베스트 웨스턴 호텔 플라자 (Best Western Hotel Plaza) - 나폴리

Near the train station - be sure to catch a taxi, not a nice neighbourhood. Hotel very nice and clean and felt safe. We only stayed as we got in late one night and were catching an early train.

Clean room. Good location. Good breakfast buffet. If you have to stay in Naples, this hotel is close to the train station, but not so close that you are involved in the chaos.

Staff at the hotel extremely helpful, great breakfast and good rooms; however extremely small showers. Worst was the location as the hotel is located in the worst part of Naples; prostitutes on one side and thiefs on other sides. I have never felt so intimidated and scare in a place as outside the doors of the hotel even been in a group of four. Great […] hotel but is not worth it due to unsafe area. Good hotel, neighborhood surrounding it wasn't the greatest but the hotel was fine and conveniently located right near the train station and only 15 minutes (driving) from the ferry port bringing you to Capri, great tourist island.

I am a big fan of Best Westerns when i travel through Europe as they best resemble what we would have here in the states. Good sized bathroo with full tub (not a tiny shower stall). always a good hearty breakfast. Not too far from the train station. Great service - helpful and spoke wonderful English. Wonderful terrace for breakfast at the restaurant. My […] only problem with the place was the neighborhood. The park/plaza in front of the main door was ripped up with construction. (No noise though). The neighborhod was sketchy. Street walkers and an inpromptu flea market-yard sale that showed up each morning on the side walk along side the hotel. Street also had lots of trash. The hotel was great but the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. I will say that i was never in concern for my safety and felt comfortable walking by myslef at night to a restaurant across the street (good pizza). I just want to give you the heads up so you knw what to expect. I grew up in a major city in the US so I am kind of used to it. Cant go wrong with the Best Western brand. 더 보기

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, whilst on a trip to see Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii and were very pleased with the level of service we received, staff were very friendly and helpful whether it be at the reception or breakfast room. The room was clean, comfortable and had a clean bathroom, no problems at all. Breakfast was also very good with […] a buffet continental style breakfast, which was very nice and was located on the roof of the hotel. The location was great, being literally a minute or two away from Garibaldi Station and has a few shops in the side streets where you can find necessary amenities. The Pizzeria opposite the hotel was very good, staff did not speak a lot of English but that was half the fun of having to use gestures and pointing to order what you want. All in all a great hotel for the price, would definitely go back again! 더 보기

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Capri Islands. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were good and clean. Nice breakfast. I will recommend this hotel as it is affordable, clean and centrally located. Just the restaurant infront of the hotel is horrible, its a pizzeria in maroon colour, please do not go their, food was uncooked staff […] horrible. we ended in going to Mcdonalds. But No issues with the Hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.. 더 보기

Hotel itself was fine and in close proximity to the airport which was our main reason for chosing the plaza, however the area was not nice and didn't feel safe leaving the hotel.

3月6日に1泊しました。 ナポリの中央駅からも近く、ロケーションは便利なところでした。 ホテルのフロントの方も気さくで、ポンペイまでの道のりを丁寧に教えてくれました。 部屋は綺麗で良かったのですが、床がフローリングなため、スリッパ持参のほうが日本人にとっては良いでしょう。騒音もなく快適に過ごせました。

Il personale dell´albergo, nessuno escluso e´ sempre stato disponibilissimo e cordialissimo, ogni nostra richiesta e´ stata esaudita in tempi rapidi e con estrema cortesia. la camera veramente pulita ed in ordine, tutto funzionava benissimo. la colazione veniva servita in una ottima location da cui si vedeva il circondario e pur essendo tipicamente […] italian era davvero soddisfacente e, cosa davvero importante, il personale di servizio si prodigava al massimo per farci sentire come a casa. cosa dire, hanno sicuramente fidelizzato un nuovo cliente. 더 보기

Peccato che in un bel Hotel cosi nn ci sia il parcheggio x le auto!! Quasi quasi costa di piu' il Parcheggio che l'Hotel!! Peccato.

