like the light control next to the bed. I had a great room. The food is amazing. The staff very attentive. Wonderful pool. It is a wonderful start to Bangkok.

On my every trip I stay at this particular hotel. Staff is friendly and awesome. They attend to my every need and requests. At times! The management has done free room upgrade for me without any additional charges. This is my home away from home. good hotel, courteous staff.

My wife and I were so amazed at the friendliness, attentiveness and genuine service of every single person we encountered in this hotel. It is not unusual to find one or two staff people who are exceptional. It is very rare to find a hotel where every person no matter whether the Reception, the Restaurant, the House keeping, the Concierge, or the SPA […] staff who treated us with such special care. I visit Bangkok often, at least twice a year. For the last 5 or so visits, I've stayed at the President Solitaire. I find it the best balance of price, performance, location of the Soi 11 hotels and I have stayed at most of them. President Solitaire is not #1 in any one area. Really nice, clean hotel and friendly staff. I would give 4 stars. Only internet access in the lobby is not free for the guests, which is under the normal standard.

We thought we would try this hotel for it's location but realized later that it was a mistake.It is a distance from Sukomvit Road and thd the road to that location was bit dodgey.The wifi only worked on rare occasions and help from the hotel was very little.On the other hand breakfast was nice with a good variety.

Bad value for money. Booked Club Floor accomadation BUT there is NO Club Lounge in the Hotel. Happy hours are restricted ONLY to liquids - NO snacks. Breakfast also in main restaurant. Cleanliness of hotel rooms leaves much to be desired. The hotel misrepresents their facilities.

It is one of the best hotel I stayed. Except fron desk clarks every one else in the hotel are very friendly and caring. When I arrived door man welcome with the greetings and bell boy took my bags. However front desk clark was acting like a robot. For her who is this man troubling giving more work. She never smiles. No welcome comments and she is acting […] like robot. Through out the cheking in process I was very disppointed due to that. I was not sure whether I have selected a right hotel. However rest of the people are excellent. My TV was not working and maitenance attend it within minutes. Bell Boy tried to mkae my stay more comfortable. He has given me more information about the BKK and what to do and where to go. Through out my stay cleaning lady was some I would like to thank. She does not speak English. She is the friendliest and coutiest person in the earth. She made sure my room is clean and make sure I have all nececities such as towel and soaps. She did a wonderful job cleaning. When I do not have transportation Bell boy arrange a taxi with a guide for to sight seen. That is not some thing I expected. Resturant is great and people who work over there more than helpful. However I would like to see more choices of the food. Since I stay 8 days eating same type of food is not the best. But I ignore that to the service and friendliness of the resturant staff. Hotel location is also great. It is close to sky rail and close to many malls. Room size is the best. Bigger rooms for a decent rate. However wireless internet is not the best since there are more traffic to it more than expected. Also this is one of the hotel there is no issue for your privacy. Overall I had a pleasent experience and if I get a chance to go back to Bangkok I am sure I will stay same hotel again. 더 보기

Helpful and friendly porters were on hand to sort out bags. Room not ready so offered complimentary drink. Short walk to Sukhumvit Rd for shopping and restaurants etc. Very swift airport car took us to airport in morning in around 20 mins. Nice place and very reasonable.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Hotel is slightly dated . It wouldnt take much to sort this hotel but certain things give it a dated and slightly grubby feel. We stayed in a club solitaire room. All the components are there to make it a comfortable stay but it needs a good clean and de- clutter. For example - the beds are comfy but they have gold posts […] around them to give the impression of a four poster but they just tower over the room . That combined with a dark floor and the inabilility to open windows makes the room appear smaller than it is and a bit claustrophobic. Pool is good, its a real sun trap . When we were there it was not busy. Service to the pool was good. Room service was also prompt. Pool kept clean. Breakfast was not good. Only ate once even though it was included in price. Not enough variety for non asian visitors. Again , breakfast eating area needs a bit of a revamp. Hotel had complimentary one way tuk tuk which they are very accomodating about and will drop everything to get you were you need to go. Reliable taxi out the front also , taxi drivers speak good english so no con artists. Located 5 mins from a skytrain station so you can go anywhere from here. Most staff are polite but there are also some odd ones . The spa is good but by no means cheap. The cons mentioned drag this hotel down to average and i wouldnt recommend because of the inconsistancies. 더 보기

