Clean and quiet with great staff. A bargain at almost any price.

Hotel is less than 5 years old. Nice large room, fairly good size bath, and large closet. Plenty of room for two and suitcases so you're not tripping over each other. Very good breakfast, with great variety. Down side is the distance from Univ. of Rhode Island.

On the whole I enjoyed my stay here. My girlfriend and I came to this hotel for a place to spend our anniversary and the room was great. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. My one big complaint is how we were treated when we checked in. When the young woman checking us in learned neither of us were 25 years old, she told us that […] she would "let us" stay even though we had paid in advance on the hotels.com website and that if there were "any problems that we would be asked to leave with no refund". I felt very insulted by this as we had been there one time before and we were never told of this policy nor had we created any problems when we stayed last. When I explained that we had been here once before, the woman backed off a bit and merely said "oh, then there's no problem. I feel better now" She never apologized for speaking to us like we were children, or for the fact that she had to say anything like that at all because it was the apparent policy of the hotel. For that single reason, I can't say I reccomend this place to anybody under 25 because while the room was great and we ultimately had no problems, I felt offended and less uncomfortable as a result because of the blatant and unnecesary hostility this woman expressed. For the price we were paying, we should not have to be unwelcome, especially when we have a history of being good with the hotel. 더 보기

Fantastic room/stay - skip breakfast food, they try hard but it's not very tasty. Many other food options in the area.

We stay here while in West Warwick to visit our son who is in college. It's conveniently located for doing things locally and within 5 minutes from our son. What we like most is the price is reasonable, continental breakfasts are included and there are refrigerators in the room, which is a great convenience when staying for 2-3 days.

Hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and much larger than expected. Based on the price paid and surrounding deals I would rate this as a very strong value. Hotel is set back from main road in quiet area, but very convenient to highways. I stayed for a quick 1 night layover so don;t have much to comment about surrounding area. We were told by the very friendly girl at the front desk that the hotel was sold out both nights. You would not know this because the rooms were so comfortable, CLEAN, and Quiet. Even the sheets had a very fresh smell. I liked the fact that the hotel is completely non-smoking. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. It was rather busy at breakfast […] and since there were so many guests on Labor day weekend a few more chairs were needed. A very nice stay and I would return. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. This must be a recently built hotel as everything seemed brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. The hotel is located is an isolated area. It is however close to a main road lined with many shopping and eating options. Very good value for money.

The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfy! We wished other hotels would upgrade like the Comfort Inn in Providence, RI.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. An excellent value of the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel. August 2011

This is a brand new hotel so conditions weren't an issue.The continental breakfast was extensive and the hotel is close to routes 2 and 95.A nice place to stay.

This hotel rates a 5 in all categories and we would return again if in the area. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of dietary choices and the waitress calmly kept up with the high volume of families on a busy Sunday morning.

the place is great just off I95N and so quiet,clean and staff is great

This was quite comfortable, continental breakfast was great. Close to a lot of shopping and really thought it was quite convenient to RIU. Staff quite helpful and very courteous, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Room smelled nice and fresh when we arrived.

My 10 year old son & I stayed for a one night stay and were very please with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. We also enjoyed the pool area which was very clean and warm. If I could give 10+ star I would...the ratings only go to 5 stars. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Warwick area.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Wished i had brought by swimming suite to swim in the lovely indoor pool. The Breakfast was very good. Area was very quiet and peaceful. Excellent value for business travel...

This hotel was a complete disappointment. My husband, toddler son, adult brother, and I have been traveling around the country to visit family, and we've stayed in four different "suites" chains in four different cities, and this was, without a doubt, the WORST chain we've experienced. First and foremost, the rooms are not suites. Just because you walk […] past a pull-out sofa on your way to the bed on the other side of the rectangular room does not make the room a suite. At best, the room should be classified as a studio. It was not. I always call the chain beforehand to make sure that the baby has a separate room to nap in, and the woman at the front desk assured me that the rooms were separate. Imagine our surprise, then, when we showed up to find out that only the "business suites" have separate rooms. I was then handed a stack of sheets, blankets and pillows to make the bed for the pull-out sofa. Yes, we paid an additional x-dollars per night as an "extra guest" fee for the privilege of making our own bed. In addition, the indoor pool is accessible from the lobby, so all you smell as soon as you step in is chlorine. It permeated the hotel for three of the four days we were there. The room is average size for a hotel room but certainly substandard when compared to any of other "suites chains" we've stayed at. The pull-out sofa had a cover that looked like it hadn't been washed in months, and my brother found a hairpin and bottle cap underneath the sofa itself. We have tried to stay at places that offer breakfast because it's easier, schedule-wise, when traveling with a young child, but the food was so unappetizing that we ended up having to drive elsewhere for breakfast (and we are not picky eaters). So whatever money we thought we were saving went toward extra meals. The walls were thin, and we could hear every time someone in an adjacent room showered or used the bathroom. The location of this hotel was convenient for attending events at URI for Family Weekend and was more affordable than the hotels within a few miles of the university. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The brunch selection was reasonable. It is not the best I've ever had but I will certainly return for future visits to the area.

Stayed at this hotel when we were in Rhode Island dropping my son off at College. It's a little out of the way for us but worth the effort.

We stayed here for four nights in August 2010, the room clean, well-kept, and quiet. Not a European-sized space, there was room for a pull-out sofa, two queens, a desk, and small refrigerator and microwave, as well as the large bathroom. Easy access to route 4 made Newport a reasonable 25 minutes away, Point Judith and the Narragansett beaches a bit […] further, but still pleasant and easy drive. There are some good restaurants in West Warwick, none of them nearly so crowded as in the core tourist areas. Definitely would stay here again. 더 보기

Stayed one night on our way to Boston. Very cost -effective for it's price. Helpful and nice staff, clean and new, good breakfast (should come erly- not enough place to seat). We recommend it.

This hotel, Comfort Suites in West Warwick was oaky. The only sour note was spider web on the pull out queen size sofa. Thus, causing us to look for a Target ( which ended up being a Walmart in MA) for a blow up bed. It was a okay distance from Newport which we were told upfront anyway. I would stay her again.

This hotel is in an industrial area. It is in a safe, convenient location. I look for a hotel with a refridgerator and microwave in each room, and they had both. I asked, late at night, where I could just get some milk for tea and the front dest attendant offered to give me some from the kitchen. That was excellent customer service.

Simple, new hotel, clean. Breakfast room is very small, keep in mind since hotel was fully booked it created some problems. Service was pleasant and helpful.

Short stay... one night... the staff was excellent the room was clean and neat.. hotel has a great pool and exercise room... the continental breakfast was great and the staff serving the breakfast were just terrific... had we not had to move on to boston we would have loved to stay another night... we would recommend this hotel to anyone.. r&k

Rarely do we find a hotel that we are 100% happy with in every area but this hotel is the exception. I have paid three times more for a room and not been this happy. The staff, pool, room and breakfast were all great. We can't wait to go back next month.

This is the second time we stayed at Comfort Suites in Warwick, RI. It's a nice hotel and we will stay here again when we visit my son in college.

Just needed a reasonably priced room for one night. Loved that the rooms here have refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and breakfast included! Very clean. Restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Just a great value for the price. Would go again, and would recommend!
