Just too much of chasing after you to sign the bill...even tho it was all inclusive. Written and implied tips were included in price paid, but obvious that they were expected every time you signed a bill, even without service!

I have been to Cabo several times. I have stayed at nicer resorts, but will be returning here. The location more than made up for its deficiencies in any other areas. Biggest complaint is in room beverage selection.

AND the winner of WORST service and POORLY MANAGED HOTEL goes to..Marina Fiesta! This was the WORST "all inclusive" (see below)resort we have ever stated at. We would rate it 2 stars. This can only be blamed on the worst management ever. The service was horrible - very, very, very slow, understaffed and over worked employees. The employees walk around […] like zombies. It takes approx. 20-30 minutes just to get a drink and then your order will be wrong, Check in was even worse. We didn't get our room for 5 hours (until 6:00 p.m.) and this was after making a huge fuse - if we hadn't we would have been sleeping by the pool I'm sure?! The room was clean and nice in appearance but you can hear every little thing in the hallway. We had to use ear plugs to sleep and we are not light sleepers but it sounds like people are literally in your room. Food was gross within the resort (they had baby carrots growing sprouts, limp lettuce....etc....I wish I were kidding) and you have to sign a bill for every little thing. A coffee, sign a bill, a coke sign a bill. The restaurants off site were good. Jack's was painfully slow service but good food. Baja Lobster was great both service and food so we ate hear twice. This is also not really an all inclusive hotel!!! They restrict what you can eat in the restaurants and in the drinks. We were never told this but heard about it through other guests. OK one positive. Great location to be on the Mariana but we would never subject ourselves to this resort again. They really need to look at some new management. 더 보기

The hotel has an excellant location. Minutes to the beach, marina and downtown. The room was just ok, we received a room towards the back (not a great view). It appeared that there were nicer rooms and views in the main tower of the hotel. The all inclusive was ok...they are not shy about pouring the alcohol. good for families, couples or location. internet is 'ok'. look for other restaurantes. taxi to airport, $60. from airport, ask for shuttle, $18. same vehicle. if inclusive, read what comes with and not. great location. kids in pool most the time. experienced solo traveler, bobby

Great location. Walking distance to many eating establishments and shopping. Rates are generally pretty good. Plan a good amount of time for checking in and checking out. Never enough desk help to make it quick. Pool bar is good food is okay. I continue to stay here do to the convenience to everything.

We stayed at the Marina Fiesta for 2 nights before we could go to our time share condo. We were greatly impressed with the beautiful hotel. Location was fantastic- right on the marina and close to the tourist venues. If we go back to Cabo we will definitely stay here again.

Super, det enda vi skanade var direkt beachacess

Na een zeer negatieve reactie te hebben gelezen, waren we een klein beetje huiverig...maar wat een mooi hotel, uitstekende service, iedereen was ontzettend behulpzaam, er werd continue schoongemaakt (waar ze in NL nog wat van kunnen leren!)...AI formule was slechts buffet bij Palapa Resto, andere 4 resto's kon je a la carte eten...2 zwembaden, bij 1 […] had je t gevoel een prrive zwembad te hebben. 2 jacuzzi's op de 5e verdieping met waanzinnig uitzicht..met een bootje kun je naar Land's end. Prachtig gesnorkeld..Spa was wel erg duur, buiten het hotel kun je voor USD 20 massages doen. Transfer 1.15 min. 15 of 18 USD shuttle..1 nacht last gehad van dronken Amerikanen & Mexicanen, verder rustig, iedere dag 30 gr! Fitness op de 7e verdieping met mooi uitzicht. 10 min lopen vh strand, kristal helder water!! Hadden wel een maand willen blijven! Kortom een absolute aanrader!! 더 보기