The suites and facilities at President Solitaire are certainly very comforting and luxurious. Especially in light of- but certainly not because of- the surprisingly low rate(s), one realizes that they are "living on the high horse" when at President Solitaire. The Ananda Spa treatment packages, an absolutely wonderful (and inclusive) breakfast buffet, […] and the suites themselves are would satisfy any traveller to Bangkok. The suites are quite large and have huge panel TV sets, very comfortable king size beds, separate bath and showers, nice sofas and chair, several tables, and a sizeable work desk. The free WiFi internet service is a most welcome feature that saves money and eliminates hassle. In sum, the setting is one of luxury and calm. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The doormen are a great bunch and will provide local knowledge of the best pubs, clubs, and venues throughout the city. The tuk tuk and taxi drivers- everpresent outside the hotel- will do the same. However, these drivers will offer to take you to tailors, resturants and "other gentlemen venues" because they will receive a kickback for bringing business to these places if one chooses to patronize such establishments- so be weary of their insistence. For the younger crowd, there's the Bed Supper Club- one of the most regarded and trendiest discos in town- within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. It has a great set-up and vibe. Walking down Soi 11 to Sukhumvit St., one encounters many bars, resturants, hotels, and shops. Sukhumvit St. is an outside market with many shops and side streets that is a bargain hunter's paradise. Also, the Nana Sky Train station is at the corner and is wonderful for getting around. So if you're looking to be in a great location in the city, enjoy top-notch accommodations, be served by friendly staff, at a fraction of the price for what one will spend at an international hotel chain, then President Solitaire is the hotel for you. The airport pick up was good. Typical warm and very friendly welcoming person. All staff members at the hotel were hospitable and helpful. Breakfast tasted great and the selection was superb. The hallways to the rooms seemed to have a bit of a musty smell but the main areas (room, lobby, dining) were fine. Would have preferred at least two small sleep […] pillows on the bed though. Good location for the young & vibrant as Soi 11 is where many night clubs, pubs & sports bars are located . very good if you are a Man Utd fan as the this club has that Supporters feeling of being around mainly utd atmosphere. Great hotel, quiet and safe, walking distance to great stores, gift shops, restaurants, and sky train. Staff/Guest Services Manager always hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Spa services were outstanding and reasonably priced. I chose this hotel for the spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We got a Platinum Suite which was very nice and huge and had an in-room jacuzzi bathtub that fit both of us. The fitness area was good and the pool actually had a deep end, a rare find in hotels these days. They offer a decent breakfast buffet for an additional charge. Within walking […] distance are many restaurants, street food vendors, convenience stores, a grocery store and a laundry service. The hotel also has a complimentary tuk-tuk for local travel. If you venture far away, keep the hotel's address and phone number handy, as some taxi and tuk-tuk drivers had trouble finding it. Internet access worked well. Always a friendly welcome at the President Solitaire, with Reception and Housekeeping and Security always doing over and above to help me enjoy my holiday and stay., especially housekeeping who would make up my room to a very high standard at any time of day/night whenever I managed to wake up ! A good location off Sukhumvit Road, but just far enough […] away so that you hear no noise and dont encounter any street trading or activity at the front door. Dejligt hotel til rimelig pris og god beliggenhed. Hvis man kun er i Bangkok for historiske seværdiheder er det nok bedre at bo ved floden. Eneste minus er en dårlig aircon og at dørmænd samarbejder med lidt "smarte" taxi chafører.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit großen gemütlichen Zimmern.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit idealem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ist man einmal im Hotel wird weder Minibar noch Duschmittel, Duschhaube etc nachgefüllt. Jeden Morgen eine neue Zeitung an der Tür. - Super

サイトによっては星が４つだったり５つだったりとバラバラであるが、どちらにせよ豪華で質がよいサービスが受けられるホテルであると思う。 部屋は広く、テーブル、チェア、ソファ、キッチンと冷蔵庫と広々としていた。 セーフティボックスも大型の物が備え付けられていてよい。 水も２本無料でついてくるが、これは瓶の物なので観光には持ち歩けないのが残念だ。 食事付きのプランでの宿泊であったが、寝坊するばかりで結局一度も朝食を食べれなかった。 JF無料、IDチェック無しであった。

Allt var underbart - mitt favorithotell i världen. Enda smolken i bägaren var att städningen av rummet fungerade dåligt. Vi var tvungna att ringa och be om det ibland flera gånger varje dag.

Ett veldig fint hotel som ligger godt plassert i hjerte av Bangkok. Det er kort avstand til resturanger og barer i nærheten, uten at det var noe forstyrrene på hotellet. En kort tuktuk-taxi tur så er du fremme på de store kjøpesentrene. Veldig lekkre rom:) Vi kommer til å bo der v neste Bangkok tur!!

駅から１０分ほど歩く距離。 ホテルまでさまざまな飲食店が立ち並び、それらを見ながらそぞろ歩くもまた楽しい・・・といったところ。 ですから、忙しい人にはお勧めできません。 タイのゆっくりとした時間を受け入れ、楽しめる人にはOKではないでしょうか。 料金と部屋のバランスは、場所を考えると、もうちょっと良い部屋であってほしかった。 設備はすべて揃っていて清潔ではあったが古い。 スタッフはフレンドリィでよい雰囲気。 駅近くのホテルでも同料金程度で泊まれることを考えると、今後も使うかどうか微妙なところです。

Ett mycket bra hotell på Sukhumvit med närhet till bra restaturanger och shopping. Rummen är stora med mycket sköna sängar. Fint poolområde. Finns även ett litet gym. Vi nyttjade bara frukosten men den var mycket god. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Hotellet rekommenderas varmt.

Very nice hotel relatively cheap for it's class. Very good location in a very busy city. Nice rooms (although some floors needs renovation) and cozy pool. The breakfast was good for a hotel of lower class not for this one.

Moderne , vennlig og intimt hotell. Personalet var svært hyggelig. Masasjen var den beste jeg har fått i Thailand. Godt kjøkken.