S hotelem jsme byli velmi spokojeni , čisté , nové ,blízko centra , Metra ,busu . Personál vstřícný.Jen okolí, na náměstí, velmi "neuspořádané" . V noci vše vyčistili , ráno - stejné jako přes den , ale za to asi nemůže hotel.

Apesar da aparencia ruim do local, nao tive nenhum poroblema. de falta de segurança ....tudo em ordem....valeu a estadia....o hotel é bom...o cafe da manha é otimo...

O ponto positivo do hotel é a sua localização, próximo da estação de trem. Entretanto, o centro de napoles é feio e parece perigoso. O atendimento no hotel foi bom, mas no armário do quarto estava cheirando um pouco de mofo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu schlagen - nur 200 m von der Bushaltestelle des Flughafenbusses und nur 5 Min. vom Hauptbahnhof und der Circumvesuviana entfernt. Dies war der 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, das ich ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen kann. Am Empfang wurde ich freundlich bedient - selbst wer kein italienisch kann - kommt mit englisch […] sehr gut weiter. Das Personal am Empfang hilft jedem Gast bei allen Fragen, die sich ergeben. Wie komme ich nach Pompeiji - wann geht die Fähre nach Capri? usw. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse geradezu üppig. Vom Hotel aus ist man in 10 Min. in der Altstadt - alles läßt sich wunderbar zu Fuß errecihen. Sowohl die Zimmer wie auch das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber - die Handtücher werden tgl. gewechselt. Einzig die Umgebung stößt bei empflindlichen Menschen wohl auf etwas Unbehagen. Auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel haben sich einige Damen des ältesten Gewerbes der Welt etabliert - man wird aber keinesfalls belästigt. Und daß Neapel nicht zu den saubersten Städten der Welt gehört, dürfte allgemein bekannt sein. Für diese beiden "Minuspunkte" kann aber das Hotel nichts.Zum Frühstück gibt es neben Kaffe,Tee und Milch 3 verschiedene Säfte,Brötchen, Hörnchen und Kuchen, Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Marmeladen und Honig - der Espresso und der Cappuccino werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken so, wie sie schmecken müssen. Ich habe dieses Hotel allen Freunden und Bekannten empfohlen und werde auch im nächsten Jahr dort wieder einchecken. 더 보기

Personnel de la réception malpoli et peu attentionné. Il nous a fallu 36H pour obtenir enfin une couverture de taille suffisante (on avait qu'un seul drap!). Les alentours de l'hotel sont sales et mal-fréquentés. Des poubelles de partout, de la misère étalée et une crasse globale. Les plus: le prix et le petite dèj. Les moins: petite chambre, pas de clim. Mais surtout, dans un quartier peu fréquentable et la ville est moche et très sale. Conseil: trouver plutôt un hôtel du coté de Pompei.

At finde hotellet var en udfordring, da vi fik forskellige oplysninger i lufthavnen og i bussen. Men efter længere tid vandring rundt i Napoli's gader var der en venlig lokal mand der hjalp os. Hotellets service var rigtig god og de var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og rart med nogn der kunne tale engelsk. Hotellets placering var også helt i top med gåafstand […] til det meste. 더 보기

The hotel and room were quite nice, and so was the breakfast, so no complaints there. But the neighbourhood wasn't nice, and we didn't feel safe walking home at night. But it was close the the train and bus station, so that was nice. But would probably pick another area next time.

Hotellet var i någorlunda skapligt skick, föratt ligga i en så skabbig del av Neapel. Väldigt små rum, men ok sängar och badrum. Luftkonditioneringen på rummet hade lagt av för länge sedan, men kan ha varit bara vårt rum. Servicen utan något större hjärta, och dyr parkering, men man vill knappast ha bilen på gatan.

Bra hotell i en något sämre del av Neapel med uteliggare och tiggare strax utanför. Invändigt tryggt och bra hotell med bra service.

Très pratique pour circuler dans Naples (proximité de la gare et des transports en commun)

Het hotel staat in een onprettige buurt. Hotelpersoneel is chagrijnig en veelal onvriendelijk. Badkamer is heel onhandig met een wastafel waar je niets op kunt zetten. Restaurant alleen open voor ontbijt. 's Avonds kun je er niet eten. Parkeren verderop in de straat.
