This is a great hotel to stay if you need to stay in Downtown Houston. It is just a few blocks away from the Convention Center and the Toyota Center. The rooms were clean, the hotel had a contemporary, clean feel to it, and I liked the fact that it had a driveway so that one does not need to park on the street for valet parking. This was our second stay at the Courtyard Downtown. Very professional staff. Knowing it would be very late at night before we would get back to the Hotel, even though we could not go to the room, management allowed us to check in early that morning. Upon arrival after midnight we found the room had not been cleaned from the previous night. I assume […] the mix-up with housekeeping was likely caused by the way and time we checked into the room but it didn't really matter. One phone call to the front desk and a replacement room key was waiting. We received a follow-up call confirming the new room was acceptable and to make up for any inconvenience the pizza's and drink's we just purchased from the hotel store would be removed from the bill. (yes, I did have Pizza and Mountain Dew after midnight. It was a long day) From the early check-in to the housekeeping issue everything was handled very professionally. perfect,perfect,perfect!! Great price, location, and service!

Hotel was very nice, a remodeled 1921 building at a very convenient location. The hotel personnel were very friendly. Only thing we were not happy about was the fact that I paid an extra $10 for the room with two guests "staying for breakfast". We took that to mean breakfast was included, like some of the less expensive hotels. We were charged $30 to […] have breakfast in the Bistro (2 small breakfast sandwiches, 2 coffees and 1 orange juice). Not happy about that, but don't know who to complain to! 더 보기

It was a good location for going to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo cook off. The train was only a blcok away. It was convenient for going to the parade the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered Franks pizza just around the corner. Enjoyed our stay here.

i wish there was roomservice for breakfast. other than that this was a very nice stay. CLOSE to everything. we walked to everything. very friendly staff!! thanks for a great weekend.

Was a good space to stay for quilt market. Close to GR Brown Convention Ctr, nice resturants, and a ok neighborhood for ladies to be out in after dark. Plan to stay here next year.Metro station close for museum and the arts. The service was timely and professional. Front desk attendant, Karen, was very friendly and helpful both at check in and at time of check out. Pool was a bit small but great for the location. Would definitely recommend.

If you need to stay Downtown, stay here. I had a meeting right across the street at Macy's and this location was perfect. Work out room was nice, with TV's mounted onto the treadmills! Whirlpool and Pool nice to dip feet in after a long day. I went to Ninfa's on Navigation for dinner only a little over a mile away - You have to go there! YUM-O.
