Hallway air was hot. Roaches in the room

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Clean rooms. Probably could use a little training on where to eat. But overall...very satisfied and I would go back. My 92 year old mother thought the rooms were wonderful.

overall this was a nice hotel. we've stayed here before. the only complaint i had with this stay is the smoke detector battery died and it kept beeping. we took it out after the guy at the front desk said we could...i would stay here again..oh, and the breakfast was really good!

DO NOT stay at this nasty hotel. I repeat DO NOT stay at this thieving hotel.I had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. Then they had the nerve to charge me a fee ( this fee was more than the room itself)for the room smelling like smoke. I don't even smoke!!!! Never have never will. The manager GILL, lacks customer service skills. When the […] woman at the front desk,ANA, gave me her managers # (GILL), all he could do is cuss me out and not refund my charge. Even though I don't smoke, but the maids in the hall way were. I even saw a used condom in the hallway. Such a nasty hotel. Don't stay here. 더 보기

This hotel is everything you need if you don't want to spend lots of money for a good and peaceful rest night, the service is good the room is nice and the breakfast is enough to start a new day, 2nd time I stayed there and continue to be my preference on my trips to Edinburg

I was in Edinbrg on business and hopelessly lost and so was my gps.. I called the hotel and the lady stayed on the phone with me until I found the hotel. On my next visit several months later, I was greeted by name as I walked it. This service is way above and beyond much pricier hotels I have stayed in!

Convenient location. close to shopping and restaurants, clean, and friendly staff. Decent free breakfast and pool.

Front desk didnt even offer to switch my room. Not satisfied, but not many other options. Stay in McAllen.

the hotel and service was nice. breakfast wasn't much but acceptable. they had cereals, fruit, coffee, juice, bread and a waffle maker. the rooms were spacious but the walls were a little 'thin'. not too horrible though. the room and hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. definitely a good place to stay for the price. i travel a lot to mcallen/edinburg […] and have stayed and various hotels. most of the time they're quite pricey but this time i was looking for something closer to where i was going to be visiting and chose this hotel. i'm glad i did. 더 보기

The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were so-so, kinda hard but tidy. No movie services. In-room fridge is a plus. The first room I was in had no hot water in the shower so I asked to be moved. The second room you had to put the control knob towards the cold side to get hot water. Nice pool and hot tub outside.

The location was excellent. Wasn't too noisy and the staff were quick to assist. I found the hot tub and the pool to be most relaxing as well as clean. The only improvement I would like to see would be the breakfast. The kolaches were a bit distasteful and the apple juice wasn't really good. But, everything else was delicious. ME PARECE BUENA LA UBICACION DEL HOTEL, ASI MISMO LAS INTALACIONES, DESAYUNO ETC... LO UNICO Q SI DEJO Q DESEAR FUE EL HECHO DE NO PODER TENER AGUA CALIENTE, QUE SEGUN ELLOS POR QUE SE LES APAGO LA CALDERA, REALMENTE DE MAL GUSTO, YA QUE, EL AGUA ESTABA HELADA...

Buen hotel para pasar unos días, un poco ruidoso por el paso de los coches, lo que si están mal son los colchones , necesitan cambiarlos, en general lo recominedo , la ubicacíon es buena y los servicios son excelentes, solo les falta un cajero automático.
